"he is suppose to be in jail how does he have access to a phone" Max looked at Nate and frowned as they both thought that he was in jail and neither of them had been told that he had escaped
 
Skye was just commenting, "I wouldn't worry too much; he doesn't have much of an idea of where she is at." This had Nicholas looking over towards his sister for a moment before he was commenting, "Be careful with how deeply you dig." "No need to worry, it'll be fine. I'm just rerouting any calls he makes to the hospitals to a different phone." Skye was speaking with a shrug.
 
Skye was just looking at them with a chuckle before she was putting her fingers to her lips. "I'm going to school for coding to become a video game designer." was all she was commenting. Which was true. After that she was getting up when she saw she had a missed message from Mason and was stating that she neeed to get going.
 
Nicholas was giving a nod of his head and soon enough he was waving them off so that they could get to work while Skye was heading off to get go see Mason.
 
Soon enough night came around and Nicholas was heading towards the pizza place where everybody else was gathering, currently talking on the phone with Skye, who was locked away in her apartment taking care of tracking the man. "So you are saying that this man isn't even in the city currently?" he was questioning. "Nope he isn't. Unless he got smart and handed his phone off to another but I doubt it." Skye was commenting as she was just typing away.
 
while he was headed to meet them all Nate and Max were talking to the guys urging them to be honest with the Commissioner so that things could actually change and get better
 
Nicholas was walking over and greeting everybody at that point in time before he was questioning how everybody's evening was. "Also while it is on my mind; Nate and Max, Skye says that right now the man isn't even in town and she doubts that he handed his phone off to somebody else." he was speaking to them.
 
Soon enough everybody was sitting down to eat food and at the time Nicolas was just listening to the conversations. Everybody seemed a bit hesitant to speak with him around although they seemed to relax a bit as he idly joined into some conversations. The topic at that point in time was about younger siblings and how they drove them insane at times. "I've a younger sister - while she has her moments where she drives me insane.... she is also somebody that I would go to the end of the world to protect. She is the only family that I have left." Nicolas was commenting after a moment. Their parents were both dead and they had cut ties with their aunts and uncles.
 
Nicolas was just chuckling a bit as he just talked with everybody and soon enough there were a couple of people complaining about the chief.
 
Nicolas was just listening to everything that had happened recently before he was speaking, "If you all don't mind. I would love if you could all write down all of your complaints that you have about the chief for me. Any and all. It can be done any time and you can bring them to me whenever."
 
Nicolas was just letting out a breath before he questioned, "If anybody has input... if the chief were to lose his job. Who would you all see as a good chief? You can just tell me know or write it down. Obviously it is all hypothetical since I cannot be bias. I need to have proof before I remove him from his station, especially if it is for abusing his power."
 
they all nodded and then went back to work making their lists. Max and Nate didn't know that they were being nominated for the position because of how they always helped out and went above and beyond when people asked for help
 
Nicolas was just leaning back in his chair before looking at his phone when it vibrated to see that he had a message from Skye about something. A slight frown did form but it fade away pretty quickly.
