It's a team thing, Inkybus. Erin will, once everyone is together, have team challenges, where they have to depend on each other and the other's abilities as well as their own. Don't feel bad, Windy is 16, she's going to have a rebellious streak as well. Fast as fast can be, no one can touch me! kinda thing.
 
While doing a bit of research on the Archie Comics, (they were not around when I grew up so basically all I know about the characters are from the Riverdale show and from The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina), I came across this and can not help but to put it up here in reference to @Frozen Princess reference to herself as Betty and James and Loni as Archie and Veronica.

It also had me thinking that James could perhaps have a Jughead by his side for a bit of comic relief.
 
That Jughead is already there, in NPC Zapper. Even NPC Molly could be a nerdy, gender reversed one. Both of them are also gamers, which I'm pretty sure laid back Jughead was in the 90s on.

True but they are friends of Windy rather than of James but I suppose from a larger perspective it is all the same.


Also; I think I am finally all caught up having just posted for Loni and Edith as well as for Su-Ji.
 
And the best part, anyone can play them. Besides Zapper has offered a supersuit to James as well.

Yep, everything looks good, just need a reply from Bond, Captain Bond. ;)
 
@Inkybus, nice post. Ginger would grab that of the three main entrees served. I was about to have her pick vegetable lasagna with a sigh, but now I can have her more excited. Thanks!
 
Glad I could inspire! As for the team thing, Marko would not mind a team per se, but he does not want to be press-ganged. He is not a reluctant hero: if someone tries to force him to do something, he will retaliate. Peer Pressure is something that he also looks down on.
 
I never did specify what Su-Ji chose for her lunch, unless of course she and Ginger are having the conversation while waiting in line, but I think that she will be loading up a little bit of everything.
 
Also: @Inkybus Nice touch with Marko "defending" Su-Ji (be sure that she heard it regardless of how hushed the conversation was) I do feel though that it might be cool if he himself had noticed some of her other more prominent new features, the tail for instance, and whiskers, as well as her ears.
 
Marko noticed the ears. In another corner of his mind he noticed her tail but not her whiskers, because the way I saw it I wanted the scene to be like, he was in the queue, behind Su-Ji: she was turned away from him.

The bigot was literally talking behind her back and stuff.~

@captain_bond Uh, is his last name Swift or Greggory? I mean he could have his middle name Greggory...

Also, Captain Elizabeth "Fly Girl" Hennessy was his squadron leader/field commander, although there would be other brass all over Westbrook Air Base that would be just as surprised at his reappearance. Her second in command maybe? Unnamed "Turkey Trot"? He might see him first, as his captain might be getting her ass chewed out by a different brass since she would be head of the investigation, even though she was told "not to pursue". Right hand not knowing left and all that.
 
Sorry about the confusion, I wrote the header last night and the actual post today. Edited to reflect the ass-chewing that Scott interrupts and further clarified who he was turning in his commission to.
 
We'll just assume Scott is packing up whatever he needs and finding someplace to lay low; he's not really afraid that anyone can hurt him, but he doesn't want to hurt anyone that's sent to bring him in for whatever fuckery the government might have planned. Yes, we know there is no such fuckery (yet), but he doesn't.

Also, it seems like FP said that the mayor is a bad guy, but what about anyone who's going along with the gag order? The commissioner, the city council, etc?
 
Commissioner is in on it with the mayor, so yeah, technically a bad guy too as in crooked head cop. The council are basically lackies. Not really bad, but not doing anything about it either. Going along with it.
 
Oh you could have moved either Zapper or Molly, I couldn't see how they wouldn't like the hero name, heck, I could even see Molly sending James a thumbs up emoji
 
Sometime in the future, Schro will have people hear a jaunty whistle when they walk home after a hard day at work.

EDIT: Completely unrelated to the police that will find the video on the smartphone left behind by Schro and his human goons- how long do you think humans can last without sleep?

I was waiting on MsBloom's reply and got a shock this morning.... I guess we've lost James and Scott... captain bond has withdrawn from Blue Moon completely it looks. 🥺
