There were books, clothes, and drawings all over the room. Sammy was an artist or at least that was what she wanted to become. Her sketch book help many drawings of naked men and woman, like the teacher made them do so many times. Her small form rested on the bed. She wasn't filled with curves, her breasts weren't big but they weren't that small either. The sun had began to slip into her room awakening the short girl form her slumber. Las night she had been to a party and had arrived early this morning just falling over in bed. The girl still wore her party clothes with the exception of her shoes. The skirt was slightly lifted since she had thrown herself in bed.

Her green eyes opened as the sun light entered the window and she sat up yawning. What the hell happened at that party? The girl had no idea or she didn't quite remember. The light brunette stood up only to stumble upon her things on the floor. The house was probably now awake due to all her noise. She opened the door to her room and walked downstairs. Still looking like she had just woken up the girl walked over to the kitchen trying to think what her brother would like for breakfast. For now it was just the two of them living together since their parents had decided to travel around the world because of their job. They had dropped Samantha with all her things at her older's brother knowing it would be perfect for them to bond together. The girl sighed standing still and looking around. She was thinking on what it was she could make but she was also a bit lazy to do anything. Her head was screaming gently inside her. Did she abuse this much during the night?

Henry had dreaded his parent's words at first but then knew it was the right thing to do. To have his younger sister stay was a burden but also a chance to bond again after 2 years apart. Not much time but enough that his life had changed, at least part of it which he hoped he could keep hidden from his parents at least. Not hearing anything during the night he woke to the almost loud crash from her room and glanced at the clock. His blue eyes blinked a few times as he moved out of bed. His athletic body that had got him on to the shortlist as quarterback stood there, black hair was soon combed as he dressed in jeans, t-shirt and boots. No training until the afternoon as he opened his door and walked casually downstairs, his voice heard as he took the last step.

"Sammy you cooking breakfast?"

Sam was surprised with his voice. She knew that her fall in her room could have waken him up but she didn't expect him to go downstairs or even actually wake up. There was a guilty smile on her lips as she had to think of something. The girl had just been standing in the middle of the kitchen staring at things. It seemed she was a bit useless at first. "I am not yet but I will soon!" She shouted out to Henry had asked her.

Her form walked over to the refrigerator openning it up before poking her head out of the kitchen and looking at the stairs where she was sure her brother was talking from. "What would you like to eat? Is there anything in specific you would like to have for breakfast? I know I am not the best cook but I can try." She called out with a silly smile. They hadn't really got in touch with one another for two years so it was all of a sudden quite strange having to live with him but it seemed he gave her some space and she didn't invade his. The girl could be a bit clumsy and silly but that was easy to fix or maybe he didn't mind that at all..

Henry took the last step as he listened to her words from the kitchen. Moving across to the large long counter separating the kitchen from the lounge he watched her move about, his eyes following for a few minutes before he spoke and turned towards the lounge.

"Some eggs and toast, orange juice too please."

The girl just nodded before grabbing what she needed. It was just a couple of minutes before she placed two plates on the small kitchen table. His had some eggs and toast while hers had a mashed banana sandwich. It was a normal routine for her and her favorite breakfast. ome people thought it strange but it wasn't like she was going to mind.

The girl left the kitchen and walked over to the lounge where her brother had been heading. "It is ready. You should come and eat while it is still warm. I am sorry if the toast is a bit burnt...I think I still need some practice in the art of cooking." She mentioned quietly before returning to the kitchen and pouring him his orange juice which she had forgotten to do earlier.

Henry smiled at her words, the aromas had already wafted across and up his nostrils. Standing and walking casually across to the table he sat down, taking a bite of his toast with some egg on it. Licking his lips he glanced across the table towards her and spoke softly. "Enjoy the party last night I hope."

The girl just grinned before taking abit of her sandwich and shrugged. "Isn't that for me to know and for you to find out?" She asked him wondering how he would react if she said she didn't remember a thing. She didn't know how the party had gone, she remembered the beginning but after that it was all a big blur.

"I am sorry for burning it a little bit. I promise not to do it again." he said knowing that if she kept cooking for him she would be able to practice her cooking skills.

Henry listened to her words remembering back to some of the wild parties he had attended. The last of her words made him chuckle more as his eyes met hers, taking a large bite of the toast devouring it fully and washing it down with some juice before speaking. "It's fine with my stomach. So no stressing from you and I know you will get better."

The girl nodded and gobbled up the rest of her sandwich. She didn't eat much but she wasn't like most girls at school who would rather a salad then a buger. Sammy was in the running team so it was pretty clear she wasn't one to get fat.

"Then you'll be my guinea pig. What you doing today? I mean what do you normally do?" She asked still not completely used to his scedule. She was a bit off on her times. "Oh...and who told you about the party I just said I was going out." She said puffing her cheeks before taking her plate and washing it herself.

Jack finished his breakfast a few minutes after. Washing it down with his juice he stood and entered the kitchen placing his plate and glass into the dishwasher. Another chore he hated doing so the money spent on it had been very worthwhile. Remembering her question he spoke as he leaned against the wall near the lounge. "No plans for this morning or afternoon until practice. After that possibly a meal and beer with the boys. How about you?"

