He smiled brightly when he looked over his car a bright smile on his face. "Every single turn of the wrench done my my hand. I am currently working on a new car i plan on starting work tomorrow. Another personal vehicle before I start building them to sell, I have a few good connections around here if your looking for something special i could put off selling them for a few more months. " He smiled at her father grateful that they had a common thread between them. "Why don't you follow us back to my place and i will cook some dinner for us while you relax. " He smiled at the man next to him his eyes watching the excited dog in his car.
 
"No thanks. I just recently bought another car just a little while ago." Andre said. "I'm having it fixed up right now." He turned and watched his daughter fish the leash for the puppy from the back of the carrier and clip it onto the pups collar before she cuddled with the overly excited dog. When Stephen offered to cook dinner, Andre arched an eyebrow while gazing at him. "Very well." he said. Janet picked up her dog and slipped out of the car, moving over to Stephen, watching as the puppy tried to wiggle out of her arms and get at Stephen.
 
He smiled and scratched the puppies ears looking up at Andre. "Why don't we get going so we can set you down and get you relaxed after the long flight." He smiled glancing at her father he liked him a good deal he felt bad about the pain he had put him threw. "Perhaps after that we can go look at my horses your daughter was rather impressed by the breeders credentials. " He smiled closing his hood then moving to his door smiling brightly enjoying himself.
 
The puppy begins licking and nuzzling at his hand, its pointed ears twitching a couple times as it gazed up at him. Andre nodded and smiled slightly. "That's a good idea." he says softly. He smiled a little more when he heard about the horses and he reached out, running his hand over his daughters hair and ears. "That sounds like Janet. She's always adored horses, just like her mother." The girl giggled softly and bowed her head slightly before smiling up at the taller men. "I'll follow you to your house." he said before turning and walking over to his car, getting in and starting it up while Janet got into Stephen's car.
 
Stephen got into the car buckling up before starting the drive. Not driving nearly as fast as he normally would wanting to allow her father to keep up. "Your father is a nice guy, I really like him. " He smiled looking over at her his hand resting on her thigh again. "Explains why i can never get enough of you. "
 
Janet grinned over at him after buckling up and she places her hand over his. "Yes, my father can be a nice guy. Or if you get on his bad side, he can be your worse nightmare." she says softly, curling her fingers around his hand as she held it gently. His words made her giggle and shake her head. As she sat there, her puppy kept nudging at Stephens arm, wanting to climb into his lap. "Looks like Lily likes you." she says softly, chuckling when the puppy whines softly.

He smiled scooping the puppy up setting her in his lap smiling brightly. "Stay still there girl cant be wiggling around if you are gonna sit on me. "He smiled petting her lightly glancing at her regularly wanting to kiss her but knowing he should not. "When we get there can you handle introducing kegan and lilly?" He smiled at her wanting to talk to her father a bit more before he made them dinner he knew her father would want some time to question the man who was holding hands with her.
 
Lilly softly yipped happily when he lifted her into his lap and she placed her small paws on part of the wheel, looking as if she were driving. Janet looked over and sat that and she softly giggled with a small grin, shaking her head in amusement. "Yes, I think I can handle introducing them to each other." she says softly, reaching over to scratch Lily behind the ear. The puppy closed her eyes and wiggled just a little before becoming still again.
 
"Aww i love this little dog!" He smiled scratching her belly lightly as he pulled into the drive way and into the garage smiled as he let her out of the car giving her a quick kiss before slipping out and walking over to the other door opening it as the door closed behind her his car." Will you start the grill on the back porch honey. " He smiled walking out to greet her father as he pulled up behind them.
 
"You hear that Lily. Daddy loves you." she said as she picked the dog up into her arms, kissing the puppy on the tip of her nose then set her back down. When he opened the door, she slipped out of the car and waited for Lilly to hop on out before closing it. "Sure, I'll start the grill." she said with a small smile. Heading into the house, she walked through it with Lily at her side, making her way to the back porch to start the grill for Stephen.

