Rufio's office

If he thought she'd be upset as he thrusted his cock into her mouth, he was sorely mistaken. The siren lived to please. Now, she didn't particularly like pleasing this man, but at this point she would take anything over the torture of not cumming. So she sucked and licked vigorously, closing her eyes and pretending for a moment he was anyone else as she did. Her own moans were stifled by his member hitting the back of her throat, although his teasing fingers were restarting the fire below, and she prayed he wouldn't deny her yet again. Her eyes opened only when he pulled his hands away, watching him lick his fingers. It made her want to laugh, and just how much worse he was making it for himself. Did he not get how she worked yet? How her voice was not the only means she had to allure?

She tried her best not to show him how much she was actually enjoying this. Like all other times she kept an angry look in her eyes, hiding the pleasure within her, even when he gripped her hair, sending shivers through her body. But it was nothing compared to when his fingers plunged into her, making her writhe under him for a second, her body giving away the pleasure she felt. Nysa let more anger pool in her eyes, glaring at him as she throat fucked his cock. But as angry as she looked, neither of them could ignore that she was already grinding against his fingers, her hips rolling back and forth, pleasuring herself using him. And she would use him. She had her hooks in, and she'd make the doctor cave and fuck her. She wanted him too, to lose this control he was barely gripping and give in to the desire. Then she would have won too. Then the playing field would become even once more.

Rufio’s groaning was just as profound as Nysali’s grinding. His fingers worked her as vigorously as she sucked his generous manhood. Gazing from above, he certainly enjoyed the thick lump that could be glimpsed in her throat, sliding up and down. The milking sensation of her body just to swallow the large foreign object only added to the tingling sensation he was enduring, gripping his body with a vicegrip. His limbs felt weak and his knees wobbly, yet he went on, his hips bucking forward and back to repeat the gesture, while he kept his hand steady and set for her to enjoy. Her body moved to sensually, his eyes roaming freely to try and watch everything, from her hips to her abdomen to the rising and falling of her breasts.

He was entirely under the control her powers then. He could not resist it this time. No denials by his mind. No refusal by his thoughts. His heart yearned for more and more with this creature, affecting his mind like a drug. It ate away at him. Consumed him. The pleasure swelled in his lower abdomen like a balloon, ready to pop. The grip on her hair would tighten, evidencing how close he was getting. And Rufio was ruthless in his desire to get it. His grip became painful, lifting her head to force her to receive the spearing of his cock inside her mouth, rather than work with her. His fingers jammed deep and hard into her pussy, teasing her relentlessly with his vigorous wiggling and curling. He battered her face firmly like a punching ball, forced to remain in place by his grip.

And then Rufio could hold it no longer. With a loud cry, he threw his head back and thrust his hips out as the pleasurable agony took hold. A great throbbing sensation overtook his manhood, pouring both inwards with waves of bliss and outwards with the fruit of his labours. It guzzled down her throat, flooded into her mouth, coated her tongue, and sprayed lightly over her lips and jaw as he let her hair slide free of his grip, his body unable to comprehend anything but the powerful orgasm. After a moment of pure bliss, he released her, the fire in his loins having passed, leaving a lingering sensation of burning out as he took a step back and panted.

“Christ…that never gets old. You did good, slut.” Rufio remarked, his hand still embedded in her sex, though now he drew it out. One finger he once more suckled clean, before dangling the other over her face. “Want some? It tastes delicious.” He offered and once that was settled, he seized her ankles and firmly turned her on his desk, spreading her legs to either side of his waist and abdomen. His manhood, erect and hard despite the orgasm, was ready for more as it hovered above her sex, stroking along her abdomen. “How many times tonight?” Rufio asked with a smirk. Once they did it eight times…

Knock. Knock. Knock.

Rufio nearly jolted with the sudden knocking, though he didn’t break from his stance. Casting an angry look over his shoulder, he cursed low as he pondered who it might be. Then Dr. Rupinder Vera’s voice was heard. “Dr. Arellano, are you in there? Patient ND6667?”

“What does she want? Doesn’t anyone have respect?” He mumbled in a low voice to Nysa. “Don’t say a word, maybe she’ll go away.”

“I can hear you!” Dr. Vera snapped. “If she’s there, send her to me. Now.” Her voice demanded in a firm tone. Rufio sighed and looked at Nysa with arrogance.

“Looks like no more fun for you. We’ll continue another time eh? Be sure to kiss your new friend before you leave. Your wetness is still on the dildo. Clean it before you go.” Rufio merely waved at her, dropping her legs and moving towards his clothes. He offered her nothing to clean her face, nor would he allow her in his office. It was his way of humiliating her, forcing her either to lick it off or walk with it until she came to a bathroom.

How furious he fucked her throat told her how close he was getting. His fingers pumped in her now, slapping against her as her hips rose to meet him. But she didn't get close to her own orgasm when he let out a loud groan, and suddenly she was choking on his cum, it filling and sliding down her throat, covering her lips and chin as it dribbled. She swallowed and gasped for air, but got no chance to catch her breath. Instead she was flipped over and here she knew she'd find her release.

But not even that was possible.

Nysali let out a rather loud groan as the Dr. Vera knocked and interupted, demanding for the siren. And Dr. Arellano obliged, no longer desiring the siren after finding his release. Dumping her and moving away, he left her to hastily wipe off his cum on the back of her hand before searching for her clothes. She tugged them on, starring at the rack for a minute contemplating whether to follow that last order. Then she shrugged, letting him deal with it. She never got her release. Let him clean it himself. Maybe he'd even lick it off.

Strutting to the door she opened it to look into the eyes of Dr. Rupi Vera.

