Finn helped Morgan make the tea and he was making more of it for them. While the second pot of tea was being made, Finn saw Jake arrive along with Lady and even the kids, who have been working on being a bigger part of Finn and Jake's lives.

"So, what's the big news?" Jake asked with a smile.

"Wonder how long until schooling has to begin. Didn't you say you wanted Aurelio to be your baby forever?" Diego teased Marceline as Aurelio stopped fidgeting and when his mom was finished, began walking around the beach with a curious look.
 
“My dad’s on his way so you’re gonna have to wait until he gets here.” Morgan said as she sat down at the table with her tea. She knew this would give away that it was something important but it would probably be assumed that Finn proposed or something.

“Only when he’s not screaming bloody murder.” Marceline jokedwhile keeping her eyes on Aurelio.
 
Jake had his suspicions, but he didn't want to say anything. Besides, it wpuld give time for everyone to settle down here and catch up. "All right, I wonder what it is," Jake said while Lady also looked curious at what was going on.

"Hey everyone! What's going on?" Ice King asked as he flew in through the window with his beard. He then went to hug his daughter.

"What would you want our next child to be? Another boy or how about a girl this time?" Diego asked her as he saw Aurelio admire the seaside and he was behind his son to keep an eye on him.
 
Morgan hugged her father back and after letting go of him said, “Finn and I have some news.” She took Finn’s hand in her’s and placed her other hand on her stomach. She took a deep breathe obviously nervous, and said “I’m pregnant.”

“A boy.” Marceline said. “Too much drama comes with girls.” She picked up a large spiral shell and put it up to Aurelio’s ear so he could listen to it.
 
The whole area became silent. "OH MY GLOB GOB THAT IS AWESOME!" Jake said before he stretched over to give the two a big hug. Lady was excitedly talking in Korean before she joined in on the hug and even the two's kids looked excited at having a cousin.

"I-I'm gonna be a grandpa?" Ice King said with a big goofy smile on his face.

"What do you mean?" Diego asked her as he saw Aurelio become fascinated with the shell.
 
“Watch the belly!” Morgan said warning Jake to be careful. Once back on the ground, she said, “Yup, you’re gonna be a grandpa.”

“Mostly hormones.” Marceline responded.
 
"I know, I'm watching it," Jake told Morgan with a smile as he saw Morgan talk to Ice King. The old man smiled even more and began laughing, doing his happy dance before he embraced Morgan. "You're gonna be an amazing mother, sweetie. I just know it," The Ice King told her in a moment of lucidity.

Aurelio looked inside the empty shell to examine it. "Well maybe, but no matter what, they'd still be our kids. Besides, hormones is a normal teen thing," he noted.
 
Morgan hugged him back, not saying anything.

“Of coarse, I’m not gonna turn into Theresa Knorr.” Marceline said as she continued to watch Aurelio like a hawk.
 
"You okay, sweetie?" Ice King asked Morgan, noting her silence.

"I know, I know," Diego said before he hugged Marceline from behind while Aurelio lept playig in the sand. "Wanna go for a swim while I watch Aurelio?" he asked her.
 
“Yeah, just a bit emotional.” Morgan stated hoping he’d write it off to pregnancy hormones.

“Aurelio, do you wanna go in the water with Mommy?” Marceline asked as she stood up.
 
"I know you're worried. I mean, I wasn't there for you, so I did my best to make up for it. I know you're gonna eb a better parent than me," Ice King told Morgan affectionately as he kept the embrace with his faughter.

Aurelio nodded and smiled, always happy to spend time with his parents. He even raised his hands to be picked up. "He's a hugger like me," Diego noted with a smile/
 
Morgan buried her head into the Ice King’s shoulder and held onto him tighter as tears began welling up in her eyes.

Marceline bent down and picked Aurelio up giving him a kiss on the forehead before putting him on her hip.
 
