Ianite was just commenting, "From what I've heard his son doesn't want a wife... but he is forcing his son into a relationship.... How terrible." There were definitely a lot of woman around that were stating that they didn't want to marry a cripple at all. Calla was just listening for a brief moment in time before she was making a side comment to the other two that the man's son was terrible, she had meet him a couple of times. "Honestly, I speculate he acts crippled at times because he stops his father being able to do as stupid of stuff."
 
Ianite was just giggling before she was nudging Calla and teasing her lady-in-waiting that she should volunteer considering the other woman seemed to fancy the man.
 
Calla was just looking over for a brief moment in time before she was speaking, "I doubt that his father would let a lady-in-waiting formerly nothing more than a stablehand marry his son. I'll pass."
 
Calla was just looking for a moment before she was speaking, "Besides the point. Honestly though there is that half chance that he doesn't even want to get married."
 
Ianite was just looking for a moment before she was commenting to Calla that she still thought she should do it. "Maybe sneak off and see if you can't find him. I know you are bored and wanting something to do. Maybe you can give us more of a look into this party which feels... strange." Ianite was commenting after a moment in time.
 
Calla was just looking for a moment before she was speaking, "I will snoop around then and see what I can find."
 
Calla was nodding her head and soon enough she was sneaking off while everybody was distracted so that she could snoop around the mansion. So far she wasn't finding anything but after a bit of searching she did find herself coming up to the kitchen, and she was watching as some of the servants were dumping some kind of powder into the punch that was going to be served.
 
Calla had ended up having to duck into hiding to avoid getting spotted as the servants were leaving, and was just pursing her lips for a brief moment in time, just wondering what the hell was even going on. She did need to find a way to leave without getting spot but she didn't think that it was going to be that simple.
 
Ianite was just speaking to Adrian in a soft voice and explaining what had happened. Although it wasn't long before Calla seemed to be returning, just commenting that she had gotten lost on the way back from the restroom. With that she was whispering to the others what she had spotted.
 
Adrian looked at the punch and then nodded his head "I would avoid it if they were seen putting something in it and you don't know why I wouldn't risk it" Adrian didnt know what the other duke was up too but he wasn't going to risk his wife or the others by being stupid. Adrian looked at Darian "he really needs to retire and let his son take over" Adrian and Darian both knew the male and he was a better person than his father and not nearly as perverted.
 
"That is why he gathered the women... To try and get his son a wife." Ianite was commenting after a moment in time before she was just looking at Calla for awnt. The orange haired female was just shaking her head a bit.