"Hey doll," she purred, giving her a grin. Unlike Rufio, Nysa quite liked this doctors. Quite liked her indeed.

Normally Rupi would have corrected Nysali to calling her Doctor. Never sternly, as she particularly enjoyed the siren’s banter but she did try to keep a sense of formality with the woman. Knowing what she was, Rupi was one of the few who did not employ her for certain favours, other than a few select ones. But coming off her high with Natalya, she didn’t even offer a correction at all. She merely smiled at the siren, beckoned her to follow, and started walking down the hall. They came to her own offices quickly, where earlier that day Rupi had taken a certain favour out of Akila. She had no intentions of doing that to Nysa, even given her own disgruntled state, for her face still showed markings of a beating she suffered herself earlier.

What she had to do with Nysa was unpleasant for the vampire doctor.

“Sit down. Or do you require the little girl’s room first to freshen up?” Rupi asked kindly, gesturing Nysa in and shutting the door behind her. She didn’t know exactly what Rufio did, and didn’t want to know, but she could guess at it. And she didn’t mind giving Nysa a little break. She had her own restroom and she would prefer Nysa to be clean, lest she insult a certain patient whom the Institution needed to cooperate. Rupi especially needed this, knowing Funer was breathing down her neck. It didn’t hurt to be more pleasant than usual, because after this brief moment, Nysa was in for worse. “We need to have a talk. There is something I have to do…and it requires using you as a pawn.” Rupi flatly informed as she sat in her leather chair behind her desk. She wasn’t asking for permission from the siren, but she at least would be considerate to let her know what she was in for.

Following the lovely doctor, Nysa wondered what had Dr. Vera in such a good mood, especially given her current state. Normally she would be chided for using any names towards the doctors, but Rupi simply smiled and moved on. Moreso when they entered the Head of Department's office she offered the bathroom to her, another kind and unusual gesture.

"I would thank you," there was sincerity in her voice, showing Rupi her own side of honesty, void of sarcasm until she reached the bathroom, "So which poor patient stuck her tongue up in you Dr. Vera? I've never seen you smile so much...well except when I go down under of course."

She giggled, letting the doors closed as she cleaned herself up. After five minutes she emerged looking much neater and less ruffled, finding a seat on the therapist's couch, where she normally ended when they had their actual sessions. Nysali knew she was considered a "Special Case", meaning only the Heads of Department and those given clearance could study her. A way to keep the dumber, less significant doctors from harming or even killing the siren, the only one they had obtained.

"What do you need doc?" she purred, starring up at the ceiling, "At least you're giving me the courtesy of telling me I'll be your pawn. I'm sure I have no choice, do I?"

Rupi only rolled her eyes at the siren’s playful questions. No one had stuck their tongue in Rupi, so to speak, though a tongue had been in contact with her. However, Nysa’s words about going down under did invoke an image in her mind. Not of Nysa of course, but of Natalya. It caused her to sigh a little sadly while the siren was washing up, the Indian doctor turning to gaze at her couch. One day, she might get to have Natalya in here. Of course, first she had to create the image she was following the rules like a good doctor. No, a tongue had not been in Rupi, but something far worse had been in her. And something worse could still happen, if she didn’t get results from this test she was going to run.

Nysa soon returned, looking clean and refreshed, her beauty as radiant as ever. Rupi took a moment to observe her with cool grey eyes, though her smile vanished. That alone should be evidence of the gravity of the situation, if she wasn’t even smiling with the bubbly person in the Institution. Rupi leaned back in her chair, hands folded over her abdomen as she gazed at Nysa on her couch. Maybe she should join her.

“No, you don’t have a choice. But that doesn’t mean it won’t be all that bad.” Rupi explained with her British accent, though she little point in trying to butter it up anyways. “Listen to me carefully, Nysali. I have a patient down in Cell Block C, one that we really wish to study and learn from. He’s been most uncooperative.” Rupi said, rising and indeed coming over to the couch. She sat on the edge though, facing away from the siren though their bodies were mere inches apart. Rupi sighed. “In order to get him to cooperate…he wants you. For the night.” Rupi stated, turning to gaze at the siren.

“He’s a demon, apparently. A very nasty and frightening one. He’s somehow heard of you and in order to get him to agree with our tests, he wants some time with you. I’m sure you can tell why.” Rupi said, reaching to put her hand on Nysa’s. “I can’t promise he won’t hurt you But I need you to try your best to impress him. I don’t think your usual abilities will work on him. The extent of his own powers are unknown to us. It’s more than yours, I can say that for sure. You’ll have to rely on your wit and personality to charm him. If he’s happy, he’ll cooperate.” Rupi explained, caressing the siren’s hand. It was also very likely the demon was just playing them. But even he must want some freedom from the miseries he suffers. Rupi was willing to take a chance to make some breakthroughs.

She stared at the siren, wondering what her answer might be. Indeed Nysa had no choice, but Rupi needed her heart to be in this. It might be what she expected and the siren would naturally agree to a night of fun. On the other hand, she might refuse, for the demon’s prowess was great and terrifying.

Nysali listened quietly, chewing her lip as she listened intently. They would send her in whether she liked the idea or not. She knew this. Rupi knew this. The doctor was simply giving Nysa the chance to understand why they were sending her. Dr. Vera wouldn't put me in there if my life was in danger though...I'm worth too much to the facility. Right? Right?!

"So I go in, flaunt my stuff, please the man and leave? No powers, just my body. Might as well try right? Hell, at least you got me from Dr. Arellano. Now he has to wait a week to see me. Thank you for that."

