School Rumble (Broom and I)

"Hmph." Mei folded her arms, looking away from all three of them. What was the point of uniforms if they weren't..uniform? She could have continued that, but she'd drop it...because Komoku had told them to.

She didn't feel like being ganged up on by those twins anyway.

..And suddenly she was thinking naughty thoughts again. Her cheeks started to burn. She hated those two, this was definitely their fault for not wearing a shirt. It was a distraction.

"You need to focus, Boss," Komoku smirked, hand on her head. "Don't let those two jackasses boss you around, you are the leader, after all."

"Kiss-up," Sejae muttered.

Mei looked up at Komoku, moving her hand up to his and then removing it from her head. But she didn't let go of it...she held it and continued walking. "They know who the leader is, just like everyone else." She said with extreme confidence.

"Ooh, commanding," Komoku grinned. "I like it when you get all bossy, especially when you put people in their place."

"Ugh," Dujae grumbled. He wasn't like that with Cat, was he?

...Was he?

Mei gave Komoku a disapproving look as she held his hand. Why did he like that? "I just stated a fact and nothing more. If that's what you like, fine." As much as she wanted to act tough, that grin she had found so annoying before was charming? No. Komoku was...really sexy. And other girls were noticing aside from her. Ugh...her head was all over the place. First a little turned on..now jealous.

She could work with this emotion though.

"Uh huh," Komoku said idly, head tilted as they headed deeper into Green, to where the school was located. Just what in the hell was with her today? Either way, the school eventually came into view, and Green students gave them a respectful berth. A little different than Red and Blue, no less wary...but at least recognizing their authority.

"Heh," Dujae muttered. "Don't mind this part, anyway."

"Uh huh," Sejae said dryly. If Cat found out he was being eyeballed by most of the female population here, she'd have a fit.

When they got there, Mei's hand dropped to her side. It was time for business, and her personal feelings were put aside. She needed to be alert. "Let's walk the grounds first." She told them. These people seemed nice enough, but she knew there was something..off. Even if Kent wasn't outside, she wanted to see how other students reacted to them being there.

"You got it," Komoku said. "Dujae, Sejae...sniff around, you know how to do it."

"Yeah, yeah..." Sejae muttered. It wasn't too hard for the two of them to stalk across the yard in a casual manner, looking like they needed something, but really giving no indicator than that. Most of the students didn't pay it any mind, but some were nervous. DC never came around here at all, Komoku's nose twitched, and he grinned.

"Ooh," he purred. "I smell fun..." Oh, he hadn't smelled that in a while...not since he and Mei last fought.

"What? Do you see someone?" Mei asked as she did a double take on their surroundings. He didn't..actually smell anything, did he? Ugh, Komoku was so strange.

*******
Dujae and Sejae would get the general reactions that Mei and Komoku got...well there might have been slightly more female attention but one of those female stood out. A blonde with braids in her hair...and a uniform that seemed a size too small. Her midriff was showing, and her skirt was showing a lot of leg. So DC was finally here, huh? She wasn't surprised considering Nicholas Trevlyn and his big fat mouth. But it was of trivial concern right now.

Still, she wanted to play. She walked over to them, and she had the gait of a runway model. Each move was sexy and sensual. "Are you boys lost?" She asked with an innocent smile. She was much braver than everyone else seemed to be. Even without the shirts it was obvious they were DC.

"Better..." Komoku grinned widely as the man of the hour, plus one came out. Kent had a friendly, perhaps honest smile. But the man walking beside him was a slab of young adult muscle. His scarred face was a testament to a rough life of combat. Komoku's grin never left as they came closer, and the man was sizing Komoku up like Komoku was sizing him up. Oh yeah, look at that...he smelled like a predator. Wonderful. Kent was no small chump either, but this guy? He liked the look in his eye.

"Daichi, don't be rude!" Kent said, smacking his friend on the back and shaking him out of his stupor a moment, bowing quickly as he muttered a sharp apology in Japanese. Komoku rubbed his chin a little curiously.

"I...yes, my forgiveness, Commander Mei." he said, his English wasn't perfect, the Japanese accent was somewhat thick.
--
Sejae blinked curiously at the new arrival, glancing at his brother before Dujae snorted in disbelief.

"No, but apparently we found the newest strip joint around here," he said dryly.

