"our blizzard may have covered our tracks in the snow..but yes lets put as much distance between us and them," with that they crunched through the snow. As they traveled it got a bit deeper and deeper and the wind would pick up now and then. "Is it me...or are we heading into another blizzard?" he asked her as the wind blew snow.
 
She had noticed that the snow was getting deeper the further on they walked and she frowned. "Yes, I.. I think that perhaps we are." she said softly.
 
The blizzard, though harsh was rather convenient for them. It would provide cover and they could travel wthout being seen. Or so Seth thought. Something whizzed past him suddenly and he heard the roar of a snow mobile. He looked to notice just barely white glad people coming towards them. "Jewel run," he said to her and he began to run.
 
Jewel heard the roar of a snow mobile before Seth did and her ears perked up. It took her a moment to realize that Seth had told her to run and she began running through the snow behind him as quickly as she could, her tail flicking every now and then.
 
She was lagging, he grabed her hand and ran with her. "Jewel keep going," he told her suddenly. She had the orbs, as long as she was safe it was fine. Seth took out a flare gun from his pack, it was hard in the snow, but it was all he had. He shot it off and it zoomed at the people in the snow mobile. He had doubted it would do anything serous, but he was pleased to see them swerve and try to avoid it and he began to run after Jewel as he loaded another shot.
 
Jewel kept stumbling in the snow and once in a while she would fall to her knees but she scrambled back to her feet and ran after him again. "I'm trying." she gasped as she panted softly. "It's hard to run in the snow." She flinched when he shot off the flare gun and ran a little faster, trying to get away from the people following them on the snow mobiles.
 
Seth would turn and shoot off another flare every now and then, just to keep them from coming straight at them. But soon they would just effortlessly move to the side as the flares zoomed passed, and Seth had run out. Thye came to something, a hard stone or surface. "Damnit!" he thought as they where temporarily trapped.
 
Jewel had to pull up short or else she would of run face first into the stone and she fell backwards onto her rear. Looking back at the people on the snowmobiles, she turned over onto her hands and knees before looking up at seth. "W-we're trapped. Aren't we?" she asked him softly before slowly standing up.
 
"Looks like it," he said as he to looked as the snow mobiles approached. Why was this rock here, and in the middle of know where? "Well....deny having the orbs....if not...we might have to try and get away,
he doubted a blizard would work since they where already in one.
 
Moving closer to him, she reached out and grasped his hand. She was shivering again but she didn't know if it was from the cold or from being scared. "Okay." she murmured. As the wind whipped around them, her long hair fluttering around her face.
 
"It'll be okay," he told her, though he was beginning to seriosuly doubt it himself. They had gotten off there snow mobiles. They had strange guns, he guessed not ones with bullets. "Give them to us!" they ordered. They knew they had the orbs.
 
She looked at the people with wide eyes before shaking her head slightly, gripping his hand a little tighter. When they were ordered to give up the orbs, Jewel took a small step back and closer to Seth.
 
Seth was running out of ideas, he needed a miracle. "We lost tem in the tunnels," he said. They didn't buy it though, they had checked the tunnels. Though they demanded them to give up there packs. Seth had no intention of doing that, he stepped back as well, they where closer to the stone.
 
Jewel felt her pack brush against the stone behind them and she knew that there was no place for them to go. As she stepped back once more, she instinctively reached back to keep herself steady and placed her bare hand on the rock and she felt a surge of power that made her gasp. Looking back, she noticed that the rock was glowing ever so slightly and she looked down at herself to see that she was glowing blue. "S-Seth... what's going on?" she asked him nervously. "I feel funny."
 
Seth was a bit preoccupied, he was trying to make these guys back off. "Jewel...." he said looking at her to see her form shimmering with light. She was evolving? But how? Why? This seemed to make the men freeze as they watched her form change.
 
As she evolved, the blue light got brighter before turning a white color. Suddenly with a slight flash, the light faded with what seemed like a small bit of glitter and she stood there with here yes tightly shut. All of her once brown and tan fur had changed to a pale ice blue and her long brown hair turned a darker blue with deep saphire tips and grew longer. Her ears became a little more pointed and her tail was longer with a dark saphire blue tip. "What... what happened?" she asked softly while looking at her hands which were the same color as the tip of her tail.
 
"I have no idea....but try something," he told her, there enemies seemed to be getting over there initial surprise now. Seth had no idea what she had turned into, he had never seen an eevee turn into a pokemon like that before.
 
Jewel nodded and looked at their enemies again. Without thinking, she parted her lips and a beam of blue light shot towards the group that were advancing on them and they froze. At first it looked like they just stopped but when Jewel looked again, she could see that they were covered in a layer of ice.
 
Seth was shocked "That was an ice beam," he said looking at her. She wasn't a vaporeon, but she was able to do ice beam. Before he could enjoy this he decided it would be good to get far away. "Lets go Jewel," h said taking her hand and running once more. They could figure out what she was when they where safe.
 
Jewel just stood there in shock, staring at the frozen people and wondering what she had just done. She jumped and looked over at him in surprise before letting him lead her away, running along behind him. One of the first things that she noticed about her new form was that she wasn't cold any more. If anything she felt rather warm because of her clothing.
 
Seth noticed she felt a bit cooler. In the storm he noticed a small opening in a rock wall, hopefully it wasn't occupied. There luck seemed to once again work in their favor as they got into the empty cavern.
 
Jewel let Seth lead her through the storm, too confused to really think about where they were going. After they reached the cavern, she shook the snow and ice from her long hair and brushed it out of her fur.
 
Seth sat down, breathing heavily as he through his pack off. He then looked at her, studying her for some time it seemed before saying anything. "Your not a vaporeon," he said simply enough "So I'm gussing your an ice type."
 
Jewel slowly removed her pack and set it down carefully before shrugging off her winter clothing that he had gotten her to get a better look at herself. She ran a hand along her side, feeling the blue fur. It was cool and very soft. Softer and smoother then her brown fur had been. "Do you think someone else around here will know what I am?" she asks him softly.
 
"I hope so," he said. He found it strange she did not know what she was, he was going to ak if she was cold but he guessed an ice type would be comfortable in snow. Her change had also made her mature a little more. Her chest and rear being a bit bigger, her body taller.
