Batgirl Begins (dbspock/WendyTheRed)

Hawk hit his elbow square on the tray. It didn't deflect his strike much, but it dud dilute the power, so while he still hit her in the side, the tray spread out the force enough it had little effect on her. If striking the tray hurt him at all, he refused to acknowledge it, but the bitch having her fingers in her hair really irked him and limited his options, so that was the hold he tried to defect by reaching up and grabbing hold of her wrist, trying to find a pressure point to make her release her grip.

The only response to her demand was laughter as the boy pulled on her hair harder, stepping back out of range of her feet, and maybe even forcing her to bend back a bit...a very provocative pose in her current outfit. Of course, that still left Babs the third attacker to deal with, and he grinned as his two friends kept the red head distracted so he could reach for the short skirt she was wearing.

If Babs was paying attention, she might have noticed Chloe tentatively stepping up to the conflict, a tray of her own in her hand, but not quite clear on what to do with it.

Barbara's options were quickly becoming limited. She saw Chloe approaching and hoped she'd use the tray as a weapon but for now, she couldn't spare much thought for her friend. She had no idea what, if anything the other girl was doing but hopefully she was keeping the fourth one busy at least. Her most serious issue was the hand in her hair which seriously restricted her movement.

She felt the third one reaching for her skirt even as she realized how her arched back made her look to any onlookers, a thought that brought a flush to her cheeks both of embarrassment and anger. Hawk grabbing her wrist forced her to make a snap decision and she jerked her arm back, letting go of his hair to place both hands on the tray in a solid grip. She swung it straight at Hawk's head, as hard as she could, twisting her body slightly to put more force into it even as it made her cry out from how hard it caused her hair to be pulled. She was hoping to stun Hawk or if she got supremely lucky, take him out of the fight entirely.

Babs hopes were filled in one respect at least...the initial victim was indeed keeping the fourth captive busy, as he didn't want to lose the advantage of the full nelson he had on her. So the target could do little more than struggle, turning red with embarrassment at the realization her shirt had fallen wide open and her struggles were just jiggling her breasts for the onlookers, putting on a show that combated Babs.

Hawk grinned as he succeeded in getting his hair free, but he only had time to spin around before he met Babs tray full on in the face. It took him down...but the question still lingered if he was out. The next event didn't go Babs way though as no one prevented the boy from grabbing hold of her skirt, and he managed to yank it down off her hips. That, at least, crystalized Chloe into action and she whacked the boy over the head with her tray. However, the boy simply winced in pain and turned to Chloe with annoyance.

"What did you do, Chloe?" Yet another unfamiliar voice cried out, but Chloe seemed to recognize it.

"It wasn't me!" She claimed as she took a step back from the boy who was now threatening her.

Thankfully the new arrival didn't seem interested in attacking Babs, and indeed tried to help her as the boy who had a grip on her hair suddenly let go. If Babs looked around, she'd see that a tall thin boy about her age had just put a trash can over the head of her assailant, and he was now struggling to get free of the smelly and messy trap.

Barbara blushed as her skirt was yanked down, exposing her new panties to anyone who cared to look. The advantage of a skirt versus pants however was that with a simple kick she was free of it and with the boy behind her letting go of her hair Barbara was finally free for the first time since the fourth member had ambushed her. She briefly took stock of the situation, Hawk was down though maybe not out, the boy behind her was caught in a trash can, the other boy was still busy with the girl they'd assaulted and the one who had grabbed her skirt was now facing Chloe.

The one facing Chloe took Barbara's full attention though she did spare a brief nod of thanks for the new arrival. She was not going to let anything happen to Chloe, not while she had the power to prevent it. Barbara had taken martial arts classes true but she'd also run in track and field and as a result, her legs were quite strong. Which the unfortunate boy facing Chloe was about to find out as Barbara used perhaps the most classic attack a woman had when fighting a man. She pulled her leg back and launched a powerful kick straight up between his thighs using the training she'd gotten in her martial arts classes and the strength from her track and field days to launch a devastating kick. If she managed to connect she had little doubt this one, at least, would not have much interest in doing anything besides perhaps vomiting and cradling his balls for a while.

