"Alright majesty. We'll see you back at the pen house." Aaron said, smiling at everyone and locking arms with both Ruebeus and Spencer before popping back to the pent house, where henry was sitting on the couch. "What's wrong with momma Krys and auntie bunny?" He asked, concern in his expression.

At hearing the sound of his cousin speak of his mother, he walked back out into the room. "Mommy!" He exclaimed wkth worry, looking to his father, who much to his surprise was not carrying his mother. "Uncle ruby! Is she okay? What about auntie bunny uncle Aaron?"

Rubeus smiled slightly as did Aaron. "They'll be fine lil' mercury. They just need rest." Rubeus said, using his nickname for alex, and walking toward the bedroom with Aaron to lie the exhausted moon twins on Krystal's king sized bed.
 
Penelope was surprised to see Rubeus appear with Aaron, Spencer and the twins. She wanted to run over to them but due to Rini having fallen asleep on her lap, she couldn't move.

Spencer nodded and ruffled Alex's hair. "They'll be fine like Rubeus said. They're just drained right now and need to rest."

Alexander looked to the rest of the group. "Alright then, everyone gather close so we can get home."
 
"Okay dad. Is it aright I'd I lay down with mommy? Unless you'd rather?" Alex asked, looking toward Krystal's bedroom where Rubeus and Aaron had Disappeared to. He was glad to see his father and his uncle getting along. He knew how much it hurt his mother to see them fighting.

Meanwhile, the Senshi all joined hands as they did the last time, taking Alexander's hand as well, all glowing their respective colors. "We're ready, mage sty" Uranus said with a smile, waiting for him.
 
Spencer shook his head. "Not tonight. Your mother and aunt need the closeness of each other right now after such an ordeal. Now Rubeus will be staying here with us for the time being. To keep Wiseman from getting to him again."

In her sleep, Serena reached for the security that came with being around Krystal as if trying to reassure herself unconsciously that her sister was safe and sound.

Alexander glowed himself before helping the group teleport back to the hotel.
 
Alex smiled. "Okay dad. Sounds good to me. I've missed uncle ruby." She said, smirking like Krystal, but there was no crpyicallity to it. He was genuinely happy to see his uncle.

Krystal subconsciously pulled her sister close to her, sleeping soundly. She needed the feel of her sister to make her feel better, because she knew tomorrow would bring a new unsub and her kidnapping yet again, the only difference being she'd be in real danger this time.

"Your back!" Alex said happily as the Senshi and his other family appeared in the living room.
 
Spencer smiled at Alex. "Go spend some time with him then. I'm sure you'll cheer him up."

Alexander gently lifted the sleeping Rini from Penelope's lap with a soft smile. He could see his little grand-daughter slept like her mother.

Penelope thanked Alexander before going over to Derek.
 
Alex looked confused. "Why does he need cheering up dad?" He asked, looking at his father with curious brown eyes.

Derek cuddled Penelope and kissed her softly. "I'm okay love. Are you?" He asked, nuzzling into her neck slightly.
 
Spencer looked at Alex. "Cause he's clearly worried about your mother and aunt same as everyone else. I think it would be a bit weird for me to cuddle with him though considering our history." He chuckled, while his eyes scanned for Aaron.

Penelope cuddled Derek back. "I'm fine. Especially seeing you all back safe. What about Krys and Sere?"
 
Alex nodded. "Ah, I see. That makes sense." He said as he walked up to Rubeus and gagged him to the spare room, closing the door. "Okay uncle ruby. Tell me what's on your mind. We're both adults here." He said, smirking a bit like Krys, but with his own flare to it.

"They're both fine baby girl. Just exhausted from using the crystals to purify flame head over there." He said with a chuckle, pointing to Rubeus, as he was being dragged off by lil' Alex.
 
Rubeus rubs his neck. "What is it with you and your mother enjoying dragging me off? I'm sure one of you will drag my head off my body one day." He joked. "Just worried about your mother and your aunt." He sat down on the bed. "If I hadn't grabbed your mother, Wiseman wouldn't have needed to take control of me and your mom and aunt wouldn't have needed to use so much energy to purify me. In total, I feel guilty."