Rupi felt herself smirk at the mention of Dr. Arellano. Now Nysa was hers for the next twenty-four hours. “I’ll be nearby the whole time. If he hurts you, call out to me and I’ll try to get you out of there.” If it isn’t too late. With Nysa’s agreement to do this with some enthusiasm, Rupi rose to her feet and beckoned at the siren to follow. “If you need water, coffee, even a glass of wine, take it now. Otherwise, let’s go.

With a rigour in her steps, Rupi led Nysa from her office and right to the elevators. Unlike Rufio, she didn’t try to grope or fondle at the siren, standing rigid and apart as the doors slid shut and they descended to Cell Block C.

She had stolen quick sips of water in the bathroom already so she meerly shook her head, following the doctor out. Nysa needed water to live, and if her body got under hydrated, well none of them had seen it yet. And she didn't plan on letting them find out, so she stole sips of water from whatever she could.

"You're...welcome." Jaime answered, gulping a moment as she turned her back to him, shucking out of the shredded shirt and pulling his on. "It's not problem. I'm not here to hurt you." He led her out of hte room, towards the labs, and soon enough the lab that had been set aside for this was in view. When she made her declaration, he stopped, putting a hand on her shoulder.

"It's okay, it's just a scan. The worst that this will be is boring, since we'll have you lying still for an hour or so. I promise I won't hurt you." He smiled as he spoke, making sure to look her in the eye, trying to be as soothing as he could, but at the same time really starting to wonder what in the hells this place had done to her thus far to make her so cagey. He led her into the lab.

Helmut ran a hand over the equipment in the room. Top of the line, absolutely. A Siemens MAGNETOM Skyra, the very best of the MRI machines available, and there were even a few features that he didn't recognize instantly, likely meaning that this was a custom job. The Board had clearly spared no expense on this place.

And that was the problem.

Money. It always came down to money, and money was what made science happen. And he was here to make that science happen. Jaime was a good lad, and would have the subject here, hopefully having dosed her with the imaging liquids. He needed them to be here so he could start. He had a thought, recalling some of the preliminary files he'd read.

He lifted an intercom mic, and made a call. Another room needed to be prepped, a small specialist staff prepared for his arrival, if things went well. And he needed things to go well. Despite his bravado, he was nervous.

If there wasn't some kind of tangible evidence to work with, and this subject just did things through some unknown magical force, then he was in trouble, as it would be doubtful that it was going to be replicable. He let out a slow sigh, calming himself. All in good time. He checked his watch, and then powered up the MRI. He wanted to run it through the paces a little, make sure he was familiar with it.

The door opened, and he looked up to see Jaime leading in the subject. Wearing his shirt apparently. That was curious to say the least. Helmut stepped out of the booth, and nodded to them both.
"Miss. I am Dr. Gregor, adn I'll be administering your MRI today. Dr. Corben will help you get in place. And Jaime?" Helmut pointed to a small box as he finished speaking. Jaime nodded, knowing what Helmut had in mind. As Helmut went back into the booth, Jaime led Jinx to the machine.

"Just hop on here..." He tapped the long plank extending from the machine. "...and we'll get started."

He held the door, a gentlemanly gesture to be sure. She couldn’t help but offer him a shy smile as she passed be him, entering into the room. It was a bit cool in there to her, but then again most doctor’s offices were. Rubbing her arms, she shivered as she looked around.

He startled her slightly, then again most people in this place did. Still he was kind and professional. She nodded after he introduced himself, but it seemed he wanted to get on with the MRI. Jinx didn’t want to waste his time. She followed Jamie over to the machine and took her seat. Gasping she shifted her body, lifting her legs slightly at how cold the machine was. “I’m sorry,” she whispered. “It’s so cold in here. Do I just lie back? I’ve never had one of these done before.” It had totally gone unnoticed to her. She sat there, asking him questions, talking to him, and Jinx wasn’t afraid. With Jamie, she seemed calm, more at ease. Was it because he explained things to her and treated her with common decency? It had to be. She didn’t even know him, and yet she was more relaxed around him than she had been with anyone else. Her arms were crossed as she continued to rub her arms, trying to find some warmth. The seat beneath her had warmed slightly now, but the room was still bitterly cold to her. Tilting her head she waited for his answer.

Jaime nodded to her, confirming her words.
"Yep, just lie back, and relax. This might take a little bit of time, but you won't feel a thing more than maybe a touch bored." He confirmed for her. He set a hand on her shoulder, gently easing her back ontot he plank. He pressed a button on the machine, and she started to move into the MRI machine. He set the box at her feet. He moved away from the machine, entering the booth. He tapped a switch, letting him talk to her.

"Just try and keep still Jinx. It'll go by faster that way." He told her. He let off of the intercom button.
"We're using her proper name now?" Helmut asked, looking at the MRI footage.
"She doesn't answer to a number. It's easier to let her do what we need if she's not fighting us."
"Very well, have it your way." Helmut waved a hand, dismissing the isuse as though it was no longer relevant. Both doctors looked at the images.

"There." Jaime pointed at the MRI screen. Helmut cocked his head.
"What? What am I missing?" Helmut demanded.
"Brain tissue. Of a different density from the rest of it. And a slight growth on the surface. It's an abnormality. It's not cancerous, it doesn't have the same make up as cancer tissues. This is new growth. Natural growth. And if you look at the image..." Jaime traced his finger along the screen. "...there's...tendril snaking through her brain. This could be why she can do what she does."
"What makes you sure? Do you think that there had never been an MRI of her brain?"
"Probably has, but likely not with somethign this detailed. And...the doctors probably didn't have the background in neuroscience that we do."
"Well answered Dr. Corben." Jaime allowed himself a smile. Whenever he was moved to 'Dr' he knew that he'd hit on something that made him valuable to Dr. Grtegor. And while Gregor might be a bastard, and morally vacant, but he was extremely good at what he did.

