Akihime sat in her alchemy tower with Amaya's body, looking over the ritual to turn her companion into a living weapon.

 

[Jikkah]

Her friends corpse lay cold on the table beside Akihime, the severed limbs sewed back together so she was no longer in pieces, whole again.

 

[DarkMudkip]

"Soon, Ama..." She pet Amaya's hair gently and kissed her forehead, "You'll be perfect soon once more, I promise..."

 

[Jikkah]

Her friend gave no response, how could she? She was just a corpse after all, but had she been alive, she would have agreed with Akihime completely.

Akihime prepared everything and made sure it was all perfect before she began. It wouod take a lot of energy to do but Amaya was worth it in her eyes.

Akihime could almost hear Amaya calling to her as she prepped for the ritual, but her plump lips remained unmoving.

She focused even harder, a britht light shining behind her closed eyes. She focused on Amaya's voice; bringing her from beyond the veil and reforging her spirit. She screamed when she was launched back and she skidded a bit before she shot up, wondering what had sent her flying.

 

[Jikkah]

The blinding light had now moved into the room, and it seemed to radiate from from where Amaya's corpse was. As the light faded, the shape of a woman could be seen sitting on the table; long hair flowing around her, and antlers protruding from her head.

 

[DarkMudkip]

Tears filled her eyes and she moved closer, "A...Amaya...?" She asked weakly.

 

[Jikkah]

As the light started to fade, the features of the woman could be seen more clearly. The woman had long white hair and pointed ears, which were tipped with gold, but not jewelry of any kind, it was her skin itself. Both of her arms and her foot were golden as well, and ivory antlers protruded from her hair. She stared back at Akihime, blinking sleep from her eyes. "Akihime-sama..?"

Akihime jumped up and hugged her tight, bursting into a fit of tears, "It worked! By the Gods it worked!"

 

[Jikkah]

Amaya sat on the table, looking a bit shocked, before she moved to hold Akihime. "What... What happened?" She asked softly.

 

[DarkMudkip]

"That bastard Date took you from me and I had to make you into a living weapon. Now no one can take you from me." She said.

 

[Jikkah]

Amaya didn't remember her own death, frowning softly. "Forgive me for leaving you." She said softly, taking Akihime's hands and bowing her head to her.

"I forgive you...I never want to lose you again..." She said weakly.

 

[Jikkah]

Amaya nodded. "Hai.." She said softly, then sat up. "May I have some clothes, Akihime-sama?"

 

[DarkMudkip]

She perked and nodded, "Yes, of course!" She said and moved to grab her some clothes.

 

[Jikkah]

Amaya sat on the edge of the table, studying her golden hands. "How long was I... dead?"

 

[DarkMudkip]

"Almost a month." Akihime said after a while before moving back over with the clothes, "But now that'll never happen again!"

 

[Jikkah]

Amaya took the clothes and began dressing herself, nodding slowly. "Oh, I see.." Her brows furrowed and she looked up. "And what of Date? Sanada? The plan?"

 

[DarkMudkip]

"I have yet to fully deal with Date. Demo..." She paused and looked down, "The plan is moving along swimmingly. I am carrying Sanada's child...I can feel it's life growing inside me..."
