The Cavern (LunarWolf @ GuardianAngel)

Akiza was just looking towards him before she was moving over to him, and climbing onto his back, wrapping her arms around his neck. "Thank you for having faith in me right now."

Akiza held on around his neck and just gazed around, before she was closing her eyes at some of the sights that befell them.

No as long as she kept her eyes closed, then she was going to be alright. It didn't take them long to get to the throne room and thankfully it seemed untouched.

Akiza was climbing off of his back and going over to the center of the throne room. Hopefully she could actually do this. She shook her head a bit and was mentally telling herself that she could do it. That she had to do it. There were a few soft words that fell from her lips and what appeared to be a clock seemed to appear on the ground below her. As she spoke it seemed to expand and started to rise up into the air as it expanded. Akiza herself seemed to almost be hovering in the air as well her hands clasped in front of her and her head tilted back as though she were praying. One final word was spoken and the clock that had seemed to be forming was disappearing, only to reappear in the air high above the palace. "Time. Freeze." Akiza whispered and everything that was within the "clock" froze, other than Aaron, Rose, Lo-Wen, Bailey, and a few of the other generals.

Rose made her way through the castle, taking out assassins as she found them, and was moving innocents to some place a lot safer. It didn't take long to take care of the threat, and she was personally making sure to keep one of them alive so that they could be questioned. The powerful magic seemed to last for a good ten minutes before it was beginning to crumble. Akiza was sinking down to her knees as the magic began to fade and found herself coughing up a bit of blood. A strong indication that she had used magics that were far more advanced than what her body could handle. But she was certain that had any others been in her shoes, they would have made that same choice. The people had been saved, the assassins had been dealt with, and one of them had been captured for questioning.

the second she touched the ground shadows shot up around her and acted like a cacoon no one would be able to get near her until they fell

Probably a good thing that they were wrapping around her, considering she was soon passing out from exhaustion. It wasn't long before Rose was coming into the throne room, dragging the unconscious assassin with her.

"Got him for questioning." Rose was mumbling and was going over to where Akiza was at. Well the shadows seemed to allow her to get close to the female, and she took to just sitting on the ground with Akiza's head resting on her lap.

Aaron snorted at her. since it would take a bit for him to come back in to his right mind she was going to have a bit of a wait on her hands

"Why would you take to that? The tower is safe enough. Besides... It would have taken them a bit still to figure out that the person they has been chasing... Wasn't actually Aki." Rose commented before she looked down at Akiza, who almost looked as though she were in pain.

Rose watched before she was shifting to move Akiza over there. "Aaron, stay with her. I'm going to go get some ice. She is very hot to the touch."