"You're gonna be an awesome mom. I'm so proud of you," Ice King said in a voice that sonded older and more mature as he held her tighter. Finn was not sure whether or not to join in for a hug, wondering if this was a moment for the father-daughter.

Diego smiled as he saw the two go in. "How does it feel being able to go to the beach like anyone else?" Diego told her with a smile as he admired his wife. "This takes me back... before all this," he noted as he looked at the boundless sky.
 
Morgan finally stopped holding back and begun crying.

“It’s a lot better than coming at night. I don’t have to worry about shark attacks.” Marceline said with a chuckle.
 
The Ice King was a bt stunned by her reaction, but nonetheless, stil held his daughter, letting her cry. "You're going to amazing, better than I was as a parent. I love you, sweetie," Ice King said in a more sage like tone as he let his daughter cried while he held her comfortingly.

"You could probably punch away any sharks away anyway," Diego told her with a smile as he was in thought. "When I was younger, I never got to spend time with friends. I always kinda dreamed of having these sort fo moments with friends or loved ones so the fact I am here is just incredible," he noted.
 
“I love you too.” Morgan said, as she let out all of her emotions that she’d been keeping inside.

“Punching away sharks would be a lot harder while carrying a child.” Marceline said before putting Aurelio in the ground and whispering something to him. Aurelio walked over to Diego and hugged him.
 
It’s gonna be all right, sweetie. Ice King Dad is here and you have everyone else like Finn, Jake, Marceline, Princess Bubblegum and so on,” Ice King told as he let his daughter met out all the emotions she bottled up and doing his best to be reassuring. He had no idea how he was doing it, but something from within him was guiding him.

“True, But you can always kick them or even eat them with your awesome skills,” Diego responded back with a smile before he saw his son come up to him. When Aurelio hugged him, Diego smiled and hugged his son back.
 
After a few minutes, Morgan’s crying began to slow down and began regaining her composure.

“Shark is too chewy.” Marceline stated before walking back and sitting next to Diego. “He looks so much like you.”
 
Ice King just kept holding his daughter, (whom he and a few others occasionally call Ice Princess) to let her keep venting and letting out the emotions. Finn just watched the scene unfurled with a ad smile. He suspected that she was holding it in for a long time.

"It's also dangerously high in mercury apparently," Diego noted before he snuggled up to his fiancee. "Yeah, he's gonna look nice in our wedding. PB said she got a little tux for him," he responded with a smile.
 
Morgan let go and stepped back, wiping her eyes. “I really needed that.” She said.

“And they also get cancer.” Marceline added. “I don’t want anything big, just friends and my dad.”
 
"We're all here for you, Ice King told her with a smile before Finn softly embraced her from behind and kissed her forehead. "Love you sweetie," Finn told her.

"Yikes," Diego noted before he also smiled at the wedding. "Yeah, but it'll have our favorite foods and all that. it's just utterly amazing," he told her before he cuddled to his future wife.
 
“I know. I’m just so used to keeping it all inside, so it’s hard for me to open up about my feeling.” Morgan explained.

“Yup.” Marceline said as she cuddled closer to Diego.
 
"I know what's that like," Finn confessed to her before recalling how PB was the same way. "Yeah, that stuff ain't healthy. It sometimes drove Princess Bubblegum cuckoo," Ice King noted as he smiled seeing Finn keep hugging her.

"We both went through a lot of crazy stuff, but it was all worth it to be here for one another," Diego told her before he kissed Marceline's forehead.
 
“Habits are hard to break though.” Morgan stated. “I’m so used to it that being open about my feelings is completely foreign.”

“Yup.” Marceline said placing Aurelio on her lap. “We went through some crazy stuff to this one.”
 
"I know, but we don't want you to see you suffer," Finn told her before he hugged her tighter. Ice King patted his daughter on the back.

"And to ourselves and to the future," Diego responded to her before gazing back at the sea. "I wonder what it holds," he asked.