"There's a glass mirror in the MRI, she should be able to see the box. Ask ehr to lift it while we scan her." Helmut ordered. Jaime nodded, pressing hte intercom button again.
"Jinx? Can you see the box at your feet from where you are? Can you...lift the box with your ability?" He asked her.

Any warmth she had found while sitting on the surface was quickly lost as Dr. Croben helped her lie back. Jinx shivered, her teeth chattering, as she watched him leave and enter the booth. Alone in the room, she felt nervous and yet normal. This was like any other doctor one could ever have. She had no basis for comparison, as she had never had an MRI before. So for all she knew, this was exactly how it would happen in a hospital.

The machine moved, carrying her into the machine. She closed her eyes tightly being claustrophobic. Hearing Dr. Corben’s voice was soothing. It made her feel as though she were not alone . “Alright Dr. Corben,” she replied to him, holding her position. The machine hummed softly, but there were no odds sounds that could cause alarm. Her back began to warm against the surface, and Jinx relaxed further. It was painless, and with her eyes closed, she didn’t have to focus on being inside the machine. When Dr. Corben’s voice came on again though, she knew that was about to change. Slowly she opened her eyes, looking into the mirror. There it was. A small box was seated at her feet. She hadn’t noticed it before. There was nothing extraordinary about the box. It was just a box. She smiled gazing at it. “A box huh. You want me to move it? How’s this,” she asked, lifting it straight into the air with ease. “Or this?” The box began to spin, as if a rod were inserted right through the center of it. “Is that okay Dr. Corben,” she asked. “How about this,” she asked, sending the box right to the door of the booth they were both inside. It tapped against the door, and Jinx giggled. “I think it wants to come inside Dr. Corben.”

Jaime watched in a mixture of awe and complete horror as the box moved easily, never wavering, Jinx showing far far more control than he'd thought. On some level he'd imagined that this was somethign that strained her, that she had to really work to maintain. But she seemed to maintain it as easily as breathing.

And the MRI was going insane, showing spikes of activity all through her brain. Helmut was grinning, looking at the scans. Data was pouring in, adn he looked at some of the other methods of detction that were going off in the room, measuring radiation and a host of otyher factors, all trying to get to the bottom of how Jinx was doing what she was doing. Teh Board had been thorough in setting this place up to ensure that any and all data that would be needed was able to be gathered. It was a most impressive facility. And thus far, it had been tragically and criminally underused. That was going to change.

"We've got more data here than I expected. Jaime, I need you to take a copy of it upstairs, start analyzing the data. I'll take the girl back to her room." Helmut ordered quietly. Jaime nodded, hearing the tapping of the box on the door again. Jaime leaned forward and pressed the intercom button again.
"That was great Jinx! Set the box down, and we'll take you out of there!" He told her, finding actual pride in his voice. SHe'd done well, well enough to impress Helmut apparently. There was a notable silence when the whirring of hte MRI faded. The drawer extended, bringing Jinx out. Helmut handed Jaime a thumb drive with all of the readings on it, adn nodded to him.

Helmut shooed Jaime out of hte room, not wanting the younger man to linger, and approached Jinx.
"Hello. I'm Dr. Gregor. You can do quite impressive things! If you'll come with me, there's just one last test to run, adn then you can get some rest. Come along, eh?" He smiled at her, some geuine warmth in it. After all, she had given him what he'd needed to be able to map out how her brain was working while she used this gift. He checked his pocket, making sure that the contents were still in place, and they were. he led Jinx to the door, and started to lead her down the hall towards another lab room.

"How long have you been able to do that?" Helmut asked her.

She smiled inside the machine. Not only had she done what they had asked her to do, but she had done it well. How did she know? She could hear it in his voice. Being able to use her ability by what she heard had it perks. Jinx had learned to pick up on the subtle nuances that some might overlook. Dr. Corben seemed genuily pleased, and that made her very happy. “Yes Sir Dr. Corben. It will be my pleasure.” Her own voice reflected her happiness. It was nice to feel that way again, even if it would only last in this room. She sat the box down where it had started it’s flight from. The machine moved, bringing her out of it’s confines. The room was bright once more as the overhead light loomed. Her hands went up to block it until she sat up. With her legs dangling over the edge, she waited until someone would emerge from the booth to join her. Until then, she took in the sights of the room. Again it was as normal as any other hospital she had ever been in. It was easy to forget where she was, and for a short time , she had done so, but the thoughts about the cold cell she would be returning to came back to her mind.

She sighed just as the doctor came from the booth. “Hello Dr. Gregor,” she said, hopping down from the table and following him. She looked back to the booth expecting to see Dr. Corben, but he never came out. Even in the hall, he didn’t seem to join them. She assumed he must be busy. After all, she did just have the MRI done. Surly he must be looking at the results. So his absence didn’t really cause any alarm. Looking up at Dr. Gregor she shrugged. “All my life. Even as a baby I could do it. My mom told me that when I would cry, things would fly off the shelves and doors would open and close. Needless to say they tried to make sure I never cried,” she teased. “I learned to control it as I got older. I had a good teacher. It’s not always easy. Sometimes my other gift gets me into trouble. I’m still learning about intent with that one. Sometimes because I think I want something, doesn’t mean I can put enough intent into the words to make it happen. Sometimes it happens when I don’t want it to.” Her past, that summer, came back to her. “Sometimes I really don’t want things to happen, but they do anyway all because I say something. I got out of my cell today because I wanted the door unlocked. I’m so happy a guard found me and took me back to my cell. Natalie. She’s great. Like Dr. Corben. Like you Dr. Gregor. So is there anything else you would like to know Dr. Gregor?”