Penelope smiled and sighed in relief. "Thank goodness. All that flame, he'd be perfect for fireball." She motioned with her head in Rei's direction jokingly.

Spencer went to see Aaron, wanting to talk to him. He knew they still had wiseman and Diamond to worry about.
 
Alex laughed. "Maybe we just like being in control for five seconds, fireball" he said, sitting down on the bed as well. He rubbed rubeus's back soothingly. "Don't feel bad uncle ruby. Not only will mom hate that, but it isn't really your fault. You can't control who you fall in love with, especially when you've been in love with them for a millennia." He said, smiling slightly. His smile widened a little. "If dad's already forgiven you, (which he has) you've nothing to worry about." He added, still rubbing his uncle's back.

Aaron was in the spar bedroom on Krystal's side of the penthouse. "Oh, hey Reid. What is it?" He asked kind of nonchalantly, but his eyes were full of concern for his love and her sister. He hated to see them so weak like this.
 
"Well for god's sakes, start dragging me by the hand or arm rather than my neck. You won't believe how many times I've had to go see a specialist to fix my spine due to all the times your mother's dragged me away by my neck." He sighed. "She can't complain about me feeling bad and then feel bad herself about something though. It makes her a hypocrite. I've already realized your father forgave me, especially since he made the final decision about me staying here."

Spencer wasn't surprised to see Aaron's concern for the twins mirrored his own. "I'm worried about the girls.Using the crystals was harder on them today. We may have gotten Rubeus purified but we might have to provide Sapphire shelter too. There's also still Diamond to worry about since we've now seen just how manipulating Wiseman can be. Who knows what he already might be telling Diamond. God forbid if it had been Sere in Krys' place today with Diamond. She might not have held up in strength long enough." He didn't like thinking about it. But he knew that much exposure to the dark crystal without Aaron around would've weakened her a lot faster.
 
Alex smiled. "In any case uncle ruby, don't be sad. She doesn't like that. You couldn't control what you were doing at that moment. Now, how about we play some video games. I feel like playing some tales of symphonia. Okay?" He asked. Turning on the TV and Wii in the spare room, putting the disk in.

Aaron nodded. "I know. We should find sapphire. If I know him well enough, he was never fooled by whoever this wiseman is and is just going along with Diamond because that's his brother. Sapphire was always more level headed then his cousin Rubeus and brother Diamond." Aaron said, using the mirror trick Alex had used. Sapphire was on his way to Krystal's place because he was worried about her. He had sensed her in the ship.

Sapphire sighed. "Penguin, I hope your okay, for bunny and Spencer's sakes." He said to him self as he knocked on the door and Uranus answered. She smiled and let him in. Ami looked up at sapphire with concern, but shook her head slightly. She had had a small crush on him in silver millennium, but that all changed when she met inky.

"Sapphire. The girls are sleeping and Rubeus is safe. Aaron and Spencer are in the spare room if you wanna talk to them," she said, looking at him with a small smile and watching as he disappeared into the spare room where the twins fiancee's were. He smiled at them. "Been a long time, my old friends" he said as he pushed his hair back. A small sigh escaping his lips before he added; "don't worry, that crazy old man doesn't affect me."
 
"I did have some control. I had control when I took her. It all went downhill from there. You all may have forgiven me but for me personally, I need to earn redemption for my own peace of mind." He shook his head. "You've got the wrong person for games. But I won't stop you from playing." Rubeus sat back to watch Alex play.

Spencer nodded. "It has been a while. Glad to see that you are indeed safe. What should we be looking out for from Diamond? Any ideas?"
 
"My brother wants Sere on his his side. That is why he let Rubeus take Krystal. He thinks that if Krystal were to be converted, Sere would follow only because she can't stand the separation. I hate to say it, but that is pretty true." Sapphire said with a sigh, looking to Spencer. He was surprised he hadn't ripped ruby's throat out for what he did or didn't do. "Decided to get along with him for penguin's sake, eh mercury?" He asked, smirking slightly.