The boy grinned when he saw the fear in Chloe's eyes...as well as the cleavage her low cut shirt presented. It never occurred to him an attack may come from behind, so when Babs went in for her kick, there was nothing stopping him. He actually went up in the air a bit as she connected, and when he came down, he came all the way down, indeed curling up in a ball on the floor.

The new arrival didn't notice Babs nod of thanks, though he couldn't help but take note of her panties, even as he struggled to keep the trash can over the head of the attacker. The pair did some sort of odd dance across the increasingly slippery mall floor even as Hawk regained his feet, anger in his eyes now. "Come on...there may be more of them!" Babs encouraged her friends as she reached out to grab hold of Babs wrist. Animals like these always traveled in packs, and Chloe didn't favor the arrival of reinforcements.

Barbara's grin as she downed the boy facing Chloe was cold. The boy whose nose she had broken would recognize it from the look she gave him in the rearview mirror of Harvey's car. She turned when she sensed Hawk getting up and balled her hand into a fist, pausing only when Chloe reached for her. She nodded and scooped up her skirt, gently tugging her wrist free she prepared to flee with the others though she did have one last thing she had to do.

She ran straight at the boy still holding the girl they'd been assaulting and threw a fist straight for his nose, much like she had done to the boy on the bus just a day ago. She figured he'd either have to let go of the girl to dodge or he wouldn't and she'd connect and he'd most likely let go of her. Either way, she'd grab the girl's arm and drag her with them when they fled, following wherever Chloe led.

Chloe didn't fight when Babs tugged her wrist free...she didn't want to hamper the other woman's efforts to defend herself...and the others, it seemed. But Chloe trusted she got her point across, even if Babs didn't seem to want to run right away. Given the fact the initial victim was still present, Chloe understood the impulse.

As it turned out, Babs didn't get anywhere near landing a punch. The boy saw her coming and did the first thing he could think of, namely shove the girl he was holding right at Babs to stop her. So Babs had no difficulty grabbing the girls arm, indeed they hugged for a few moments there as they tried to maintain their balance, then they ran, Hawk and the others, with the exception of crotch boy, in hot pursuit.

Chloe, as it turned out, had no idea where to escape to, and the other girl quickly took the lead, either not noticing or caring that her shirt was flapping as she led the dash down the hallway. Fortunately the attention they attracted was mostly after the group had passed, so they only got a glimpse of her lower back. Babs, of course, wasn't so fortunate, as her loss of a skirt meant her panties were visible from every angle. But Chloe was lagging a bit behind...she wasn't in as good a shape as either of the other girls, not had as long a legs as their male companion, so either by design or coincidence she mostly covered up the view of Babs rear. The boy also noticed her exposed panties...how could he not?...and did what he could. As they ran, he slipped his jacket off and held it to his side, the flapping fabric obscuring the view of Babs undergarment for the most part.

"In here!" The girl snapped as they came to an unmarked door in the back hallway. She opened it, and it quickly became clear they were in an employees lounge area of a nearby clothing store. The girl didn't hesitate as she opened another door, and pausing only for a moment to make sure everyone was inside, she then slipped in and shut the door behind her, right before Hawk stuck his head in to search where they had disappeared to. The only problem was...their chosen hiding spot was a single occupant bathroom stall, and with four people in there, contact was impossible to avoid as they stood shoulder to shoulder (or in the boy's case, elbow to shoulder, at least as far as Chloe and the other girl were concerned). But the two girls and the boy, at least, tried to remain very quiet as they heard voices shouting as they searched the stores for them.

Barbara had never been so grateful for her time on the track team as she was while they fled. She could have easily outpaced their pursuers she was pretty sure but she wasn't going to leave the others behind so she matched pace with them. As a result by the time they got to the bathroom stalls she was probably less winded than the others, though even she was breathing a bit heavily.

She bit her lip when she realized they were all pressed together in the small stall. She leaned over slightly to peer around the girl in front and see if the door was locked. If it wasn't she'd gently tap her on the shoulder and motion to the lock on the door. That done she debated with herself for a moment. She wanted to slide her skirt back on but it was too crowded in here to do it without risking noise from bumping into the others or maybe the side walls of the stall so for now she just held it in her hand.

