"yeah. Gae is Elf Struck. if he was human he'd be a slathering slave at the moment. not that it's Alex's fault. he hasn't learned to control it yet." Crystall admitted. "we'll have to teach him how to turn that off." he admitted before smiling a little, looking at his sister. "no. Bella. he does not understand. he doesn't get why he is getting increasingly aggravated with people being close to his mate. it is not because he doesn't like to share. it is because he needs to, instinctively, protect his mate and his unborn offspring from people he neither knows nor trusts." he admitted simply. "as for how we help Alex, we tell him the truth and tell him how to fix it and tell the rest of the Manor to neither speak to, nor touch Alex until Gabe cane get himself under control. everyone here knows that half Demons are extremely protective and possessive, they will adhere to the proper code of conduct easily enough."
 
“Ah....yes. Well, considering how long they went without a teacher, I find it amazing that either of them have some control.”Belladonna said looking thoughtful before looking at crystall, eyes going wide. “....offspring?”She said before looking at alex, raising a eyebrow. “Is that why he’s having problems recovering?I mean, he’s moving slower and seems more tired then usual.”She said frowning a little before nodding, looking relieved. “Good. We’ll fix it. In the morning. Right now. You should get some sleep, I can watch over all of you.”
 
"Yeah, but then it's always impressive what the untrained ones have taught themselves." Crystall admitted. "From what Father was saying, James can do things he had never known was possible. Alex as well. perhaps it's because if their parentage?" he wondered. "yes. Ale is pregnant. i don't think either of them, any of them, has realized it yet." he admitted. "i can recognize the scent of pregnancy because i was always working in the maternity ward." he admitted. "Oberon insisted on us helping wherever we could and the poor girls who where... taken advantage of where always happy to see us." he admitted. "because of that i can smell the lingering pregnancy before even some of the girls knew their attack had led to such unfortunate circumstances." he admitted. "yes, that's why he's having trouble. the baby... or more likely, babies, re sucking up a bit of his magical energy to grow and form their own magics." he admitted. "Right now, you need sleep more than i do. i'm not the one who spent the last three days in a perpetual state of fight and flight." he pointed out. "get in bed with James and sleep. i will watch over everyone. you need to rest."
 
“Hm, true. Seems Alex has gotten very good with interrogations for work, even without using his power totally. It’s very interesting.”Belladonna said before nodding. “That’s probably it. Considering what Oberon can do when he’s in a mood, I’m going to bank on the idea that they’ll be very impressive as they get older.”She said before frowning a little before snorting. “Well. That explains why Sith looked like he’d eaten a canary earlier. He probably smelled it to.”She snickered a little before sighing. “Well. We’ll just have to make sure he rests until he gets used to being pregnant then...”She said before sighing, not protesting though as she crawled in bed with james and snuggled close.
 
"He might very well have been subconsciously accessing different parts of his powers. not enough to force them to tell him, but making them a bit more open to the idea." Crystall admitted. "not controlling them, perhaps just nudging them, or relaxing them." h mused before smiling a little. "they are impressive now." he pointed out. "You know, that would explain it." he admitted with a smirk. "Sith is such a little shit." he admitted before snorting. "i don't think someone 'gets used' to being pregnant, sister love." he pointed out before settling in to watch over them.

James woke up first and nearly shrieked when he realized Adonis was there talking to Crystall. at least Loki was there too, and the creepy old man who was grinning as he read... "Is that a porn magazine?"
 
“Probably.”Belladonna smiled a little before snorting. “He is a little shit. And I’m totally telling gabe this is why he was smug as hell. Gabe’ll make sure sith regrets being a cat.”She giggled a little at the idea, “Gets used to the idea then. I mean, he didn’t even know it’s possible probably.”She pointed out.

Belladonna whined blinking sleepily as she studied everyone in the room. “Yea, it is.”Loki snickered a little looking at the two, tilting his head a little as he looked at james. “How are you feeling?”
 
"i would adore watching mister Gabriel beat the living shit out of Sith." he admitted with a grin. "your right, he probobly has no idea." he agreed with a sigh. "we'll have to break it to them very gently." he agreed, smiling a little as he watched his sister sleeping. she was such a perfect little sister. she had suffered too much.

"huh... well can i borrow it when your done?" Loki asked Grimma who snickered and nodded. "sure!" he agreed. "i'm feeling a lot better actually." James admitted. "i'm healing again, the Wild is helping." he admitted. "How is Alex?" he asked his head tilted a little.
 
“...you want his porn?”Belladonna stared at james, looking at him a little wide eyed, smiling slightly. “Good.”She sighed softly. “Oh.well.”Loki fidgeted, having figured it out himself when he’d looked at the magic around alex, fidgeting a little. “He’s well.”Belladonna promised. “he’s recovering. Though Gabe is elf-struck actually.”
 