Sammy watched him as he placed his dishes on the dish washer and the girl had been stupid enough to was hers. It wasn't exactly a chore she minded to do. Once breakfast was done she followed him before smiling. "So that means I'll be dining alone tonight?" She asked him knowing that his practice was important just like hers was to her but the girl normally practiced home. There wasn't much of a team in running. "I don't have anything planned...so I take whatever time offers me." She mentioned noticing how much he seemed to like to spend time on the lounge.

Henry's eyes met hers as he listened to her words, moving not towards the lounge but the hallway and to the foot of the stairs he laughed softly. "That can be good and bad for you. Do you want to explore more of the town perhaps before my practice later?"

"How can it ever be bad Henry? I am free to do anything today if you think you would rather spend time with your sister then your friends then I'll take your offer." She told him smiling and playfully sticking her tongue out at him. Sometimes Sammy did act like a child but she was different at school. Maybe because he was her big brother she thought she could act as the little sister without being judged, different then the situation in school.

Henry heard her words and turned to notice the cheekiness from her, he could handle it indeed as he took one step up the stairs. Running fingers through his hair he still needed a shower to fully start his day. "Sammy I can give you some money if you want to hit the movies. For now I am going to take a shower though."

The girl grinned before walking up the stairs herself. If she was going out well she had to look decent. She had a shower last night so there was no reason for one now but she could change her clothes and at least brush her hair. Sam heard her brother's voice and just smiled. "Alright, I can wait." She called out to him before entering her room and looking around. How was she to find anything in there? Maybe before anything else she should tidy things up a little bit.

A couple of books, some clothes and her drawings...everything was scattered but since her brother was in the shower it gave her some time to put things in order.

Henry entered the bathroom, stripping off his clothes and soon stepping under the warm cascading waters. Lathering up the whole of his body he whistled softly and remembered that indeed he would be late home tonight. The boys were going to a place just out of town, small bar there that had good additions to it of late. Chuckling as he cleaned himself off, stepping from the shower and drying off. Leaving the bathroom he threw his clothes into the small hamper just inside his bedroom door and began to get dressed.

The girl was able to tell when the water stopped running, she recognized her brother was already done with his shower. Her eyes looked around her room and she sighed. It was a lot better then what it seemed like this morning. All the girls had been placed where they belong. The only things scattered were books and drawings. She would take ages to put it all in order. She left her room looking for some distraction.

"Henry, did I wake you up this morning?" She asked figuring she might as well talk a little to her brother. Since he might be dressing she was leaned againt the wall beside the door to his room.

Henry had already put on his boxer briefs, tight black denim jeans and shirt when he heard her words. So close to his room he could tell it. Sitting down on the bed he soon had his socks and boots on, running a comb through his short black hair as he spoke.

"Sammy no you did not. You close to ready if you want to leave"

The girl smiled when he denied that she was the one to wake him up. Well that made her feel a little better but she did make quite some loud noise in he morning. "Ah, I forgot!" She said quietly and rushed back to her room. Since she was a bit late seeing she forgot to get ready the girl kept on her skirt and instead changed her shirt for one that looked more normal then a party look. She took a sandal with no heel and put her hair up letting her bangs fall almost over her eye. A strand of hair curled in each of her sides before she grabbed her purse and was out her room. "Ready!" She called out smiling. She hoped she hadn't made him wait.

Henry chuckled softly at both her words and the feet moving hastily back towards her room, taking his wallet and cellphone he was ready to go. The latter he was not sure why he possessed, never usually rang as he had not dated in over a year. With a soft sigh he left his room and smiled into her eyes as he made his way downstairs. "We can walk or drive, if driving you will be driving?"

Samantha looked at him and shook his head. "I am not driving. I am terrible at it, I'd rather walk." She told him with a nervous smile. Indeed driving wasn't a very good experience for Sam. She wasn't terrible but she was always a bit apprehensive in traffic. A bit paranoid and couldn't exactly pay attention to more then one thing at once or too many things at once. "I don't want to ruin your car. It would be better we walk. Whenever I have to go somewhere alone I take my bike. Yes I went to the party with my bike yesterday, nothing happened." She told her brother knowing he might ask how she got to the party. It were all small details.

Henry smiled at her words, knowing how that could be for some including himself only a few years ago. Making mental note of it he opened the front door of the house, speaking as they left. Him closing and locking the door behind them. "Sammy it's cool and glad you had fun last night."

Sam smiled to her brothe glad he understood. When sh told her parents she wouldn't drive they seemed to freak and made her drive anyway which made her nervous, more then she already was. It was a disaster and she didn't want to repeat that story. "The party...I guess it was alright. You know I am not much of a party girl. There is normally too many people." She told him quietly but she couldn't say much about it, she didn't remember last night.

Henry smiled as they began to casually walk down their street towards the central hub shopping complex in the town. His hand lightly squeezing one shoulder as he spoke. "Sammy do not worry about your parents, if you want I will take you somewhere I learned to drive better at."

Sam smiled towards Henry. He was being quite nice and well making their life together not as bad as she first thought it would be seeing they had lost contact a while back. The girl smiled to him as his hand was set on her shoulder. "I am not worried, I am fine. What do you want to do today then?" She asked him grinning as they arrived at the central hub shopping complex.
