Hitting the wall, might have only knocked the breath out of him, if his shoulders werenât previously injured. The pain gave him a little pause but he forced himself to refuse to stay laying down. Starting to his feet, he barely realized the smoke had not restrained him like in the past till he was about at the end of the chain. Being in his elven form he was more acutely aware of his surrodings but still barely managed to come to a stop before choking the hell out of himself. Growling, he stared at the mage.
âWhat I am is natural⦠I was born like this⦠that⦠thatâ¦âGesturing at the animal.
Moving with all the speed he could muster, he scooped up the dagger and flung it at the mage. With the pain, the dagger went wide of its mark. He should have probably stopped and realized the mage was baiting him like this. With the chain around his neck, he was beginning to feel like a caged animal and hated it.