What..in the word was Komoku getting so excited about? Well..whatever. At least Kent revealed himself. Did he know they were looking around for him? She looked at the other man curiously. And then she..actually figured out what Komoku was talking about. But they weren't here to fight, so he'd just have to suck it up.

Commander? No, that was...wrong. She didn't like that. "If speaking Japanese is easier for you, I can understand it." Mei told 'Daichi'. That was his name..what was he doing with Kent, she wondered. "Anyways," She began, speaking in English once again. "Hello, Mr. Minkse. We have a few questions for you, would you mind answering them? Maybe somewhere more private?" She asked, looking into his eyes. Her professionalism was...great and all. But she couldn't help but notice how attractive these two guys were. Every so often her eyes went to Daichi, unable to help herself as she admired how muscular he was.

She hated that she noticed stuff like this now.

********
"Ah, where?"" Amelia asked as she pretended to look around. She then rolled her eyes, though the smile never left her face. "That was rude. Thought DC would be much more polite than that. Seriously though, what are you looking for? I might be able to help you." Her eyes met with Sejae's for a moment. She wondered if he was just as rude? Or was he just quiet?

Either way she'd have some fun with them. They were too hot to not have fun with.

"I'm afraid I must decline, Mei," Kent smiled. "I am well aware what you want to ask me, and I don't think I can provide you with anything you don't already know. And while I respect your position, I don't like what you stand for."

"Meaning..." Komoku said, scratching his head after a moment. "What, exactly?"

"I'm not coming with you," Kent supplied with a smile. "And I would like you to leave before this got violent."
--

"Trouble, apparently...and I think we found it," Sejae said after a moment. "You wouldn't happen to know Kent, would you?"

Mei raised an eyebrow at that, folding her arms. "Are you threatening us? You should be well aware that attacking DC members is against the mandate," She began looking into his eyes. He wasn't kidding too. He was looking for any excuse to fight. Well, so was she. Because then she could detain them from questioning forcefully. "Don't be foolish about this, Kent. Just come with us."

*******
"Everyone knows Kent, he's famous. And hot. Why? Is that who you're looking for?" She asked as she circled around them slowly. Innocently...yeah. They were definitely on their toes, they knew trouble when they saw it, even if it came in such a pretty package.

"And it's kind of rude," Komoku added in with a faint snort, moving closer. "So let's not make this difficult and just-" A half step was all it took for Komoku to be on guard, because Daichi came in like thunder. He didn't move quick enough to avoid it as his fist slammed into Komoku's chest in a powerful explosion of energy, shredding his shirt and jacket as Komoku slid back on his heels.

"...Well then," Komoku growled, dusting off his already bloody chest. "Fuck diplomacy." He moved fast, and he struck hard. Komoku had to cough a little to get his lungs back in order.
--

"Shit," Sejae said, already hearing the explosion. "Dujae!"

"Yeah yeah..." Dujae grunted. "Talk to you later, stripperella," he said. "Got more important things to deal with, right now."

Okay. Mei blinked one second, and then the next Komoku was gone no longer at her side anymore. She had felt it in the air, that single burst of heat. Combustion...great. "Get back!" Mei shouted at the man. She drew her sword, and with the draw came a burst of cold that threatened to freeze Daichi completely if he didn't move. She didn't have to ask Komoku if he was okay. He was still standing and he talking. That looked like it hurt though.

**********
Amelia waited for a moment, a smile still on her face. She let them get decently far before she pulled out her bow. Drawing an arrow from her quiver she pointed...and aimed at Dujae's leg..and then released it. Daichi and Kent deserved a fair fight...she should have been able to distract these two long enough...

Daichi evaded it quickly, his posture ready to fight as he narrowed his eyes. Komoku spat out blood, waving Mei off.

"Hey, hey...he started this shit with me, girl...so it's my job," he muttered as Daichi sized Komoku up. "Fucker was giving me the stink-eye the moment he walked out."

"Idiotic dog knows nothing but fighting, he stinks of blood" Daichi muttered. Komoku cracked his neck a moment, smirking.

"Dunno what the hell you said, Samurai...but it sounded insulting. So now you made it personal."
--

Sejae had heard it, maybe Dujae did, he didn't know. But the moment he heard that arrow let loose, he turned quickly, surging forward with a burst of ice ice that stopped the arrow dead in it's tracks, slamming into the dirt into a frozen dart. Dujae turned around in surprise, glancing at his brother.

"...What the hell?"

"You need to keep your ears open, Dujae," Sejae muttered. "We just found a pretty little snake."

