Lucian smiled in satisfaction, along with a nod. "With catlike tread, hm?" He asked, chuckling softly, while Aelius drummed his figners on the ground, while Varrik peered at Tawny, studying her. "...What if we just motivate Felicity then? We know there's an artifact in the gnolls' lair, right? Tell her to take anything that looks particularly artifact-y," The half-elf said. "Plus, I'm sure we can give her motivation. I'd say she should be involved in the planning with us, but that's, mm...probably a bit of a futile and empty hope for now."
"Just offer her a fiveway," Aelius chirped with his smile in back in place, Adrian listening silently, his eyes darting over each participant in the conversation. "All of us for a job well done. Simple!"
Lucian heard Nia's suggestion, choosing to ignore Aelius's little 'suggestion,' as he raised an eyebrow in surprise at Nia's aptitude. "In the midst of the formation...hm, if that's the case, it makes sense. When we say they hit Tawny the hardest..." he considered numbers and fighting power. "There's nothing else for it, we'll have to take it all on together," he said as he looked to the map. "Environmental advantage is ours as well. If we put oruselves here, they can't outflank us- " he stopped at Tawny's question. The hiss...well, that one made him wince a bit. "...It won't be a problem, Tawny," he said. "Hasn't been now, won't be....Nia , I appreciate it, but..."
"He got in the Land of Mists," Adrian said bluntly. "Ain't the kinda thing that you can just magic off. Takes a lot, we've learnt to live with it. It's fixed to him as tightly as horniness is to Felicity. That ain't changing anytime soon. Save the slot for the fight and we'll take care of it."
"Don't suppose we can try talking to any of the gnolls still?" Varrik hardly sounded serious with the suggestion and wasn't even trying, Luc rolling his eyes.
"All goes well, we'll have the pick of it. How long do you need before we move out? If there's anything anyone needs to do beforehand..."