She twisted slightly to look at Chloe and gave her a reassuring smile then turned to look up at the taller boy and mouthed 'thank you' to him, flashing him a smile as well before she then settled in to wait with the others, hoping the gang would lose interest and move on. Even as she waited, she thought over what she had seen of the employees lounge, her eidetic memory recreating the room in her mind as she thought of items in the room that could make potential weapons if needed.

Babs wasn't the only one breathing heavily in the stall...they were all panting in the confined space, despite their best efforts to remain quiet. The initial victim had it the worst it seemed though, as her shirt had the buttons torn off and her bra was in full view as her chest heaved. It was a show impossible not to be noticed, and the boy inadvertently jammed his elbow into Babs breast as he raised his arm and offered his jacket to her. It was too cramped to try and put it on properly, but it still provided an effective cover as the girl hugged it in front of her chest. One of the upsides of it being so crowded in the room was that no one could really see Babs underwear...the downside was that her butt was pretty mush brushing up against the guy and there was really no place for her to go.

As it turned out, Babs didn't have to indicate for the door to be locked...the girl had already taken care of that. Chloe locked her gaze with Babs and tried to smile bravely...but this wasn't how she'd been planning to spend their day. She rolled her eyes when Babs tried to communicate silently to the male in the room, who was doing his best to pretend he wasn't there. Chloe reached out and sharply yanked on his arm to get his attention and nodded towards Babs, then the boy looked down at her and smiled shyly.

As for the employee lounge, it was a standard breakroom with no real weapons, but of course with a bit of imagination that wasn't a problem. Chairs, tables, coffee cups, coat rack, napkin dispenser, even the trash can could be used as a weapon under the right circumstances.

Barbara couldn't help but notice how her rear kept brushing against the guy behind her and she flushed slightly as she realized she was inadvertently teasing him, especially when she had turned around earlier in her quest to thank him. She winced slightly as he jabbed her in the breast but she understood the situation they were in and she wasn't upset with him over it. She noticed the interaction between Chloe and the boy and smiled slightly. She tried to catch Chloe's eye and if she succeeded she'd mouth "Dave?" and nod her head towards the boy.

She settled into to wait for as long as it took, trying to listen to any sounds outside. Still, she kept her posture ready, muscles slightly tensed so she could leap into action should the gang find them and force the door open. She suspect she and the tall boy might be the ones best suited to handle things if it came to that, but she really hoped it didn't.

There wasn't much else to look at, so Babs had little difficulty catching Chloe's eye and reading her lips. Chloe smiled and nodded in confirmation. Not the way she'd been hoping her two friends would meet...especially not as she saw Dace elbow Babs in the boob...but it could have been worse, she supposed. No one was timing it, so they weren't sure how long they stood there, but the dark haired girl could no longer hear any noise outside so she figured she could speak quietly.

"Thank you so much, and I'm so sorry about this." She said as she hugged the borrowed jacket to her chest. "My names Sam, by the way, and if there's ever anything I can do for you, just say the word." She wanted to reach out and shake each of their hands as a proper greeting and thanks, but she too had seen what happened when Dave moved his arm, and she kind of liked hugging herself with both arms under the circumstances.

Barbara shook her head at Sam's apology and whispered as well. "You have nothing to be sorry for. I am not going to stand by and do nothing when someone needs help. My name is Barbara Gordon. I'm happy we were able to help."

She twisted slightly to look at Dave. "And you're the famous Dave. Your heroic entrance is probably the only reason we pulled this off. Thank you so much."

Sam scoffed lightly at Babs statement. "You must be new in town." She declared. No one who grew up in Gotham would have done what the red head did. If she recognized the significance of Bab's last name, she gave no sign of it. "I think we might be able to sneak out to the parking lot in a few minutes." Sam continued. "Where did you park?"

When Babs twisted, she rammed her butt cheek right into Dave's cock and as much as he tried not to think about it, Sam's bra and Bab's panties were at the forefront of his mind, Chloe was just to naive to realize it. He tried to move back out of the way, but he was already flat against the wall so there was nowhere to go. "Famous?" Dave looked at black underwear girl with a bit of confusion, then his gaze shifted to Chloe who simply shrugged, and Dave sighed a bit. "I'm just glad that worked in real life almost as well as it did on TV." Dave agreed, blushing a bit as the cute red head called him heroic. He grunted a bit as Chloe elbowed him, then remembered he'd been thanked. "Oh...your welcome." He said with a nod.

