Tara continued cuddling Angela for another five minutes. It was not until Josh and Maggie approached the pair with a mission. Not everyone was simply staying put at the church. Josh, Maggie, Tara, and Angela were going on a run to a nearby gun store. Tara happily agreed, especially since she could completely move on her own again now that her ankle had healed. She hated not contributing to the group when she was injured, but that was now over. There was a small chance that anything was left, though. After looting the entire place, the only objects they found were three silencers hidden away in a mini-fridge, of all places.
Though they did not find the supplies they wanted, Tara actually enjoyed the run. She and Angela got to know more about Josh and Maggie – and vice versa. Each couple talked about their life together, how they met, how they started dating, and so forth. Tara thought the entire thing was so damn cute, especially as Josh talked about the little wedding ceremony they were able to have even with the entire world falling. It made her wonder if something like that was in store one day for her and Angela. Marriage was not something they talked about, but Tara still thought about it. She wondered if that was naïve, to consider a wedding in a time like this.
Either way, they returned back to the church not long before the others from the food bank. Luckily, they had carts full of supplies, food, and water. It seemed their luck was turning in the right direction. That night, the group decided it was time for a celebration. They had wine, food, and an overall happy atmosphere. Rick and his group finally decided they would go through with the plan of trying to reach Washington D.C. before everyone kind of scattered about. Tara grabbed herself and Angela a glass of the wine. They did not exactly have a huge selection to choose from, but it was even better. Tara wanted to have a little toast of their own. “Hmm, what should we toast, babe?” Tara asked sweetly, already knowing how Angela got when she was buzzed.

Even though the supply run yielded little rewards, Josh enjoyed getting to know Tara and Angela. It was obvious where they were positioned at the prison, but just like everyone else, Josh was not holding it against either woman. In his book, they were good people and he enjoyed hearing about their relationship. Josh already knew that his love with Maggie was a rarity. Hell, it was even a rarity before the outbreak started. Since the apocalypse began, he had seen countless relationships or marriages break down due to stress and uncertainty. Yet, these were two couples that persevered through it all. When it was safe during the run and whenever neither Tara or Angela were looking, Josh decided he would have his way with Maggie.
Earlier, she had been quite the tease. They were making out on the pew and she reminded him about the gun store they needed to check out. Well, two could play that game. Josh grabbed her ass, breasts, or crotch whenever possible. He would squeeze the flesh wherever he could reach and even slipped his hand into her jeans at one point. Of course, he did nothing too distracting since they were out in the open, but he let her feel his wrath. When they were preparing to leave, Josh had this massive hard-on thanks to the way her hips had been positioned against his.
He knew, tonight, they would both let their feelings rip and get lost in each other. He very much looked forward to that. Now, he refocused his attention on Maggie when they were celebrating with the others. He held a glass and sipped lightly, hoping Maggie would take a few glasses because she was so damn sexy when she got buzzed. “I haven’t forgotten.” Josh playfully warned his wife, lips pressing against her ear as one arm wrapped around her shoulders. Josh had big plans tonight with Maggie, wanting to take the edge off. They both needed it, too. Sex had not been something they could easily do. They spent all that time away from each other after the prison fell. After it did, Josh and Maggie could not find the time to play because they were on the run. Tonight, they finally had somewhere to stay and he knew they could make a night of fun work.