Andre pulled up in his rental and shut it off before opening the door and stepping out, slipping the keys into his pocket. "Rather nice place you have here." he commented, looking up at the beach house.
 
"Cost an arm and a leg but it has absolutely everything a man could want. " He looked into the house at the young neko just as she disappeared into the room. "For now anyways. Come look at my baby i start work on her tomorrow. " He smiled walking over pulling the tarp of the 57 chevy that he had stripped of all its sheet metal and interior. "57 Chevy going to be amazing once i get her up and running. " He smiled running his hand over the engine smiling looking around his professional looking garage.
 
Andre slowly nodded with a small smile. While the price for the house would of been mere pocket change for the man, he could understand how it would of been very expensive to him. When he spoke about the car, he moved over and watched as the car was uncovered. "It's a nice car." he said softly. "I had one as my first car. It had been stolen though."

Out back, the neko was looking over the grill curiously as she read the directions before she carefully lit it, jumping back from it when the flames in the grill came to life. Glaring at it, she turned and headed back into the house, humming softly as she headed for Kegan's room. Opening the door to the room, she looked inside with a small smile. "Kegan." she called after picking up Lily.
 
He smiled looking at him kneeling down looking over the car enjoying himself as he inspected it. "I am going to give her to your daughter for her birthday. " He smiled looking up at him his hand running over the phantom lines of the car where they would be. He smiled brightly his glancing back at him taking a deep breath. "I actually bought a second horse so she could have one while she was down here. " He swallowed hard hoping her father would be okay with that.
 
Andre looks up sharply when he was told that Stephen was going to be giving the car to Janet. "You're going to fix up and give this car to my daughter?" he asked. "Why? You say that you just met her not only three days ago yet you're going to give my little girl, my kitten, a car. And then you bought a horse for her to have while she's here in Mexico?" He turned to face the young man the rest of the way, narrowing his eyes a little. "What's your relationship with my daughter? Hmm? I saw the way you both looked at each other." The man took a step towards Stephen, as he waited for an answer about his daughter.
 
"Horses need friends as much as dogs or people do sir. I bought a second horse to keep it company I just let her pick one so that she would enjoy it more. As for the car working on car's is my passion and fixing this one to give to her well. As long as it brings a smile to her face it is more then worth the effort. " He looked up at the man who had slipped up closer then he normally would like. "I will be honest with you sir. I am not the man you would choose for her, but we all have our pasts some darker then others. All that matters is I care for your daughter a great deal and my past is just that I am a mechanic now. " He took a deep breath trying to calm himself he was getting a bit more nervous. " Your daughter has been staying here sleeping in my room. I have been sleeping on the couch until i can get the bed replaced in the basement. " He spoke softly moving to set on the frame of the car looking up at him. "Go ahead and give me the lecture i know your going to hate having me involved with your daughter. "
 
Stepping closer as Stephen explained about his relationship with Janet. Andre was good at intimidation, after all, he did it quite often when he was angry. "If you hurt my little girl in any way," he hissed. "in any way at all, and you'll regret ever laying an eye on her. Janet is a good girl. A smart girl who has been through a lot in her life. Do I make myself clear?" Andre was about to grab Stephen's shirt when Janet called down into the garage from in the main house. "Daddy! You're not abusing Stephen are you? You know you're not supposed to get your blood pressure up." Stepping back from Stephen, Andre turned with a smile on his features and called back. "Of course not darling. We're just having an interesting conversation about cars. We'll be up shortly." he called back, his voice sounding cheerful and a moment later soft barking from the dogs could be heard along with the girls laughter. "Okay daddy." she said and walked away.
 