Mei narrowed her eyes at Daichi and then looked back at Komoku, grimacing. He would leave them alone. He wanted this since he had "smelled" trouble. So her green eyes found themselves back on Kent, as she slowly moved her sword back into it's sheath, sucking the cold that she had released earlier back in with it.

"So is this how it's going to be? It's not too late for you. You haven't attacked either of us." She looked him over. He didn't seem to have a weapon...a brawler, more than likely.

*********
"Oh, boo...you stopped my arrow. I never miss, either..." She moved her hand back to her quiver and grabbed another arrow, smirking at the two. "Would you both like to dance with this stripper?" She asked as she slowly brought the string back.

"Daichi likes a good fight, it's fun," Kent smiled. "However...I am not someone who enjoys an underhanded tactic, so this is a fair test to see if you are worth being listened to, isn't it? If Komoku can beat Daichi, I will come with you and we can talk." he said easily. "Unless you wish to try to handle this two on two? I've always wanted to give that a shot."

"Heh," Komoku smirked. "No faith in me, pretty boy? I'll smash your little samurai friend into the dirt."

"Hmph," Daichi muttered, eyes narrowed. "Bark, bark, bark."

Little fuck, wasn't he?
--

"That's a rhetorical question, isn't it?" Dujae sighed, scratching his neck. "Normally I would, but-"

"Oh, shut up and let's go," Sejae grumbled. Getting close would be an issue, but they could do it together. Despite all of Dujae's griping and complaining, he was probably one of the better fighters in Turuga. If he actually tried.

Why was he making fun of his own...never mind. Mei..thought about it. Truthfully, she believed in Komoku. She believed he wouldn't lose. Still, they were going to do this there way. "I'm not a gambler, Kent. Even though I know that Komoku is going to win, I'm not going to sit and watch him do all the work for me. I will fight alongside him." She said as she pulled off her sweater, and then started taking off her shirt.

She hated doing this, but she had learned during her training that the less restriction...the better she worked. Underneath her shirt was a thin tank top. "We'll do this 2 on 2. No interfering with the other ones fight. Last man standing wins."

**********
"Let's see...if the blue haired once is Ice, than the red haired one must be fire." She said out loud. She had heard about Komoku and these two. "Heh, let's see if you can freeze this one!" A touch of spirit energy, and she'd be able to make the arrow dance for her. She fired off a shot to Sejae. Half way through it's course though, it turned and changed it's course to his brother.

"Now that's the kind of spirit I like to see from the DC leader," Kent grinned, rolling his sleeves back easily. "I've heard a lot about your talents, Mei...this should be a fun test to see how you've improved!" Komoku snorted in amusement, but settled his eyes on Daichi as they circled one another carefully.

"Finally, a fight without any bullshit," Komoku smirked. "Try that trick on me again, Samurai...see what happens."

"Hai," Daichi said in agreement, moving forward like a freight train before his foot slammed down and he let out a thunderous roar, his fist thrust out like a missile as Komoku blocked it, the explosion rippled across his skin before he grabbed Daichi's wrist and slammed his other fist across his face, another explosion. Daichi's head jerked viciously to the side before he recovered with a pained growl and he surged forward with a knee, connecting with Komoku's gut as he jerked up a few inches from the explosion and then staggered awkwardly to the side when his palm exploded against Komoku's arm holding his.

That didn't slow him down, any. He spat out blood before he advanced again, hands burning with energy.

"Finally..." Komoku growled, the ground around him starting to crack. "It's been so long since I got to really sink my teeth into someone!"
--

Dujae surged to the side, bringing his foot up in a wide roundhouse to send a huge arc of fire forward. Sejae was right behind it, fingers letting out mists of ice before he solidified them and spun. Fire and Ice mixed into a dangerous, beautiful projectile that was meant to cover their advance as they moved forward. They had to get in close!

Mei didn't answer. Instead of waiting for her opponent to attack, she charged forward, hand on the hilt of her blade. Her eyes were completely focused on Kent, as if Daichi and Komoku weren't even there. This would be her first real battle since she had been injured. She wouldn't fail. Before she got in his range, she stopped short and drew her sword. Instead of a cold burst like earlier, she used her ice to extend the range of her rapier, taking advantage of it's reach and thrust towards his torso in a slashing motion.