Helmut mentally noted down everything Jinx was saying. She was happy, light. He had a momentary pang of curiosity. This kind of happiness, this enthusiasm...would she have been like this? He banished that thought from his mind. He didn't have time for that right now. There was work to be done. Important work! And he had to stay sharp.
"Dr. Corben is a fine man. A little to...restrained at times, but even that has it's place." Helmut admit. There was a flicker of hesitation. This girl seemed to think well of him. How long had it been since he'd had a moment ilke that? What had brought him to this moment? And further, the more he thought about it, what had brought him to this level of self-pitying examination? There was research to eb done, a sample to be taken, and the world to change by doing it. He opened the door to the room they had been heading towards.

Sight and sound. Those were the thigns that allowed Jinx to do what she did. Tools had been gathered for this. His hand came out of his pocket, and the culr of dark material swept in. Hitting the side of her head it snapped into place, unrolling along her head, adn snapping into place over her eyes. His hands came up, a small item in each one.
"One last test. It's easier if you go along." He told her, before he fed the items into her ears. Shaped plugs, active noise cancellation to create a perfect barrier to her hearing anything. His hands caught ehr forearms to prevent her from pulling anything free.

Orderlies came in, siezing her arms, adn bodily hauling her off fo the floor, adn taking her to a chair, seating her roughly, and then getting her strapped to the arms. A heavy strap came along her forehead to keep her from thrashing her head around. Gregor was calmly putting on a surgical mask, and pulling gloves on.

"She'll be a bit of trouble for now, but once we sedate her she should be fine to work on." One of the surgeons said with a nod. Gregor shook his head.
"No time. Did you bring the Soma I asked for?" Gregor asked. The surgeon only stared at him a moment, but nodded.
"Yes, it's a large amount, but-"
"Good, move." He stepped to past teh other doctor, lifting the syringe. He stepped up and inserted the needle into Jinx arm, and depressed the plunger.

Soma flooded her veins, flowing into her, the powerful, and fast acting muscle relaxtant getting into her quickly, throwing her body into a nearly limp state, but one that left her largely awake. He withdrew the needle, adn then moved off to lift a marker, drawing a small spot on her head, right at the part of her hair. The staff came in, one using a razor to carefully shave the small patch. It was at teh part, so very little hair came free, but it left a clear patch.
"Local." Gregor ordered. A numbing agent was worked into the spot, taking the sensation out of the skin. Gregor stepped in, using a scalpel to cut the skin, right to the bone. WHIle the skinitself might not have feeling, he had no doubt that Jinx would feel the blade scrape bone. He peeled the flap of skin back, and held out a hand. the head surgeon looked uncomfortable, but one of the other staff pressed the needed tool into Gregor's hand. Gregor let out a breath, and then stepped to Jinx, the tool in his hands whirring.

The drill sang in his hand, and then came the whine as if bit into bone, and Gregor began drilling into Jinx's skull. It was a fine instrument, quick to move, quick to work, and he carefully bored into the skull until he felt the drill shift, a clean hole in her skull. Gregor smiled as he removed the drill, and the section of skull. The skull piece dropped out, and was kept for replacement later. Gregor held out a hand, and felt the reassuring weight of the biopsy needle. He inserted it into Jinx skull, seeing the abnormality, right where he'd known it would be from the MRI.

THe brain lacked much int he way of feeling nerve rceptors, but it could feel heat and cold, adn he had no doubt that Jinx would feel the cold of the needle sliding into her brain, and then the sharp absence as Gregor extracted a sample from teh abnormality. He had no real idea on how that might effect her gifts. It might cause them to misfire now that he had a piece of ehr brain that was even now going into a sealed sample container. He paused a moment. He'd prepared for this, but wasn't sure if he'd been going to do it. but since she was here, her skull already open...

"Give me the electrode." He ordered. Again, no hesitation in the surgical team, the item handed to him. He took it carefully in tweezers, adn slid it into her skull. Cold steel prongs bit into her brain, sliding into place where the abnormality was now slightly smaller from the biopsy. He saw the green ready light go on, signifying that it was ready to go. He nodded, and stepped back from the operation. The team moved in to patch her up. The skull piece was placed back in, the flap of skin stitched back into place.

"What was that you put in?" The surgeon asked.
"Insurance." Gregor replied.
"For what?" Gregor adjusted a ring on his finger, adn depressed a small button. The electrode in Jinx brain went off, discharging current right into her brain. A physical prod might not elicit much pain. But an electric jolt, right in her brain...that woudl stimulate not only her pain receptors, but also light off a lot of other signals, giving her a moment of screaming agony, as well as a wash of conflicting emotions.
"For any efforts on her part to cause trouble for me. The Soma will be worn off in a few hours. Have the orderlies take ehr back to her cell." The head surgeon fixed Gregor with an incredulous stare, but did have Jinx unbelted from the surgical chair, and into a wheelchari to take her back to her cell.

