Stolen (Amaria and Distain)

He flipped his hood up covering his face in a cloak of shadows his silver eyes glinting in the light as he flung the orb onto the ground an strange door appeared showing entrance into another room. He walked threw it slowly the ground freezing around his feet as he walked.

"How many times must we insist that you come into this camber using proper procedure!" The man at the center of a long table with 11 men setting at it facing out into a large room where Allidon now stood.

"You can insist all you like I have been here longer then any of you your rules mean nothing to me. " Allidon growled in response as he stepped forward closing the portal behind the young girl.

"You where told to bring the stone what is this? " Shouted the same man at the as they all inspected the young woman.

"This woman convinced your precious escort to give her the stone and the stone chose her to grant its power to. I will not take a innocent life so that you may give some noble a stone he has not earned. " He hissed in response the glyphs on his robe glowing vibrant blue as the air in the room plummeted making everyone inside shiver uncontrollably.

"Is this true young woman you stole the stone? "
 
"Yes, m'lord. It is true, harsh terms , but true, depending on how you look at it."

She had no idea where her boldness came from but she was not about to let them look down their rich little noses at her. Her voice was not loud but it was firm, almost boastful. She allowed her sweetest smile to brighten her face. Hopefully with the dress and a soft smile she could charm some of the council, she was not below using her 'innocent' look to turn the minds of others, she had done it many times before. Instead this time she was stealing hearts instead of an object.

"But I must say he did hand it to me so I would not exactly call that stealing. I just wasn't there to hear him ask for it back." She left out the part about him puking his brains out from the herb she slipped in his drink, it was not very important. "And also," Hanna did just realize something else. "The stone rather called out to me anyway so how could I refuse, it was almost like I couldn't. So stealing is not the word I would use. More like answering a call." she could hear the hearts of most of the council members, some were beating madly a few she could tell were amused, and one was down right....creepy. His eye roamed her dress a little too freely.
 
Allidon stepped forward his eyes scanning the council as he searched their faces for their ideas on the subject. "I request formally to bring this girl on as my apprentice her skills at stealth and reconnaissance will benefit me immensely. You all know my opinion on apprentices this is your only chance accept now or you will have lost aid in any task not ordered to me. " He turned quickly and began casting a spell again purposely casting it slowly to give them time.

The spoke softly to each other about not wanting to be strong armed all agreeing that the dragon was far to confident. "You shall have your pet but be warned if she fails us you will be held accountable. " He spoke sternly his eyes locking on him. "This council will not be strong armed again if you try a power play like that again you will be punished. "

Allidon turned as the portal opened his hand reaching out guiding the young girl to it slowly. "My offer remains on the table. If ever you wish to prove your power over me name the place. If one of you survives i shall be the councils lap dog with out protest. " He pushed her lightly threw the portal following quickly as it shut behind him the air temperature rising rapidly in the room as he left the chill air behind him.
 
"Those people are are.. just awful! Shouldn't you be treated as an equal and not some second class mage?! And if all my powers were developed I'm sure I could read more into what they were feeling. It was like a wall of hatred! And one was a very perverted old man. I hope I never have to deal with him." she paused before she continued her rant. "Although I don't mind the being 'your pet' part."
 
"As long as i live you will never have to deal with them again. Some time tomorrow they will send us on some mission where i will be forced to take the lives of people who are simply doing what someone tells them. I only hope once you skills develop we can begin cutting to the root of our problems. "You can have run of the house for now I am going to go study. If you need me i will be in the library. " He turned walking away his foot steps heavy and slow as he moved to the library setting down at his desk pouring over a book.
 
Hanna walked slowly up the stairs to the room he had given her. He seemed so different in front of the council, it was scary. It must be hard for him to deal with people like that and to think, they are in charge of this country's safety scared her even more.

"Ok..I'll be in my room." she spoke quietly.

Once in the room she felt a bath was in order. To wash off the foul mood those people caused and to help her feel better and also to give Allidon time to himself. She was in the bath quickly, the thought of its warm flow hastening her movements. She left a line of clothes leading to the bath and hopped in quickly, now familiar with its workings. Pulling the cord the warm water flowed over her washing away the uneasiness.
 
Allidon sat down in the massive chair at his desk pouring himself into a book taking deep breaths. He was trying to calm himself down he knew the young girl who seemed to look up to him so much would certainly be unsettled by the way he acted in the council. He was sure that she would soon get to see why most of the mages disposed him so. He needed to find a way to change that perception but it was so hard for him. He could learn even the most complicated spells for destruction or taking lives in seconds. Though spells meant to preserve life took him months to learn.
 
Now cleaned and changed in to casual clothes Hanna descended the steps and searched for Allidon. She did not want to sneak up on him this time, not sure if his foul mood still lingered, she had no desire to anger him further. He was still in the library, his attentions absorbed in a book. Though he didn't look as hard as he was earlier, he still seemed agitated. She walked up behind him and placed her hands on his shoulders squeezing them firmly and then slid them around his neck. She didn't say a word, she simply stood there with her arms wrapped around him.
 