"i like porn." James admitted, accepting the magazine from Grimma, but instead of turning to th*e naked pages he turned to the articles. "...what do you know that i'm not going to like?" he demanded of Loki when he heard the other hesitate. "Elf Struck? what's that?" James wondered. "it's a state of mind. the Elf, or rather Fey, are so beautiful and their magic naturally entraps. it has made Gabe. infatuated to the degree of extreme." Crystall explained. "he's basically possessed by Alex's magic, but his Demon half is fighting it off, which is why he's sick. he'll be fine, we just have to teach Alex, and you, control."
 
“You are so weird.”Belladonna rolled his eyes looking amused at the other’s words before smiling quietly at james’ demand. “Oh. Well. I know alot of things.”Loki said looking at james. “It’s because you both lost so much control, and fairly glowed with magic without knowing to control it to keep it from happening. We’ll just have to teach you to be careful.”Belladonna said before james could worry to much, not wanting to upset him. “Which is also why he’s been so possessive and upset with the people around them.”
 
"You don't know shit Loki." James said, rolling his eyes. "what do you know about Alex that your trying to keep a secret? he's not sick is he? someone didn't attack him while i was sleeping!?" he demanded, his eyes narrowed. "oh... he's not Elf Struck because of me right?" "no. but Loki will have to be careful to shield, as will Adonis once he learns how to on purpose." Crsytall admitted. "it won't affect full fey, but half fey and half demons and gods trapped in human shells could be affected." he admitted. "you'll have to practice hard, but i'm told by Father that your already doing that." "yes!" James agreed, holding out his hands, both of which where now the soft, pointed hooves of a deer. a white deer. "see! and i'm getting faster and further every time!" he admitted, carefully turning his hands back. Crystall just glanced at Belladonna, his eyebrow raised. how the hell was James advancing so fast? James didn't know it, but he had already transformed, so his body knew how, even if he didn't. instinct was guiding him, but, of course like everyone, James fought against it so it was much slower than t could have been. it was just what people did. they couldn't shut their brains off. still, he was making remarkable progress.
 
“Oh. Well. Hm.”Loki fidgeted making a face at James. “He’s sorta...what?No. No one attacked him.”Loki promised. “But he’s pregnant.”Belladonna said gently, putting loki out of his misery. Before snorting a little smiling at crystall’s reaction. “I talked to sith about that. Seems he’s already shifted the whole way to a deer when he was lost in the wild, he’s just relearning how to do it while he’s in control.”she looked amused.
 
"Okay. as long as he's not hurt." he agreed, shaking his head a little. "....that's hilarious. Alex is a boy. Alex can't get pregnant. he has cancer doesn't he? or some sort of brain damage, or a vicious violent infection..." if they where opening with a shitty joke like that, it had to be bad. "wait. what!? i've Done this be..." he blinked a little and then. "oh... yeah. i have." he muttered, astonished. "...i don't have the strength to do t again right now..." he grumbled, sulking. "i remember now. when i was younger i used to do it all the time. before the attack i mean. before i started being scared of my powers. i used to partially transform all the time, and i'd turn into snakes and spiders and scare the piss out of Alex... he almost squished me once and i stopped turning into bugs after that." he admitted with a grin. "i bet i could though..." he scowled a little, wondering what life would be like for him, if Mistral had never nearly killed them. if he had never been forced into human medicine by human doctors.
 
“He’s not. And remember James, you’re in the heart of faerie. Things that aren’t possible in the human world, and very possible here.”Belladonna said looking vaguely amused before nodding. “You have.” “Really? Now that’s just mean James. No wonder Alex is afraid of snakes.”Loki said shaking his head a little, before smiling at james’ attentpt. “You’ll be able to do it. Soon. Just don’t worry about it.”Loki said looking worried about him.
 
"It's bullshit. my brother is not pregnant. he's a virgin. completely asexual and Gabe doesn't have any nuts, so that means that they absolutely cannot have children." as if magic cared whether or not Gabe had any viable sperm. magic got it's genetics somewhere else. especially in the case of male pregnancy. "it's not my fault Alex is afraid of snakes. well it is, a little bit" James said softly. "we where asleep one night... and i had a nightmare..." he whispered. "...somehow, this massive snake... it was poisonous and dangerous and mean crawled into Alex's bed because the snake figured it was Alex causing me such pain and distress... Alex woke up to me screaming, and the snake biting him... it was only by luck that the snake gave him a dry bite..." he admitted, staring at his hands. "i never turned into a snake either, after that."
 
“....I find it interesting that you think he’s asexual.” “He is.”Loki said frowning a little, even if he could tell alex was pregnant, it still puzzled him mostly. “It is to. Mostly.”Loki said rolling his eyes. “That’s horrible.”Belladonna shuddered at that idea, before smiling slightly as alex squirmed. “Everyone’s in our room gabe...”Alex whined, sleepy and tired, but everyone was talking and it was waking him up.
 
"He's always been Asexual." Alex informed them. "always, he's said it time and time again and he's tested it, time and time again. i know he loves Gabe with all his heart, but sex for Alex is... i believe he told me once 'emotionless'. he get's no pleasure from it, just... i don't know he never explained that part." he admitted. "then again, this was years ago... can a person stop being asexual?" he wondered before nodding at Belladonna's assessment of the situation. Gabe didn't reply when Alex spoke, he was still feverish and sleeping it off. good thing he was such a heavy sleeper.
 