“Thank you.” She said it to him as he held the door open for her. There wasn’t anything unusual or out of the ordinary about the room. She noticed it had the same stark, antiseptic walls as the other room and the hall had. She looked up at the light. The fixture was different from the other room. It was….beautiful. Frosted glass with ivy leaves. She smiled at it. It was beautiful. It was also the last thing she saw before the her vision was stolen from her. Instinctively her hands went up, grabbing at her eyes. His words seemed rushed to her. The tone in his voice had changed, and the smile that she had seen on his face was one she couldn’t imagine still being there. “Dr. Helmut,” she cried out. “What kind of…..” her focus on her questions were lost as her hearing vanished. She began to panic. Plunged into darkness, devoid of sound, all she had was what she felt. What she felt was him, pulling on her arms, keeping her from gaining her senses back. A chorus of hands seemed to take her, lifting her, and carrying further into the room. “Dr. Helmut,” she cried out, only able to feel the vibrations in her own throat. “What test?” Her question was loud, far louder than it would have normally been, but without being able to hear, she had no idea of the volume her voice possessed. The chair seemed to come from nowhere as her body slammed into it. Jinx simply reacted, still calling for the doctor, still showing him the respect she thought he deserved. “Dr. Helmut! What test? Please! Tell me! What’s going on?” The strap came across her forehead, and Jinx began to turn her head from side to side, trying to conclude what was happening. As the hands won, her head was now immobile. One by one she was losing. First her eyes. Then her hearing was taken from her, and now she couldn’t move. Firmly restrained into the unseen chair, she could only pull against her bindings. “Dr. Helmut,” she called out, yet again. “Please! What’s happening? Dr. Hel…..”

She had stopped speaking, her voice breaking into a cry. The needle had pricked her skin. Panic engulfed her. She had no idea what now coursed through her veins, but as her body began to fall limp, that question, that concern was answered. She tried to move her arm, to pull against the straps that held her down. Nothing. Her muscles in her legs would not contract. They remained motionless. She felt as if a giant weight was over her, holding her in place. Even her fingers would not move. All she could do was breathe.

There was a faint touch to her head. While there was no pain, she felt it, vaguely. ‘Dr. Helmut. What’s going on. What’s…..’ It was all in her head. She realized her lips were not moving. Nothing was moving. ‘I can’t..move.’ Wet. The next sensation she felt was wet. It was curious to her. Only a small place, right where she had felt the touch before, and then….something more. Her mind raced trying to put together the picture of what was happening to her. She couldn’t even begin to fathom what was happening. The only comfort she found was the fact that Dr. Helmut was still in the room. Jinx was convinced he was a good doctor. He had been so kind, so caring until now. Certainly there had to be a reason for this approach to this final test. There had to be. The prick she felt made her inhale sharply through her nose. She wanted to turn her head, to reach up and feel what was happening, to ask him what was going on, but she was denied any of that. Her heart was racing in her chest. The pressure that followed wasn’t too strong. Blood began to paint her hair, a vivid contrast to her white hair. She felt like someone was drawing on her scalp. Her confusion, her curiosity grew, and then…..

Pain. Unbelievable pain. She cried out loudly, still unable to hear. The pain was dull, and she felt it deeply. As quickly as she felt it, it was gone, leaving her with more questions and a growing sense of dread. ‘He won’t kill me. He’s a doctor. He has to help me and take care of me.’ It was a thought that she clung to for comfort. It was to be her light amid the darkness. The next sensation she felt vibrated her entire head, forcing screams of sheer agony from her. Though the rest of her body was paralyzed, her voice was alive and filling the room. Jinx could not hear the other sound that was working in tandem with her cries of misery. She could feel her entire head throbbing in scathing anguish. Her lips closed as vomit began to rise in her throat. It was something she couldn’t stop. The pain, the torment, had been too much. Had it not been for the sudden presence of searing cold she felt, she may have soiled herself with the contents of her stomach. Again she wailed as part of her brain was taken from her. The entire ordeal had left her exhausted, and if her body already limp, she certainly would have fallen that way.

Jinx breathed a sigh of relief that her nightmare was over. She had no idea what they had done to her, and she couldn’t imagine either. Her muscles felt more relaxed than before, even though she had been given a muscle relaxer. She was finding comfort in her delusion that this was finally done. The sharp, piercing bite from the prongs snapped her back to the reality and the sad truth this was not over. Her throat convulsed, sending a torrent of cries that left her vocal chords aching. ‘oh..please,’ she begged internally. ‘Be..done. No..more. I..can’t..take..no..more.’ Jinx felt like her heart was going to burst from her chest. She would have rolled her head from side to side. She would have begged him, pleaded with him, if she were given the chance. The doctor had taken all of that from her, and as she felt a bolt of pure electricity scorching through her brain, setting every muscle in her body on fire, making them tense painfully tight, curling her toes, her face contorting into the picture of excruciating affliction. It felt like a long time to her, but in reality, she had no way of knowing how long her pain lasted. All she was aware of was when her body was finally allowed to rest. She couldn’t hold it any longer, and nothing came along to discourage it. Jinx threw up. Her body was only held up by the strap that bound her now. The nurses moved in to quickly replace the section of her skull. Stitches were sewn, a bandage put in place, and she was set free. They restored her sight and hearing. Her gaze roamed the room, finding the tray with the bloody instruments. Her eyes widened. It was surreal. ‘That’s..my..blood. Blood.’ Tears streamed down her face. Her limp body was placed in the wheelchair, where it slumped to one side. One arm rested in her lap while the other barely touched the floor, the cold floor as she was aware of it. The hall seemed different now. Everything seemed different. She was taken back to her cell and picked up from the wheelchair. They left her on the floor without any mercy, without a blanket, without so much as a single word. When she was able to feel, she reached up, feeling the bandage and the dull pain that settled at her touch. Weeping she began to pull her still somewhat numb body into a corner where she hide among the shadows in the room.

