Requiem of Destruction (1x1 with DarkMudkip)

The guard who held the blade bowed his head and handed it over to Amaya, who held it out for Akihime. "Please do be careful my lady, though she is no where near as strong as you, she is very fast."

"Thank you for your concern, Ama. But I will be fine." She assured before heading toward her alchemy tower. Some seals and magic should keep Minehime in place. She set everything up and set the dagger down before removing the seals on the blade.

As soon as the seal was removed, Minehime appeared in human form, lunging at Akihime with a wild scream of hatred. She was only stopped when she was shocked with the electric barrier of the seals, keeping her restrained to a small portion of the room.

Minehime had nothing but hatred in her eyes. "You've never offered kindness, only poison disguised as it." She hissed. "Where's Morin? If you hurt him I'll carve your eyes out!"

"Leave him be!" She snarled. "He doesn't want to join you! You're disgusting! You're vile and pathetic!" She was worried for Daihachi, worried for what Mitsunari was doing.

Tachi stood against the wall just outside the cell Mitsunari himself had been kept in for weeks, and now it was this young boy's turn. Arms crossed over his chest, eyes closed as he listened to his master.

Akihime's demeanor changed in an instant. "If you had just been a good little girl and done what you were fucking told, you would not say such cruel things to your mother."

Mitsunari beat Daihachi every time the boy disagreed, putting the force of his weight into every strike. He did this until he was tired and actually couldn't bear to lift his hand against the lad. He sighed and left Daihachi in the cell, "Let's go." He beckoned Tachi has he moved to leave. He was tense, Tachi could feel it in his own muscles.

"You're not my mother!" She said, every ounce of rage behind her words. "You're only mad because everything you'd clawed your way to got ripped away. You probably shouldn't have left such a damning piece of evidence breathing, and in such an easy place to find."

Tachi followed quietly behind Mitsunari, his permanent scowl on his face as he stared at his masters feet. "Master... Wasn't that dagger in possession of Hidemune?"

Akihime began to shake, "Don't you dare blame Amaya for any of this."

"Yes. That was indeed Hidemune's weapon. Notice how the boy bears a striking resemblance." He replied.

"I'm not." She stared Akihime dead in the eyes. "I found Sasuke. I let him go." She said, fists clenched.

"Ah." Tachi didn't press the matter any further, but he was curious. Finding another living weapon was quite rare, but as for the soldier, he didn't care all that much.

Akihime's ears were ringing, her blood running like ice in her veins. "You...did this...?"

"Why?" Mitsumari glanced back at him, but he didn't sound annoyed or put off.

"And I'd do it again." She spat. "You're an awful person, you don't deserve to be free, you should ever see the light of day again."

Tachi adjusted his glasses and then smoothed some of the feathers on his hand. "Idle curiosity. Nothing more."

She trembled and grabbed the collar, slapping it on Minehime so tight that the skin bulged on the top and bottom. She was furious, her hands shaking. She wanted to break things, beat someone or something.

He nodded and decided to go check on Yoshitsugu. The old man's health had declined a lot quicker since Akihime arrived.

Pain hit Minehime instantly, and she couldn't quite breathe. Dropping to her knees, she clawed at the collar, wheezing and gasping.
A soft knock came at the door, and Amaya entered. "My lady. The scouts have returned from Kai, Yukimura seems to have noticed the absence of his son, and has pulled all troops in, we won't be able to attack without alerting anymore."

Minehime grunted and hit the floor, instantly curling into a ball to protect herself. No matter how much she tried, she couldn't take off the collar, regardless of it having no lock.

"Of course, Akihime-sama." Amaya nodded.

"I told you to get rid of him, several times." She hissed as she beat on Minehime, "But did you listen? No. You ignored me and abused my kindness and patience so you could keep that damnable man as a pet." She was furious with both of them, to be honest. She was furious with Amaya for not killing Sasuke like she was told and she was furious at Minehime for aiding his escape.

Minehime gave a strangled cry every time she was kicked, memories of when she was younger flashing through her mind. Tears started to roll down her cheeks, and she tried to crawl away.
Amaya simply kept her head bowed, eyes closed as she listened to Akihime go off.

Amaya gave a short nod and in an instant she was a bronze staff in Akihime's hands, a bit shorter than Akihime herself. Minehime wheezed and sobbed, tears staining her cheeks. "Please..!" She rasped, trying to get away from Akihime, but the barrier only let her get so far.

Akihime put all her strength into her swings, angry tears falling down her cheeks. Nothing went as she wanted, she was so angry at everything. "If you had just been a good girl!! If you had only done what I had said!! You could have been happy!! You could have been treated fairly and with love, but no!! You had to disobey me!! You had be a selfish child!! I would have given you whatever you wanted!!" She wheezed, fighting more tears. She stopped and fell back, coughing and sobbing, "I loved you, Minehime...! So much...!"

Minehime was a bloody mess on the floor, struggling to breathe with lumps covering her body, bruises already forming. "I..." She was able to glare through one eye, blood dripping from her brow. "I... hate... you.." She forced out.

Amaya bowed her head and grabbed Minehime, throwing her over her shoulder and taking her to Akihime's own private prison, created after she had taken over. It was a very small stone room, no bigger than a broom closet with no windows and a single chain hanging from the ceiling with two cuffs attached. Hanging her by her wrists, she closed the door and left, leaving Minehime alone in the dark.
