Gurenge (1x1 w/DarkMudkip)

Amaya stopped behind him, frozen in fear. A thought overwhelmed her, that she should simply finish what she had started, fingers twitching, but once more she answered without control. “P-Poison.. I have the ability of poison..” Why was she obeying him? Listening to his commands and answering his questions?

Amaya was nearly lifted off of her feet, seeing stars in her vision as she tried her best to answer. “S-Sa..liva..” She wheezed out, barely a whisper.

He narrowed his eyes. Her saliva? There had to be more to it. He pulled her toward him and bit down hard into her shoulder, drinking her blood deeply.

Amaya let out a strangled cry of pain, body stiffening as he drank from her. Tears fell down her cheeks and she was paralyzed with fear, but did nothing to stop him. Almost immediately he felt relief for his wounds, felt them start to close as he consumed her blood.

He gave a low sigh before pulling away, "Not just your saliva, it would seem." He said before dropping her, "You'll need to consume fleah if you're to heal."

Blood dripped from her wound as she staggered back, putting a hand over it to try and slow the bleeding. She had thought for sure he would eat her, but he seemed interested only in healing his own wounds. “I-I can manage without..” She said quietly.

Amaya was nervous- of course she wouldn’t last long, especially after enduring a wound -but she didn’t want to eat human flesh.

He continued on like nothing happened, forcing her to follow him as they moved. He opened a door to a random little shed, and inside was a maze of stairs and halls. He walked in and shut the door behind her before walking off.

Amaya followed after him silently, leaving a trail of blood drops behind as she went, the bite on her shoulder closing slowly. “Where are we?”

"A domain that I use to get around. It's convenient and makes travel easier." He replied before stopping at a door and opening it. They were suddenly inside a rather lavish estate, and Masamune stepped through the door before looking back at Amaya, "This way."

Amaya met his gaze, and immediately looked to the floor- the fear and discomfort she felt when he met her gaze burned in every cell of her body. She followed him into the estate, looking around uncertainly.

Amaya obeyed without further question, entering the room and moving toward the group of people, heart beating hard in her chest.

She didn't realize it until she really looked, but Jin was there. Had Jin been turned as well? God, what was happening?
"It would seem that my previous Moons have failed wholly to do their jobs. You have been chosen to take their place."

Amaya couldn’t help but stare at Jin, who only stared at Masamune, a solemn look on her face.
Amaya’s ears were ringing, staring at Jin for a moment longer before looking around at the other demons.

Amaya had wished that Mitsunari had been quicker with his blade, turning her eyes back to Masamune. Was she now supposed to fight other slayers? Kill her friends and comrades?

"Jin, I have decided, will be my Upper Moon Two." Masamune stated firmly, "Hidemune and Minehime will be Upper Moons Three and Four respectively."
"To be put at the bottom, how embarrassing." The man with white hair pouted.
"Mitsuhide will be my Upper Moon Five. And you, Amaya, will be the Sixth."

Jin’s body language changed when she heard the familiar name of her former comrade, giving a quick glance to the other slayer turned demon. Her heart ached at the sight of the younger Hashira now a demon, but she said nothing, only bowed her head to Masamune.

"You don't have to reside here, you are free to leave. Except you two," Masamune's hard gaze passed over Jin and Amaya, "I don't trust either of you."
"And we can do as we please~?" Mitsuhide asked.
"I don't care what you do." Masamune replied.

Jin already knew of her conditions, heavy steel shackles around her wrists, ankles, and neck- missing only the chain.
Amaya lowered her gaze, wondering if she were to be chained as well, knowing that arguing only meant a worse fate.

“Of course, Masamune-sama.” She said quietly, almost like a beaten dog, bowing to him.
Amaya suppressed a scowl, keeping her eyes down.