As Jinx was moved out of the room, Gregor looked at his sample and smiled, turning to leave.
"Dr. Gregor?" The head surgeon asked. The doctor turned back to him.
"Yes?" He asked calmly.
"I looked at the request. Dr. Füner didn't sign off on this procedure, nor did anyone else. You got this set up through some kind of...override. Who are you?"
"The man who gets results. And the man that you'll answer to if I am interfered with. If you feel the need to run squealing to Dr. Füner because someone isn't playing by his rules, than by all means, I'll not stop you." Gregor turned around, and left the room, leaving it for the cleaning staff.

Jaime poured over the data, digging into it more and more. The abnormality was definitely the source from what he could see. Every moment that Jinx was using her gift sent new spikes of activity through her brain, signals that seemed to be doing something. The other sensors int he room had been checking for a multitude of things. There was no radiation, no senses of anything else out of the ordinary. The only things that had shown a spike was...the sensor put in place for the sake of completion. It was mapping change in the actual gravity of the room. Incredibly localized, but all teh same...Jinx was not just moving an object. She was redirecting gravity to do it. She was altering one of the fundamental forces of the universe with her mind, and didn't seem to be put out too much by it. Teh Gods alone knew how much power she actually had. The more she could control, the more terrifying the prospects were. Was it even safe to attempt to replicate this? The results could be...problematic to say the least. He put his face in his hands, checking hte time. It was getting alte. Gregor wouldn't be back for awhile, he kenw that Helmut liked to stay in the testing rooms for a time after it was over, and wouldn't want much in the way of a preliminary report until the morning. Jaime stood up, stretched, and head out of the room, heading for the room he'd been assigned. Sleep now. Work in the morning.

[Arriving from Cell Block C – post #248]

The elevator doors opened and a very stern looking doctor strode out.

Rupi didn’t bother to see if Daniella was following. She knew the nurse would cling to her like a child crossing the street with a parent. They came to her office, which Rupi promptly opened with her keycard and gestured for the nurse to go inside. “Sit down.” Rupi ordered flatly as she shut the door behind her, pointing to the chair in front of her desk. When Daniella had sat, Rupi strode around and leaned against her desk for a moment, regarding the nurse. She was…serious about this, wasn’t she? Rupi didn’t like that. Her lips still lingered with the remnants of Daniella’s forced kiss. It wasn’t sweet like Natalya. It was an utter betrayal for Rupi, for she was given to another. And who did Daniella think she was to make such advances on her person anyways?

Without warning, Rupi snarled and stood up before the woman, tall and stern. Then her hand reeled back and the slap that followed echoed through the office as her hand struck Daniella’s cheek. “You presume far too much, Nurse Coleman.” Rupi snapped angrily, her face contorted in anger. “This behavior is unacceptable and certainly not mutual. What you did was unprofessional and embarrassing for us both. You are a nurse. My assistant. I am a doctor. Your superior. That is all we’ll ever be to each other. Now forget this foolishness about affection and love, and don’t ever speak of it again in my presence, or you’ll be up on report. Do you understand me?” Rupi hissed, glaring at the nurse with her arms crossed.

“Now get out. Tomorrow morning, you will attend me again and you will not speak of this incident, ever.” Rupi said, nodding at the door in a blatant dismissal.

Rupi's Office

[Arriving from Block C]

Daniella was a flurry of emotions as they rode the elevator in silence to her office. On the one hand, for a brief second Dr. Vera had leaned into the kiss. Perhaps she was simply acting detached now for the cameras? But on the other hand the cold detachment and refusal to say anything until they were in Rupi's office spoke more to the doctor being angry. Maybe she just doesn't want eyes on us, Daniella foolishly hoped, although a part of her already knew that to be false.

When they stepped into the office she quickly sat, eager to make Dr. Vera happy in any way, especially if she was cross. Having the Head of Department mad at you was never wise. As she sat and watched her walk up, Daniella replayed the kiss over and over, her heart fluttering at the thought of it. That was, until her thoughts were smacked silent by the loud slap across her face. Her head whipped with the force of it, her breath leaving her as she froze, unable to move. What...what just happened?

Her words next were cold and angry, revealing what Dr. Vera truly thought on the situation. Any hope in Daniella vanished, any slim piece of her that thought there might be a connection was snuffed out. Her cheek burnt from the slap and tears welled in her eyes slightly from the pain, but mostly from the heart break. Daniella did not need to be asked twice to leave., holding her clipboard and notes tightly to her chest as she strode and practically fled, not even pausing to say goodnight. She bolted through the door, closing it before racing to the elevator and up to her seat, resigned to hide in her bed and cry her broken heart out until her shift the next morning.

[Arriving from Amphitheater]

Pressing his key card and code into the panel beside the door knob it flashed green and Miller stepped in, Candice on his heels. Private First Class Jakob Garner had been placed in a chair, and recuffed into metal wrist cuffs attached to two long chains that ran down through a hole in the table to his feet, where they cojoined into one single chain attached to two ankle cuffs, making it impossible for him to stand properly without pulling his arms down or reach up without raising his legs.

While Candice took a seat at one of the two chairs on the opposite side of the table from Garner, Miller walked around and smacked the man on the side of his head, waking him up.

"Rise and shine Garner," he snapped, taking his own seat beside Candice, "We got a few things to talk about here. Someone's decided to break rules..."

Jakob's eyes open when he feels the smack on the side of his head, his head lolls to the side a little, some blood dripping down on to the table under him. "Oh, someone broke rules? How can I help?" He asks with the raise of his eyebrows, not even bothering to call him sir.

"How're you, Candice?" He asks her before turning his attention back to Miller. "So do you want my side of the story? An excuse? Some bullshit about how I don't respect authority or something? Honestly I'm still surprised Black Hand is still around considering y'all are keen on throwing us out." He says while rolling his head, allowing his neck to loudly crack as he does so.