Barbara nodded her head. "I just got to town yesterday and was accosted on the bus by boys from a gang called the Ghost Dragons. It nearly ended poorly for me..." She blushed as she remembered how she'd been stripped almost entirely naked "but I did break one's nose and helped a GCPD detective find and arrest him. I decided after that, though no one was going to suffer without help if I was there and could do something about it. People not standing up is why those jerks have the power to do what they do." Her voice had steel in it though she softened some as she continued. "My dad dropped us off and we were going to take the bus back." She glanced at Chloe. "Dad...I'm an idiot. We could call him?"

Barbara was becoming aware of Dave's cock as it pressed into her rear and her blush from remembering the encounter on the bus only deepened at that realization. She mentally cursed herself for accidentally teasing the boy and tried to stay as still as possible. "Well, famous in that Chloe talked about you and said you were a good friend. Even better than she said if you were willing to get involved in that fight. Seriously, I owe you. If you hadn't gotten that punk to let go of my hair, I'd probably be half naked by now if not worse..."

"You can always pick out the newbies in Gotham." Sam actually found enough humor in the situation to giggle softly as her instincts were proven correct, but the grin quickly faded as Babs revealed her own tale of woe. "Damn." She said softly, then raised her eyebrow when Babs stated she broke one of their noses. "Damn." She repeated. "I'd give you a high five, but..." She shrugged and grinned again, her hands occupied concealing her modesty, and the cramped confines not real conducive to a high five anyway. She then frowned as Babs mentioned the bus. "Probably not the best idea...they could be waiting there." She then shook her head. "No need to call your dad...I can give you a ride." She offered.

Dave's smile broadened and Chloe's blush deepened as Babs kept talking about them, though he also began to blush as she said she owed him. No cute girl had ever said that to him before. His mind immediately conjured a dozen different ways underwear girl could repay him, especially as she talked about being half naked, and he cursed himself for being a gentleman as he knew he wouldn't ask for a one. "J...just glad it worked out." He said softly, then turned a deeper shade of red as one of the outcomes was his cock in her rear.

"Worse, I'd imagine. I think they had me destined for the flagpole." Sam admitted. "So I'm the one who owes everyone." Which did NOT help Dave's blush in the least.

Barbara smirked at Sam's assessment. It wasn't wrong but she also decided the other girl, like Chloe, was underestimating her resolve. She didn't mind, she thought that with time, she'd prove what one person standing up to these people could do. Her mind flashed back to her posing in that Batman sweatshirt at Chloe's house and a silly idea popped into her head which she instantly dismissed. Yeah right, me as some kind of Bat vigilante... she thought. She refocused on Sam and whispered to her. "The reason I mentioned my dad is he is a GCPD captain, if I called and told him what was going on, we'd definitely not have to worry about those boys. Though he might also never let me leave the house again without an armed escort..."

She glanced at Chloe and saw the deep blush. She mentally filed that away for later, wondering if maybe her friend had a crush on Dave. Glancing over her shoulder, she saw he had a matching crush and she smiled warmly at him as she pushed her glasses back up on her nose. "No, I'm serious. I owe you. You literally saved me today. Chloe too. Don't act all humble Dave." She smiled warmly at him, even as she also blushed when she felt his cock brushing against her pantie-clad rear.

She looked at Sam, wondering what she meant though she could well imagine. "Well, Sam, you don't owe me a thing. I had already told myself I wouldn't stand by like the other people in this city and I meant it. I didn't even think about it before I jumped in and I'd have done it for anyone. I'm just glad you're safe. That's all the thanks I need."

"Gordon...wait...Captain Gordon? Hero cop?" Sam finally made the connection and her eyes widened. Heroism ran in the family, it seemed. But she shook her head at Bab's optimism. "I tried the police thing before. One of the thugs has a dad on the force. He came and arrested ME for the attack. I'm on probation right now. Any more police involvement and I'll probably wind up in juvie." Sam worried. She did NOT want to get strip searched again.

