The butter had long since melted and soaked into each pancake. She just smiled and nodded, glad to have picked off the menu for Noel correctly. At the mention of the day's plans again, she blushed softly. "Oh, that's right..." She popped up and out the kitchen and could be heard conversing with her mom for a few minutes.
