Requiem of Destruction (1x1 with DarkMudkip)

"That is not my bedroom." She said quietly, glancing away from him for a moment as two servants brought out two plates of food, one for Matsunaga, and one for Jin. She glanced over the food, but didn't move to eat, just like breakfast, she didn't wish to partake in any food he offered her.

Her entire body went cold by the mere mention of his name. She sat frozen in her chair, unable to move an inch, staring down at her food with wide eyes, the only noise in the room being the soft clinks of Matsunaga's fork and knife on his plate.

"Fine." She answered quietly, hands trembling, he knew of Mitsuhide as well? Even years after the incident, his name still brought her heart to a stop, and she could hear his voice in her ears, feel his hands on her. She was overwhelmed, did this man know every inch of her life?

The rest of the meal was uneventful, Jin not touching a crumb on her plate, she felt as though she'd vomit if she touched the food. When the dishes were cleared and the two where left alone once more, she finally spoke up. "May I leave?" Weither or not she was referring to the table, or the estate was unknown, but most likely, she meant the table.

"I don't like to read." She lied, standing and turning away from him, a servant hurrying to her side to accompany her to her room. She clutched the knife tightly beneath her dress sleeve, hidden just out of sight.

Jin started off with her escort, eyes downcast as she left the dining room and went down the hall toward the room she'd be locked in once again.

It was almost a full day with her being gone? Kojurou must've been heartbroken. Lord knew what the state of Oshuu was in with him searching for her.

Jin tried everything she could to send word to Kojurou, but locked inside of that room Kent she had no magical powers. Still, she had the knife she had taken from lunch and had hidden in beneath her mattress, now all she had to do was bide her time. Looking over the books, she spotted a few of her favorites, only making her disgust for Matsunaga grow.

Kojurou was at wits end. He had looked all over the estate and had even started going through the villages looking for her. Nothing. Had he done something to upset her? Did he not show her enough love or attention? What had he done to cause her to leave?

He had even gone so far as to question every villager if they had seen Jin leave, perhaps she stopped in one of the towns before her departure? No, none of the villagers had seen her the night she had left.
"K-Katakura-sama.." A young boy stopped him on his way as he left the village, he looked rather nervous, but even still, he had gone out of his way to stop Kojurou.

The boy shuffled his feet and glanced up at Kojurou. "You were asking if anyone had seen Jin-dono.. And I did.. Please don't be mad..!"

"I was out late at night, in the forest after curfew..." He wrung his hands nervously. "I was looking for beetles when I saw a man carrying Jin-dono.."

"What did this man look like? Please, I will keep your secret of beetle hunting if you tell me." Kojurou looked almost desperate, bargaining with a child for information on his wife was borderline pathetic.

"I couldn't see his face, he was wearing a mask... I'm sorry, I should have said something earlier, but I was scared..!" This boy didn't seem to care much that Kojurou was begging, he didn't understand.

He ruffled the boy's hair gently and gave a small smile, "No need to be scared. Thank you so much for this information. Here," he gave the boy a couple coins, "buy some dango or whatever you wish. As a token of my appreciation."

The boy gave a nod, thanking Kojurou before scurrying off, if only he had more information.

Only three days had passed since Jin was taken, and though it wasn't that much time, she refused to eat or drink anything the entire time, spending her time at the window. With her knife, she wittled a wooden needle, and she had even managed to steal a cloth napkin from another meal she didn't eat. She had been studying the mountain range and had used her own hair as thread to sew the image of the mountains and lake below, hoping her plan would work. As soon as she finished, all she'd need to do was leave the room that was her prison and use her magic to reverse summon the cloth to the armory at the Date estate. Hopefully, someone would find it.

There was a knock at her door and it opened before waiting for the answered that would not be given. Matsunaga stepped in with a tray of food and his usual disarming smile. "You have caused me great worry, so I have brought you some food in hopes you would eat."