Dave glanced uncertainly between Chloe and underwear girl. Chloe was a known quantity and he'd learned how to deal with her, he had no idea how to deal with Red. "Uh..." His mouth opened as she seemed to expect a response, but she'd dismissed the only one he could think of.

"Try thank you." Chloe stage whispered, then Dave glanced at her for a moment before nodding and turning back to Babs again. "Thank you." He repeated dutifully.

Sam nodded when Babs insisted she didn't owe her, but then shook her head. "But still, I'm not going to leave you stranded here. I want to know you made it home safe, so at least let me offer you a ride. And maybe dinner, since you got your lunch interrupted."

Barbara frowned at Sam's reply. She was not surprised there were corrupt elements among the GCPD but she still wasn't happy about it. She sighed softly. "If you give me his name, maybe I can talk to my dad about it. If nothing else, maybe he can start watching that cop and bust his ass if he steps out of line again. Don't worry, I won't tell him about you, I'll leave your name out of it."

She smiled as she caught the interaction between Dave and Chloe and looked over her shoulder at him. "You're welcome hero Dave." She winked at him then looked back at Sam again. "Oh, that I am quite willing to accept. Though Chloe and Dave and I were going to the movies after lunch. I suppose I could do dinner afterwards. You could also come to the movies with us if you want?" Barbara winced as she realized she'd just invited the other girl along without clearing it with the others and shot Chloe an apologetic look.

"His name is Larry Mancussu." Sam said without hesitation, then chuckled bitterly when Babs said her name would be left out of it. "Good luck with that. I'm pretty sure he has a picture of me with a bullseye above his desk ever since I beat his kid at the karate tournament." Sam had little hope anything would come of the other girls promise, but she'd felt helpless for so long that she wanted to do something, even if it wouldn't really help.

Did the cute red head just wink at him? And call him a hero again? He was almost sure he wasn't imagining it, but it was so far outside his experience that he had no idea how to deal with it. Thankfully the conversation moved on before he had to contribute anything.

"I'm not sure that's a good idea anymore." Chloe admitted, and Sam nodded in agreement. Even if they weren't being actively hunted, the movies far to likely to run into a teenager, in this case a teenager with a grudge.

"What movie did you want to see?" Sam asked curiously, and after Chloe told her she smiled brightly. "I have that on Pay-per-view at home. We could watch it there...and the popcorn and seating are better." Sam promised.

Chloe caught Bab's apologetic look and shook her head. She had the feeling Sam didn't want to be alone right now and had no intention of abandoning her. She also didn't want to speak for Babs (she had no problem speaking for Dave, knowing he'd go along with just about anything she suggested) so she just shrugged and left the final decision up to Babs.

Barbara smiled at Sam. "He just might. But, if there is any good news, it is that if he has done this to you, you're not alone. He's probably done it to lots of people. He'd have no reason to suspect you had anything to do with it. Also, my dad is one of the good ones." Barbara had no proof of it beyond the newspaper articles she had read and a daughter's belief, but she said it with conviction regardless.

She had really been looking forward to the movie but saw the logic in Chloe's argument. She nodded, reluctantly, as well but then perked up when Sam said she had it available to watch at her house. Her eyebrows rose and she looked at the other two. "That would be nice. If it's not a bother and if Chloe and Dave agree of course. I'd love to watch it in the privacy of your home."

She grinned slightly. "But in the short term, do we think it's safe to get out of here so I can put my skirt back on and you can put Dave's borrowed jacket on?"

"Maybe." Sam had been screwed over by Gotham too many times to take any good news at face value, and she wasn't sure there was such a thing as an honest cop in Gotham, but she didn't want to delusion the new girl. Gotham would do that anyway. She adamantly shook her head when Babs asked if it would be a bother. "It'll be fun." She promised. She hadn't had a good movie night since the whole Cobra Kai debacle had started.

"It's settled then." Chloe declared, not bothering to wait for Dave to speak up before they moved onto the next subject. Chloe couldn't help but grin at Bab's as she had already picked up the habit of speaking for Dave and volunteered his jacket in the cause of Sam's modesty. Sam, at least, glanced in his direction, and Dave gave her a small nod. "I'll get it back to you as soon as we get home." Sam promised, and Dave shrugged lightly. He liked the jacket, complete with a Starfleet insignia on the breast (which really wasn't obvious the way Sam was holding it) but it wasn't like Linus's blanket. He could bear to be separated from it for a while, and while he was generally cold, that was not a problem right now in the confined space.

