"I've been telling you that already, I'll be doing it when we get back then...." Angel shrugged, " just have to check online I think, got mostly summer stuff, hope it's not cold and maybe even another bikini. Got some sleeveless jackets and most shirts and shorts so it's fine..."

Valerie nodded as Angel walked off. She turned to Mika and smiled.
"I would like that. I think we had a fun day and it's time to chill."
She was a bit puzzled.

Soon Angel came back after a little while as she held a smaller bag. " I'll just be eating then at home if you wanna go then....." Giving a shrug as she took her other bags again and crossed her arms.

"All right."
She stood up as Angel returned.
"Yeah, there's not much for late night fun if you're not into drinking and partying. Brandon should be home in another couple hours, so you can spend time together."
Valerie went with them back to the car and drove home.

Once home, Valerie turned to Angel.

She gave her a brief hug and went upstairs with Mika. After changing into some relaxing clothes, she pulled up a free anime site and let Mika choose what they would watch. She then sat down to watch it, relaxed and happy.

"Whatever..." she said, running to the bathroom and quickly changing before coming back as the girl puts the other clothes on the bed with a stretch and a yawn. Deciding to ignore it as she slowly walked over with golden hair trailing behind her on the floor in a ponytail. Mika took the can and started to drink it as she leaned over and put on the show they were already watching with the episode and laying on her stomach on the bed to start watching.

Angel seemed to have fallen asleep after a while already, being on her side as one arm hung over the couch with her bags on the floor. It seemed already she was already passed out for a little while before he came home. Soon she woke up a bit as she slowly sat up looking over at him with a yawn, " it was fine...." replying softly as she raised her arms up toward him.
 
Valerie giggled.

Brandon smiled as she held her arms out to him and hugged her close. The warmth from holding her close was indescribable and irreplaceable.

He sat down next to her on the couch.

She put her can down.

Brandon chuckled.

"But anywhere with you is fine."
They watched the show that was on, and Brandon felt content. Angel and him were moving into a new stage of their relationship, and while there had been some bumps in the road, he had a feeling they were going to be just fine.

"I see. Well, we can go clubbing within the next couple days, maybe tomorrow if I feel like it."

The girl frowned a bit as she stood up and slowly put her clothes back on, " I'm not really wanting anything like that for now...I hope you can understand?" She spoke softly looking over at her, " do you not like me much at all when I do something like this? I know that you've really got to hate me sometimes and that I seem annoying with my shyness...but..." looking down at the floor before continuing, " I-I'm s-sorry for being dead weight to you...." as she puffed up her cheeks shaking a bit as she tried to not show that she was gonna cry. Mika quickly walked over and sat on the bed behind her as she quickly tried to wipe the tears away.

" I do know that dummy....jeez I know I sound hard but at least don't try to avoid it when I ask you about something. And I'm still a bit damn mad about the stupid bear joke, I told Valerie about it when she asked....that's the only thing I would say about it." She sat up a bit more before putting a hand on his cheek and leaning in to kiss him on the lips.
 
Valerie said nothing for a moment, took a sip of her soda, and then put it down.
"Geez, you're really overdramatic, you know that?"
She smiled after a moment to show that she was being sarcastic.
"Just because you're not ready to put out on demand I must hate you? You don't give me much credit as your friend or your lover."

Valerie sighed.
"I'm the one that should be hated by you. I'm sure of who I am and what I am, but you're not even close to being there."
Valerie turned to her.

"I love you."
