There was nothing soft. That was annoying. How was she going to enjoy herself if she wasn't comfortable? He huffed and stalked off, determined to find something suitable for her to lay on.
She thought for a moment before opening a portal to her bedroom. There were some old blankets and pillows she didn't use anymore, those might make him a little more comfortable. She grabbed all that she could and made the area as clean as possible before making him a nest of sorts. She called him over. "How's this, Idri, is this a better bed?"
He couldn't really see what she was talking about but moved toward her regardless. He felt a soft thing on the floor and moved back quickly. Where did that come from? He moved and smelled it slowly. It smelled like her. Were these her things? Where did she get them from? He moved onto the nest of fabric to test it. It would be suitable enough, he supposed.
Why didn't she bring them to him before then, instead of making him sleep on a hard cave floor? She wasn't the brightest fledgling, was she. Oh, that was rude, don't think that way about your master. She remembered them now at least. He nodded and huffed, signalling that it was adequate.
He laid his head in her lap, enjoying the gentle strokes along his scar riddled scales. He purred softly, she could feel it against her thigh as he relaxed beside her. Maybe it was the band she put on him, but he didn't seem like some ruthless killing machine anymore.
The purring stopped and Idri lifted his head quickly toward the cave. "Sapphira." It was Ethniu again, as well as some other demons - Wrath demons, it seemed. Idri moved to stand protectively between him and Sapphira, baring his pointed teeth.
"The Boss wants to see you." He stated. Oh no. The Prince himself? See her? What for? "The hellbeast stays." Ethniu added. Idri snarled loudly in disapproval. He most certainly would not.
"The hellbeast-" Ethniu was interrupted by Idri rushing up on him, stopping just in his face to snarl fiercely. The Wrath demons were ready to tear into Idri but the beast did nothing more than growl.
She said it again. "Idri, back down." She said, tone holding very very firm. "Ethniu I advise you let me bring him with me, that might be the only thing that'll calm him down."
Ethniu glared up at Idri, "Fine. You can bring him with you. But he will be put down if he steps out of line." He stated. Idri snarled lowly, daring him to try.
As soon as she entered the throne room, her clothes turned into a flowing black and bronze colored corset dress with silk black elbow gloves. Satan always wanted everyone to look their best in his presence. Thick heavy chains wrapped tight around Idri and pinned him to the floor. He struggled and roared but was unable to move an inch.
"I can't take any risks, Sapphira." A loud echoing voice stated. From the dim light beyond the throne emerged a massive skeletal horse, decorated in precious metals and jewels. Her Lord took on the form of his Sin today, it would seem.