He smiled shaking his head he was growing quite fond of this young girl. "You smell lovely I take it you went and enjoyed the shower again?" He smiled reaching back placing his hand on her thigh lightly giving it a soft squeeze his eyes locked on his book. His wings twisted a bit uncomfortably to wrap around her as best as possible.
 
"Mhm." was all she said as she moved into his lap forcing herself between him and the book like a selfish cat. The tone of his voice encouraging her some. It was almost painful to see him angry like that and now that she was beginning to 'feel' emotions his mood had begun to bother her too. And plus, when he was angry it got cold in the house. When she stepped from the bath she squealed from the cold shock, the spell he had cast earlier seemed to be gone. Now it was warmer and getting even more so by the second, now that she was sitting in his lap.
 
He smiled wrapping his wings around her forgetting his book for the time being. His hand never left her thigh as she sat down the other hand slipping around her lower back resting on her side. "I take it you do not want me studding? " He laughed his eyes catching her's not able to leave seeming to be trapped by the lovely blue orbs.
 
"No. I need your help. It seems I have another power emerging that I don't quite understand." it was hard not to smile and blush being this close to him again.

"It seems I'm now able to feel emotions. I could feel it starting in the council chamber, some were able to block me off though. I can even feel some of yours right now, I'm glad you are no longer angry." In fact he seemed very far from angry at the moment.
 
"I see that can be quite the handy ability though i am not certain i know how to help you develop it. "He smiled trying to mask his emotions for a few moments as he smiled leaning back into his chair. "Your coming along quickly i must say that is very good though a bit surprising. " He smiled brightly giving her hip a thigh a light squeeze his eyes remaining locked on hers.
 
"Well you could stop hiding yours from me..I felt that just now. If it weren't for the smile on your face that cold wall you hide behind would confuse me." she smiled poking an accusing finger into his chest. "Don't hide them from me and I can tell you what you are feeling right now. If you dare." she smiled at him, an evil little grin.
 
"Lets see how you can tell with out your powers first. " He smiled leaning in pressing his lips to her's kissing her tenderly still masking his emotions. He let out a happy groan as his lips guided her teaching hers how to kiss. Slowly leading her mouth to open so he could deepen his kiss his hands pulling her body tight to his chest. Holding the kiss as long as she would allow he was enjoying the kiss to much to pull away.
 
There was no need to guess his mood, it was evident in his eyes before he even kissed her. There was no way he could hide that. It was the second time and again she thought how odd it was for 'ice' to make her so warm. She took to her lesson well..eagerly studying every crevice of his mouth. His hand on her back pressed her close to his body and she in turn tighten her grip around him. After ages it seemed she pulled away, not saying a word just breathing heavy and looking into his eyes.
 
He smiled staring into her eyes his breath heavy as well as he stared at her smiling brightly. His tongue traced his lips tasting the lingering bits of her on his lips. His hand slipped from her side to her hip gripping it lightly looking into her eyes. "Well can you guess how I am feeling? " He smirked and leaned in slowly pressing his lips into her neck kissing and nibbling softly at her neck just over her pulse.
 
"Umm.." she stammered barely able to form words. "I would think you feel..much better than you did earlier. At least judging by the temperature of the room... and and...oh god." she moaned loudly as he tortured her with his lips on her neck chin chest. He trailed all over every inch of exposed flesh he could find , it seemed. Hanna found it too difficult to even think. She squirmed in his lap.
 
He smiled pulling back looking into her eyes smiling brightly his eyes catching hers again. "I suppose i should stop before i drive you into a situation your not comfortable with. " He spoke softly looking into her eyes taking a deep breath his hand paused on her thigh resting there and griping her lower back. He smiled softly pressing his lips together enjoying the way she tasted so very much.
 
"Stop?.." she didn't hide the disappointment in her voice but knew he was right. They shouldn't be doing this right now they should be practicing spells or ....something. Hanna shifted in his lap, still not wanting to move. "Well if you say so," she couldn't meet his eyes as she added "If that's what you really think, but I'm quite comfortable." she shifted in his lap again trying to get closer to him and rest her against his neck.
 
He shifted a bit as her squirming in his lap was causing him to become very aroused. He was starting to grow and press into her thigh as she continued to shift and lay close. "You do not have to move i am perfectly fine with you setting there. I just need to stop kissing you or i may lose my composure. " He smiled running his hand over her back and placing the other on her neck holding her lightly to him.
 
She leaned towards him and kissed him again, softly, and spoke with her lips still brushing his. "Lose your composure? What will you do?" she purpose shifted this time, partly from her own arousal and also to entice his. She was unsure of herself but knew exactly where this was leading. His obvious desire for her made it all the more exciting.
 
"Is that what you really want to happen to have me lose my composure and whisk you away in a flurry of passion?" He smiled placing his hand on her knee his fingers rubbing lightly wishing she was wearing a sorter dress so he could touch her skin. He smiled and leaned in slowly pressing his lips firmly against hers again kissing her ever so tenderly.