"Sir I assure you that in your current condition you can not scare me sir. I am fairly certain that you do not have a weapon. " He spoke sternly pulling away from her father taking a deep breath straightening his shirt looking into his eyes. "Your daughter could never be safer then she is right here i promise you that. I have never stepped out in a relationships and i never will. Your daughter is in the best care she can be in I don't care how much money you have. " He spoke back sternly closing his eyes trying to relax. "Sir ... I asked her to invite you here because i wanted to meet you. I wanted you to meet me. Would i do that if i had anything but the best of intentions. " He turned recovering her car and then moving to go into the house. "Lets get some food before the grill melts. "
 
"My condition doesn't matter. And I do not need a weapon." he replied. There was complete truth in Andre's voice. Because of his wealth, he could indeed have something happen to Stephen and he would never get caught. "I don't trust people very often. Much less around my daughter. But there's something about you that Janet likes and you had better keep her safe." he warned. He looked Stephen up and down as he thought about the fact that Stephen had invited him down. When he suggested them to go get some food, he nodded and tugged at the lapels of his long coat. "Very well." he said and followed Stephen into the house.

Janet was in the kitchen softly humming to herself, making herself a smoothie while the two dogs chased each other around the island in the middle of the kitchen. It was hard to tell who was chasing who because they were about an equal distance from each other.
 
Stephen smiled as he entered the house turning to him one last time. "Women like bad boys and i used to be a bad boy. " He spoke softly walking into the kitchen up behind Janet slipping his arms around her stomach leaning in biting her neck lightly before giving her a kiss." Hello sexy is the grill ready love?" He spoke softly resting his chin on her shoulder.
 
There was a glint in Andre's eyes when Stephen said this and he followed him inside. When Stephen hugged Janet and lightly bit her neck then kissed her, the man arched an eyebrow. Janet giggles softly and grinned when he kissed her, moving slightly in his arms while pouring her smoothie into a glass. "Yes, the grill is ready." she said softly. "Is there anything you need help with?" she asked while sticking out a foot playfully and tripping the two dogs with a chuckle, watching them stumble after each other.
 
"Nope I will make some burgers and head out there then. " He smiled going to the fridge pulling out some burger and setting to work seasoning them and making them into patties. Once that was done he walked out onto the back porch looking to her father. "You can come out if you wished to continued to talk besides the view out here is amazing. " He smiled moving quickly to the grill and setting to work cooking the food.
 
"Could you make me a turkey burger instead?" she asks him. "Or a chicken patty?" She picks up her glass and took a drink of the smoothie. She watched him form the meat into patties and she followed him out onto the back porch, reaching back to grab her fathers hand and lead him outside. "This place is absolutely beautiful daddy." she says as she steps outside, smiling when she felt the sun on her face. "And it's so peaceful." Andre nodded and moved over to the railing and leaned against it. "It is indeed." he said softly.
 
Stephen did as she asked and made her a turkey burger grudgingly. "I am going to have to get you hooked on really burgers. " He laughed softly taking a deep breath relaxing sighing softly pressing his hand into hers smiling brightly. "You are just to adorable you know that baby." He smiled deciding to let her father see how he felt about her. "Any requests on your burger? Since you have a picky daughter."
 
Janet scrunched up her nose when he told her that he had to get her hooked onto real burgers and she shook her head. "Mm, no thanks. I'll stick with chicken and turkey, thanks." she says. When he presses his hand into hers, she blushes upon being called adorable. "Thank you." she whispered with a giggle. She turned to see her father staring at them with a strange look on his face before he answered Stephen. "No. Just a regular burger." he said with a soft laugh. "Yes, she is very picky. Just like her mother. It's the cat side of her." The older man chuckled and smiled fondly at Janet.
 
"That's okay she can be as picky as she wants just makes me feel more lucky. " He smiled leaning in giving her a quick peck on the lips. He smiled brightly then took the burgers off plating them and handing out the plates smiling. "I have chips inside if you guys want some. " He smiled moving to the steps setting down leaning against the rail leaving them the chair. "So what quality hotel is lucky enough to receive your business while your here?"