**********
Despite Amelia moving swiftly to avoid their attack, she was still completely on the offensive, using her natural dexterity to send arrows flying towards them in rapid succession. Soon they would be close, but she wasn't too worried. She was having fun. She was going to run out of arrows soon anyway.

Daichi didn't hesitate, even with Komoku's powerful display. He advanced to him as Komoku met him in the middle, his fists were explosive when they thrust out. Daichi weaved to the left and the right, explosions ringing in his ears. He slammed his fist into Komoku's ribcage, ramming an open palm into his gut as Komoku staggered back with a pained growl and sent out a light jab, Daichi moved to block, but it was a feint.

"Got you!" Komoku snarled, his other hand slamming into his stomach in a thunderous boom that shredded Daichi's shirt to ribbons, exposing tight, muscular skin littered with scars as he hunched over his fist with a groan of surprise. He was fast...much faster than he actually looked. Komoku moved to kick his side, Daichi blocked and retaliated with a knee into his groin, an explosive knee at that. Komoku let out a yelp of pain, staggering back with a heavy pant. Oh, now they were talking. Both of them were panting, bloody, bruising...there wasn't a lot of finesse right now, and they'd have to change that. Otherwise, Komoku was going to be a bloody pulp.

Kent weaved out of the way in almost a blur, a gust of wind guiding his footsteps as he surged in, ducking low to the ground to get under her offense and swing up in a powerful uppercut. He moved fast, but he learned fast too. When he first came to Turuga, he couldn't even get close...now? Now it was scary when he did get close.
--

Sejae swung up ice at every footstep, battering away arrows as best he could as he moved closer and closer while Dujae advanced at a much more eclectic speed, his feet a blur of fire as he moved to do a wide butterfly kick, letting loose a spinning pinwheel of flame to keep her busy. This was ridiculous, how was this girl even moving so fast!?

Mei could barely follow his movements, but her reflexes didn't fail her and she stepped back. She had a very good poker face, acting as if his speed didn't surprise her one bit. She was off..her leg still hurt but she'd ignore it. She counter attacked by grabbing her sheath of her sword from her belt and sent a swift thrusting strike at his chest.

***********
Amelia smirked, dropping her bow to the ground and then going head first into the flames. She moved so quick that she barely felt anything, though the same couldn't be said from her shirt that was caught in the arch of fire. She didn't seem to mind that it was in tatters and left nearly nothing to imagination, though. She moved right into his kick, blocking with one arm before using her her free hand do jab into his thigh, pushing her element into his body to disable his leg. That kick really hurt..she'd definitely have to avoid getting hit from either one of them. They were much stronger than she thought.

Komoku edged forward carefully, fists tightening as Daichi had never left his position, his breathing even. It had been a while since he had fought someone who could take his hits like that...made him excited. Daichi took a step and slammed his foot down, in even pace with the thrust of his elbow forward. Komoku avoided it, but Daichi had momentum. His opposite leg moved forward with his other arm as he swung out a punch. Komoku blocked, hissing with the explosion rippled across his arm and he took the chance to swing at his face, connecting with a thunderous boom.

Daichi simply moved through it, blood running out of his mouth as he collided with Komoku in a brutal swing of his fist that sent him staggering back. Finesse was long since gone, they were dodging and striking at every chance they could get, their explosions keeping their distance when they could avoid them.

"Woo!" Kent said, weaving out just barley as the sheath slid past his chest, tearing a line in his shift. Either from her strength, or his speed...it was hard to tell. Even this close, he was having difficulties landing a hit as he moved to swing a hook at her ribcage before jabbing at her face.
--

"Ow ow ow!" Dujae hissed in pain, his leg dropping harmlessly as Sejae appeared beside her, his knuckles hardened with ice to strike at her face. What the hell?! He couldn't feel his leg!

Mei brought up her scabbard just in time to block his side punch, though she couldn't react in time to do anything about the jab to the face except for gritting her teeth. It was...a very hard jab, enough to make her head swing to the side, however, it didn't make her flinch. Instead he would feel jagged ice crawling completely cover his fist, but it stopped at his wrist. She turned to face him, blood tricking at the corner of her mouth. "Hmph." She scoffed, her lips curling into a smile as she went in for the offensive, sending a whirlwind of quick, controlled strikes towards him.

*******
"Rude!" Amelia cried out as she just barely moved back enough to avoid his punch, feeling the cold stinging at her face. She then went for a counter strike, sending a jab at his arm to do the same thing she had done with the red head. Though this one seemed quite more..aware than the other.
