What's a RP craving you want so bad but can't seem to make happen? (SEE OPENING POST)

Cuckqueanry. Dudes don't want to fuck other girls in front of their wives that are mostly okay with it.
 
One idea I've been advertising for a long while has had zero bites and I actually can't figure out why.

The plot is a woman going on vacation to a resort that offers a 24/7 BDSM "slave" experience. Complete with training, etc. A lot like Exit to Eden but, well, good. I'd be GMing the story.

Given how many subs there are out there, I'd think someone would go for it, but nada.

Surprising but perhaps it's the approach? The idea sounds cool but it could be how you are advertising it.

Assuming you're referring to the Selina Kyle part, I'll explain in a bit more detail. Back when I was watching the show Gotham, I got really interested in the character and, more specifically, her origin story (or stories). Basically, I want to explore her life as a street kid stealing to get by before getting involved in Gotham's organized crime (which would quickly lead to her wanting to do her own thing without the restraints of having to answer to a boss).
But unsurprisingly, offering to play THE Catwoman brings out a lot of the 'hello miss' type messages or people that (understandably, I guess) kind of just want something more action-oriented with a femme fatale and I tend to lean more towards a psychological focus.

So, would this be some sort of slice of lfie story or what? Maybe people don't get what is it you're looking for.

I'm not sure I would call it SoL since nothing set in Gotham city could stay mundane or realistic for very long, but yeah, something like that. Really, I'm just looking for a little less focus on action and more on reaction, if that makes sense. I usually state at the beginning of my ads (on Reddit and a couple of other places) that I lean more towards psychological storytelling.
 
Just to keep things on topic, it also seems hard to find people wanting to play alongside an actually evil character. Like someone that may not even have romantic feelings for them or if so very reluctantly lol. It probably doesn't help that I prefer to play her with other villains or shady types so it's not just a one-sided abusive situation.

A lot of people seem to like some element of cheating/betrayal etc Same goes with the Non Con stuff they want that element where the "victim" has no choice.

I'm fascinated by the idea of a one way open relationship whether it be cuckold or cuckquean where the "cuckold" is very ok with the idea of their partner seeing others whilst they remain monogamous.

Same with Poly relationships as has been discussed, specially Polyandry where the problem seems to be the male characters are either using the woman as a sex doll and high fiving or are competing in some way.

That's exactly the sort of relationship I envisioned with a Demon/Knight plot.

WOW! I can never find any partners that are into that! I literally gave up on it a long time ago, I may want to shoot you a PM sometime.

I was batting around the idea with a partner a couple years ago, but never got passed the planning stage. We were stuck on deciding the gender of the ladies. Do I have a female, femboy/trap, trans woman, or hermaphrodite as a wife and what is/are the girl(s) I'm cheating with? I tried to offer my preference at the time but they lost interest and we did something else. C'est la vie.

Personally the biggest issue involving any evil character, doesn't matter on the plot itself, is finding someone that won't turn it into a one sided dom/sub fiasco. But have both characters just... hate each other equally for most of the time.

Definitely, and pure dom/sub dynamics are something I rarely enjoy. A brat tamer situation is more appealing if BDSM can't be scrapped entirely.

And this particular character I'm talking about always ends up 'topping from the bottom' (or whatever it's usually called) and I've heard that's a huge faux pas, to say the least

I had a very interesting and successful one running with a partner. We had a dispute in OOC and he decided to be unprofessional and bin the RP because of it.

Bummer, sorry to hear that, feel free to discuss in detail privately if you'd like. I'm adept at compartmentalizing my emotions, considering my age that's nothing to brag about, but, at the very least, my roleplay partners will generally not suffer from me having a bad mood. That said... I think I'll do a little digging now and see if someone might be a good roleplay partner.
 
Oh yes, villain x heroine doesn't interest me if it's going to be a bland noncon or dom/sub. I like it more complicated. I'd love to discuss it but I must repeat I don't do marvel and stuff. I've been getting many messages about recently.
 
I like story based character driven erotica, I guess you might call it. So for me it is a mixed bag, some themes I would love to explore would be Polyandry or MMF which I see some folks are interested in. I think I would need some kind of backdrop though to carry it as I think just exploring it from the view point of 3 people living in surburbia might get a little dull and restrictive with ideas.

One thought is a Frontier setting, where the MMF set up occurs by accident rather than design.

I would also be interested in Cuckolding but within the framework of a loving relationship, not the female humiliating and degrading the cuck. Perhaps the cuck doesn't even watch let alone take part. I think that would be fascinating.

I like to avoid the usual porno cliches so regardless of my idea that is what makes it hard for me to find the right partner.

And Femdom or Female Led Relationships, not necessarily cliche BDSM stuff but just RP's where the female is in some way dominant.

Also things like older woman x younger man, female artist or photographer x male model, male stripper with older female client etc

I'd also like something satirical, like a SJW chick who has to rely on a Redneck type in some way to survive, my thought was possibly a Red Dawn scenario where her country is invaded by the very nation she used to protest in support of. She would quickly come to realize that her education has been useless and has to adjust to how wrong she has been about everything.

Right now I'm trying to find a submissive F for a plot I am kind of craving, but my own criteria is making it difficult to find somebody to meet it all. Looking for somebody that posts in threads, between 600-1200 words on average, aiming higher when needed and the desire to do a dub-con roleplay where they might have to lead the story in certain situations because of the plot I have in mind, which is based on a hentai comic I read.

Usually don't have such a specific idea in mind but now it's pretty much the only thing I want to search for and it's bugging me :p
 
There are two things I have never been able to make work long-term, no matter how badly I might crave them:

1. Pirates
2. Roaring 20s

I think that's mostly on me though, since I'm pretty picky on the character concept and plot hook front, and I'm in that weird no-man's land where I need just enough historical accuracy to keep the story realistic, but I'm too lazy to go all out and make sure every reference fits in 100% with the real-world timeline of events.

I've also been really wanting to do an adaptation of Carmen or La Traviata in some kind of alternate setting, but somehow I feel like y'all aren't very big opera fans around here 🧐
 
I'm still trying to find a partner for a polyamorous play. I've been getting replies here and there. But, everyone who does so ends up ghosting after one or two exchanges in the planning phase.

I've done Pirates via a Time Travel RP I had going which was pretty cool.

I started a Film Noir/20's type RP a while ago but the person whose idea it was ghosted me after a couple of posts.

I am similar to you in that I want it to be plausible historically but I don't want to have to do a PHD on the time period either. I saw a WW2 plot recently on another forum and the person wrote "In 1946.." ummm yeah well WW2 ended in 1945 so you better have forgotten to write alternate timeline.

I'd say if you wanted a Carmen RP you would be better off taking the story/concept and just describe that rather than rely on people being familiar with the opera itself. It's like all the Fandom's out there, I have no idea what they are talking about most of the time but sometimes when they are more descriptive I can see how in an original setting I might be interested.

I think the big one, which is hard because of the way I am is less an RP craving and more a craving I've been having for a while is just someone who maybe is willing to just brainstorm with me, go down several avenues even if they don't make sense. I will say I am cursed with being picky and indecisive so it's hell!

It doesn't get easier in fandoms easier because even though I'm not a stick 100% to canon person, sometimes I do have this problem of being too overwhelming with ideas that I come up with because I'm difficult like that! I'll just word-vomit-type whatever comes to mind. And it's hard finding partners that get that.
