Graham couldn't help but feel soothed as soon as Baeleaf took his hand. They had stopped the bratty trainer from destroying the hive. The defense was a success, but he still held contempt in his heart, and his new friend helped drive it out. His hands were somewhat swollen from the battle, and the knuckles on his left hand were red from the punch, but not bleeding. Further inspection showed that wet, dark spots hand appeared on the wrappings, no doubt reopened wounds due to the fight.
"I'm glad you're alright, Queenie." Graham said as he forced a smile. "I couldn't have done it without Baeleaf though, so be sure to thank her."
With those words, Graham turned and intended to leave, but stayed, still feeling Baeleaf's touch on his hand.
