"When we get to the top, we need to just take picturs, and if we find anything interesting, we should colect it, so long as it doesn;t disrupt anything," he said to her. He had no idea why his client would want to know about pokemon legends, expecially this one, but then again he had no idea who his client was.

"Why do you think someone wants information about an old pokemon?" she asked curously. "I mean, if everyone knows the legends and the pokemon is supposed to be dead, why would you want to know more about it?" Jewels thinking, while she was obviously a very smart pokegirl, could be very simple minded and a little on the ditzy side at times.

"Well...they could just be interested in legends and want to have some proof of one," he said "In truth this kind of client seems like a rich individual who has a thing for rare and valuable items," he said. "Of course why he or she isn't coming to get it themself is beyond my understanding...if they have the money they could have hired a massive team to come with them if they where worried about there own necks."

She leaned against his side while staring at the stars above. "You humans are a strange bunch." she murmured to him. "A very strange bunch." Smiling, she turned her gaze back to him and chuckled. "But then I'm sure us pokegirls are a very strange bunch to you humans as well."

"Not to strange.....other then the fact you are capable of doing the thing you can do," he meant there powers.

"What? Shed in large amounts?" she asks playfully, her nose scrunching up like a rabbit would with a soft giggle before yawning softly. "We should sleep. Today has been a busy day."

"Yeah, and tomorrow is just going to get busier," he told her with a small sense of annoyance in his voice.

She could hear the annoyance in his voice and it made her chuckle lightly before shaking her head. "Come on." was all she said before gently pulling him down to lay with her.

Seth smiled and laid down with her. He was sure by tomorrow she'd be tired of hiking up a mountain just as much as he was. Before long though he fell asleep.

Jewel yawned softly and curled up against his side with the thermal blankets pulled around them tightly and she closed her eyes. Within a couple of minutes she fell fast asleep.

The sun rose, over the mountainm Seth woke up first this time and felt refreshed, though he remembered that today they would be climbing the mountain.

After Seth woke up, Jewel stirred with a soft groan before her eyes fluttered open and she looked around before sitting up and rubbing her eyes.

He sat up, geting out of the blankets. "Ready for a day of sweat and dirt as we climb this?" he askd her, again not seeming to excited about it. After a quick breakfast the two packed up and started looking for some sort of entrance into the mountain to get up on top.

Jewel nodded as she stood up and shook out her fur and she looked up at the mountain once more before beginning to help clean up camp. Once everything was packed up and they've eaten, she begins to follow Seth around, looking carefully for a cave while sniffing the air since air from a cave is usually musty and a little stale.

This time Seth was the first to notice it, since it was daylight he was able to fully see everything. "Look!" he said, his voice sounding hopeful as he pointed up. A ridge that was maybe twenty or so feet up there stood a nice gaping hole. "Think itleads to the top?" he asked her.

Hearing Seths voice, Jewel stopped and moved over to him. She looked up to where he was pointing and gazed at the ridge, her lips pouting slightly before she shrugged. "I don't know." she said to him. "There's only one way to find out."

Seth wondered if she had been hoping to have to climb. He took out a few hooks and rope from his pack. "Alright," he said as he fastened a harness on her "You'll follow me....I'll be hooking the rope so all you really have to do is climb up after me," he told her," he explained a few other things, like how to climb properly and such. Soon they where half way up the ridge as he stuck hooks into the rock wall.

As he fastened the harness onto her, she shifted a little in discomfort before looking up at him as he spoke. The pokegirl nodded slightly as he explained different things to her before adjusting the harness on her. Not long after, Jewel found herself climbing up the side of the ridge behind Seth, using her claws to grip the rock easier.

It seemed to take forever, but by the time they both sat on the edge of the ridge breathing heavily it still had not even gotten to late yet. "Well...before we go in and end up hitting a dead end," he said, he took out a glow stick and cracked it shaking it so it glowed brighter before he threw it as hard as he could into the cave. It didn;t hit a wall or anything and it landed several yards away. "Looks like we might have found a way."

Upon reaching the ridge, Jewel sat down with a soft thud and just sat there breathing a little heavily. Shaking her head, she looked up at him and smiled slightly before standing up several minutes later with a flick of her tail. Jewel watched him crack the glow stick which he then tossed into the cave. "Maybe we have." she murmured. "I'll go first, just in case there are any other pokegirls inside." Smiling at him, she slowly entered the cave. Her ears were perked up and her eyes wide as she listened for anything and looked around.

Seth took out a flash light and used it to see around, her eyes might be better thn his in the dark so he had to use a light. They walked for a bit, it seemed there where several tunnels that branched off of it. Every now and then he would drop a smaller little glow stick they could use them to back track if they needed, he just hoped they stayed there for them.

As they traveled the tunnel Jewel remained several feet ahead of Seth but always in his view. She knew that he was dropping the glowsticks, she could hear when they hit the floor, but she ran her hand along the wall to leave her scent just in case.

Soon they reached a path that split up. "Well...now which way should we go?" he asked. They wanted to get to the top of the mountain, so which ever one headed up would be there best bet.

Upon coming to the fork in the path, Jewel looked back and forth between the two before moving towards one and sniffing the air then moving to the other and sniffing the air yet again. "Hmm, I thin we should go down... this one." she says, pointing to the path on the right. "The air smells cleaner and the path leads up. The other one goes down."

"I'm glad you have such a keen sense of smell Jewel," he said giving her a gentle stroke before they went through the right path. Gradually he felt it begin to go up, it would open up into several other places with forks, some with two, a few with three. He would have her smell for the cleaner path and would follow it. Soon he felt it must have been getting late, when he looked at his wach is was mid afternoon. "I hope we are almost there," he said gently.