"Just saying, when you trap a man in an asylum, little to no breaks, awful living quarters, and no opportunity to leave? He's gotta get his pleasure from somewhere.. And that siren is dirty, and I don't like sloppy.. Two hundredths? Honestly, how many guards has she slept with? And why don't you give Doctor Rufio this same treatment when he brings the siren back to his office to mix drinks for him and then unload his balls into her?" He asks tiredly.

"But anyway, I figured out that the girl I slept with.. Tess, not Tessa, y'know, the girl you beat into submission for no reason.. Basically that girl could've killed me at any time but she didn't, when she took out two patrols of Rookie guards with her ability, so I'd say I made some serious progress in helping her anger issues." He says to the two seated in front of him.

"That's my side of the story, how about yours? You probably saw security footage, which I don't mind, but honestly I don't see the point in punishment, I haven't impeded the progress of any experiment, hell, she wasn't even signed up for treatment yet." He says.

Miller ran his hand down his face, already tired of the bullshit he'd be hearing today, and he had just started. Candice looked a little more patient, her arms folding over her chest as she gave nothing away in her expression, "I'd be better if this wasn't the start to my morning Garner. Honestly we both expected better from you."

"I sure did," Miller shook his head, "I had you on my list of promotions today Jakob. Your a bright guard, you get your duties done, your a good leader, and your reports are flawless. So what I want to know is why you risked all that to sleep with a patient? Don't play the "Woe is me" card. There are soldiers out there fighting war, do you think they get breaks? Do you think they go back to their camps and there just happens to be a few women lying around with their legs spread wide? When you signed up for this job, you should have known what you were signing up for. If you have a problem with Eternal Peak's hours and breaks, perhaps you should talk to your employer about reassignment. But wait..."

He pulled a form out and slapped it down, pushing it towards Jakob, "I am your employer. The Board owns 75% of the shares in Black Hand, not to mention we have this contract that states all employees of Black Hand Security Inc. are under the jurisdiction of Eternal Peak's Board of Directors and Head management. Which means Garner, your ass is mine."

He was getting riled up, but Candice calmed him as she placed a hand on his arm, telling him to pause, "You missed a mandatory conference today Jakob, plus we have reports you skipped on a night shift and didn't clock in three times and your intervals. That is why we went looking for you. The patient is a minor defense. She is unimportant at this time, and before you raise a fuss over Miller's actions of discipline against her, remember that she is owned by the institute now. To the Board, she is simply property that we may use as we wish. What she is as a person matters little to us."

Miller let out his breath, obviously working himself down from yelling at the man, "Having sex with her is not progress. Progress is what the doctor's here do to advance medicine and science. But Mrs. Whitehorn is correct, that is a minor defense compared to the two others. And may I say, what Dr. Arellano does in his own office his not your concern. We will be reevaluating him, like we are with all staff in the next few days. If you had come to the meeting, you would know that."

"Do you have anything else to say Jakob before we proceed?" Candice asked, looking at him with a cold stare.

Jakob blinks, listening to what Miller has to say to him. If Miller had paid any attention to Jakob's file he would've known that Jakob already served in the Marines, discharged for injury on his tour in Iraq.

When the man finishes speaking he looks to Candice and he nods. "I do have other things to say.. First off, your information is wrong, when I visited Tess last night I was on break, meant to be sleeping in my barrack, not on any shift at all.. I wouldn't even do that." He explains. "Second off, after soldiers return to their camp after a long day of patrol, there is a lot of women who would gladly fuck them, so thanks for that reminder of my old job, Miller." He says to the man.

"I'm sorry I missed the meeting, but last I checked it was a last minute thing, which means you just walked up and down the quarters calling people out of bed, which means I have no way of knowing about said mandatory meeting, so if sleeping with the patient is only a minor offense I should only be charged with a minor offense." He explains.

"Second off, I never asked to be assigned here, I joined Black Hand to go back into the Suck, back into Iraq or Afghanistan, and you all put me here.. Why? I wish I could still be in the Marine Corps or at least fighting for what's right, but there's no way out of this hell.." He says before resting his head on the table, holding it in his hands. "Can you please take these cuffs off?" He asks while looking up.

Miller gave a look to Candice who nodded. He pulled a key from his pocket and unlocked his wrist cuffs, before handing him the key to let Garner unlock his ankles. As he did Robert opened his briefcase, pulling out another form. and placing it in front of Jakob to see. Then he closed the briefcase and stared at him with calm, calculating eyes.

"We sent out emails last night at precisely midnight to all staff," Candice explained, "We also had a radio announcement from one of the top Tactician put out on the guard's feed, so you would know. Meaning your radio was off or not on you. And that is still failure to comply. As for the night shift you say was not yours, we will look into this, and if it is found to be faulty, there will be consequences for others. But there is still two matters at hand."

"This is your first offense Garner," she turned things back over to Miller who spoke up, "So I'm only going to demote you to Private. And tell you to hold your damn tongue next time. We are your superiors, not your friends. This is a warning Garner, don't push our buttons. As for our second order at hand, you are complaining about being unable to leave this facility. Before you is a form that can change that. If you wish to leave, fill it out and send it in. Those at Black Hand will look over it, and if you are fit to be approved, will move you to another client. I heard Francis on the Board recently hired them for his firm. Perhaps you can work in a bigger city, in a nice cozy skyscraper."

"Take the form with you Jakob and think over it," Candice finished, "You may leave now, your evaluation is complete. We will not be raising or lowering your salary or hours. Only your position."