“Maybe he was just waiting for the right person. I mean....maybe he was, but gabe...or I don’t know. But he is pregnant. Sith and crystall both can smell it, and once he knew what to look for ,loki sensed it.”Belladonna said smilign at james a little. Alex stirred more when gabe didn’t answer, looking anxious as he sat up slowly, looking worried. “gabe?Gabe’s sick.”he said looking at the others, looking upset.
 
"you know... if they are as soul bonded as deeply as i think they are..." James muttered, thinking hard. "and if my brother is, or was... hmmm... then maybe he can only, with Gabe?" he guessed. "i'll need to look that up, but it could be that only Gabe's touch can make him... you know?" he asked, his head tilted. Adonis just looked baffled and Crystall looked very amused.
 
“Ah. Yes. Maybe.”Belladonna said looking amused at the other’s reaction, shaking her head in amusement as he considered her. It was quite amusing really. “James?What are you talking about?”Alex said frowning a little as he considered the others and how amused tehy were all looking.
 
"i was just trying to decide if you where still Asexual if you where letting Gabe bugger you." James admitted. "i don't think you are, but then you could be and Gabe's the only one who CAN because of the soul mates thing." he admitted with a shrug. "oh. also, the reason why Gabe is sick is because we haven't been controlling our powers well enough and he's smitten with you but the Demon in him doesn't like it.... also your pregnant. apparently." "James!" Crystall admonished. "that's not how you go about telling someone something like that!" "Sorry. who are you again?" the slap-down was barely noticeable but Crystall winced anyway because James was right, Crystall had no right to admonish James for speaking to his own brother, especially since James probobly knew how to break the news to Alex the easiest. Crystall couldn't imagine being so blunt about it but then, it was likely that if they danced around it, Alex might think they where trying to play some sort of joke or prank.
 
“Oh. Well. He does get to bugger me, though sometimes that’s the other way around really. And it doesn’t happen all that often. Still don’t enjoy sex all that often.”Alex said simply because he knew it freaked james out to know before staring at him, looking panicked, twisting to look at gabe. “So-so all of this, is just him being smitten?I forced him?”He said looking anxious and upset, so distracted at the idea that he missed the whole being pregnant thing. “My brother, Crystall.”Belladonna muttered sighing softly at james’ words watching alex before smiling slightly. “No, oh no Alex. Gabe loves you, it’s just at the moment your power is screwing him over. We’ll show you how to control it.”Belladonna promised trying to sooth the upset man.
 
James grimaced a little. "well. as long as you love him." he grumbled before shaking his head. "No, stupid. it's only recent. we couldn't affect him before because we didn't have Fey powers before so he loves you only because he loves you, not because you do the voodoo on him." he scoffed. "...actually i might be affecting him too." "you likely are." Crystall admitted. "if it was just Ale, his Demon half probobly wouldn't care. it's only natural for a demon to be obsessed with his infatuation after all, but with James emitting strong Fey abilities as well, Gabe is probobly fighting those off as well." "so because mine are affecting him, and Alex's are affecting him, his body, his magic, is seeing it as all the same threat." "most likely. granted it's all conjecture since you both have to learn control anyway. we can't have you striking every human you come across with it." he admitted.
 
”I do.”Alex said smirking a little before calming, settling as he leaned against james a little. “Oh...okay.”He muttered resting his head against the other’s shoulder. “You’re okay. We’ll help you. And it makes sense, can’t sort out who’s who, since you’re twins, you probably show up on the same magical wavelength sort of.”Belladonna shrugged a little. “....Now. How are you feeling?” “Tired still...I thought I’d be better after rest....” “Well you would have...if you weren’t pregnant.” “What?”
 
"We'll figure it out, and Gabe can be normal grouchy once he feels better." he promised with a smile. "then we can recover and..." he paused, hesitating because he'd almost said 'go home' but even though Mistral was caught and no longer a threat, Oberon... their father had been poisoned in some manner. the Wild had screamed it so loud he thought he had been about to die. and their mother? likely dead but could still be alive and the Mad Queen would not simply let them go. especially if they had Oberon... they wuld never go home again, he feared and he wondered if he needed to call his plant sitter and tell her that they where all hers and then call the landlord and tell HER he was... what? dying? couldn't make ut back? that she should have all his things removed and stored and that it would all be payed for... and that she could rent the place out after because he wouldn't be back... terrible. he hated that plan.

"Pregnant, Alex. apparently that sort of thing can happen when your a fairy." he admitted. "i'm just glad me and Loki haven't done anything in a few months..." he paused. "actually when was the last time we had sex?" he wondered at Loki Adonis growing stiff and unhappy. "...two years? four? something like that. so at least i know i'm not pregnant..." here he paused and looked very suspiciously at Belladonna. "i can't get pregnant right?" it took an act of extreme love for a man to fall pregnant using magic. so, likely not in James case. possible, if Belladonna where completely barren, but highly improbable all the same.