"I think I can reach the handle." Chloe put actions to words as she reached out, her hand brushing along Babs stomach until she reached the door. "Babs...if you could just squeeze into the corner a bit more, I think I can get the door open." The door, of course, opened inward, and Babs, of course, had nowhere to go. Until Dave offered his suggestion. "If I picked you up and rotated a bit, that would clear the floor space." Dave suggested, his logical mind coming to the conclusion before he realized the ramifications...namely that he was askign Babs to trust a stranger to hold her over the toilet.

She noticed the skeptical tone in Sam's voice bit she wasn't offended. If sh didn't know her dad she'd be skeptical too. "Alright movie night it is when we get out of here."

She nodded when Chloe told her she'd have to back up to get the door open. She bit her lip and looked around the confined space. "I'll try."

She tried to back up but discovered quickly that there was nowhere to go. And of course trying to back up resulted in her pushing her panty-clad rear back into Dave. She listened to Dave's suggestion and awkwardly turned around in the small space to face him.

"Alright I'll wrap my arms and legs around you to make it a bit easier. You ready?" Barbara asked as she slid her arms around Dave's neck in preparation for him to lift her.

Dave did his best to make himself squeeze into the little corner he'd been allotted, but he'd done all the squeezing her could already, The only way he could take up less space was by losing weight...or losing his erection, neither of which seemed possible under the circumstances. Especially as the red head seemed intent on grinding her ass into him, a term he'd heard but never experienced before, It did not help when she turned around and he found himself looking down at her pretty face, now all too aware of just where his erection was in relation to her.

He nodded at her suggestion...it did seem more feasible than his initial intent just to pick her up...and bent down a bit so she could wrap her arms around his neck...almost like a hug. He was all too aware of how her breasts were now pressed against his chest as he grunted a bit as he straitened up...it was an awkward angle...and he hoped Chloe wasn't paying attention to where his hands went, because as she wrapped her legs around him, the easiest way to support her was by placing his hands under her thighs, all too close to her panty covered ass. The plan did work, however, and as he rotated slightly that freed up enough room for Chloe to open the door.

Sam slipped out, after making sure the coast was clear, quickly followed by Chloe, then Dave took two steps to clear the room as well and place his passenger down on the ground. Sam had indeed used the extra space to slip his jacket on...but she didn't seem in a large hurry to do so, and had indeed just started to zip it up once they were all back in the lounge.

She was pleased when Dave lifted her and her legs wrapped around him to support her weight. She nibbled her lip as his hardness pressed into her as she settled into position and a flush spread across her cheeks as he supported her with a grip on her thighs. Goosebumps spread on her bare flesh under his hands and she was quite relieved when they were out and he put her down.

"Thank you" She said awkwardly and turned away to shimmy back into her skirt, relieved to find it wasn't damaged when it was stripped off of her. She was so distracted by getting it on and looking it over she was totally unaware of how her hips swayed as she wiggled to get it into place.

That done she turned back to the others and smiled at Sam. "So what's the best way to get to your car with minimal risk?"

If Dave noticed her goosebumps when he put his hands on her bare flesh, or the way her ass wriggled as she shimmied back into her skirt, his face betrayed no sign of it, any redness could have been a remnant of their time in the bathroom. Sam, for her part, hadn't bothered to zip up Dave's coat all the way and still shone a hint of cleavage as she peeked into the hallway to make sure the coast was clear before nodding to the group. "This way." She announced as she went into the hallway, but as they weren't being pursued she saw no reason to run and attract attention, and indeed with everyone properly dressed again the few employees they encountered on their way to the garage paid them no mind, just thinking they were there for a summer job.

"You might want to sit up front." She told Dave a bit apologetically as Sam led them into the parking garage and towards a little red convertible. "There isn't much room in the back." And indeed there wasn't much room in the front either, but Dave's form would fit better in the passenger seat. Perhaps not the most polite solution, but a practical one.