Alex played, his face pretty focused. Out of the blue, he looked to his uncle, face contemplative. "Why did you kill yourself in silver millennium uncle ruby?" He asked a mixture of curiosity and concern in his Krystal like features.
 
Spencer frowned at hearing Sapphire's explanation. "You're right. Sere would follow. They went so long before they found each other, she wouldn't be able to handle such a separation again. What's the chances of Diamond falling for Wiseman's manipulations?" He smiled. "We came to a mutual agreement you could say."

Rubeus groaned. "Not even going to ask how you know I did that. The possibilities I can come up with alone would likely see me with a nickname of fire butt or even fire crotch if I reacted certain ways knowing Rei is around." He sighed and looked at Alex. "You've gotten your aunt's natural curiosity. It's why Amara calls her kitten. Your aunt is too curious for her own good at times. As are you. That is not something you should even know happened nor something to be discussed. So don't let me hear you asked about it again."
 
"I see that. As far as my bother goes, he does not believe what wiseman is saying. He just wants a way to get Sere. He loves her. We all know this." He said with a sigh, frowning slightly. He looked to Aaron apologetically.

Alex sighed. "Mom told me. I was just wondering. You know though uncle ruby, she loves you. As deep as she does dad. Its just... different." He said before dropping the subject and going again to play his game, amused by the cuteness of the main character.
 
Spencer nodded. "That may be for now. But he obviously listened enough for Wiseman to be around you all and get to Rubeus in such a way. Wiseman might be able to manipulate him, especialy if he gives a way for Diamond to get Sere.

Rubeus rolled his eyes. "You know, you really need to learn a bit more tact kid. If not for that truce I made with your father, your words would've made things between me and him worse because it would've given me hope."
 
"You're right Spencer. We have to get him away from wiseman before he can do anymore damage. Wiseman just wants to kill him anyway." Sapphire said with a sigh, rubbing the back of his neck.

Alex narrowed his eyes. "I'm only telling it like it is. You think you know her best? No. I was with her for nine months, ruby. Do you know what she thought about? I do. She wondered what it would have been like if she had let you rape her. She wonders about charoite. If he was meant to be born or not... but also, she thinks about dad. Its fifty fifty, just like her heart." He said with sigh, looking to his uncle. "But, I probably shouldn't have told you that. So just forget it, or that truce will break. Badly, and mom will cry." He said, going back to his game.
 
"We'll work on that. You won't be going back near him for your sake. Both girls would cry their eyes out if something happened to you because we let you go back."

Rubeus narrowed his eyes. "I didn't claim to know her best. And I was with her on the moon for longer than nine months kid. And you still didn't learn from what I just told you. Learn when to shut your mouth. I tell you not to talk about any feelings she may have for me and you go spouting it off even more. If you were told to cheer me up, you're doing a fucked up job of it." He stood up. "Do me a favor and stay away from me Alex until you learn to hold your tongue around me." He walked out of the room, slamming the door behind him.
 
Krystal awoke, stroking her sister's hair softly. "Its alright bunny. Penguin is okay." She cooed softly, cuddling her sister close. She reached out to Alex with her mind.

"Alright sweetness, what did you do? I can sense your uncle's anger from a mile away. Tried to help and made him mad huh? You should know how short his temper is. I know you're really just a 6 year old and don't know better, but dear, you must be careful what you say. Let him cool off and go apologize. " she said telepathically, then run reaching out to Spencer.

"I know that. I'll stay here with ruby and keep him from following." Sapphire said, looking to Spencer.

"Spencer, I miss you. Come to bed soon." Krystal told him telepathically, still stroking her sister's hair.
 
Serena snuggled to Krystal, still sleep.

Alex sighed upon hearing his mother. "Yes Mama. I told him how you felt about him and didn't stop doing so even though he told me to." He felt bad. "He said I need to learn...tact."

Spencer nodded to Sapphire. "Thank you. We do need time to get a plan together though. We can't just barge in." He heard Krystal. "I was going to let you and Sere have the bed to rest up."
 
"You do dear. It will come with later years. Do not worry. He'll cool down and forgive you. I understand your reasoning behind it. But really sweetness, what happened between ruby and I isn't your business, even if your in tensions were nothing but noble, little prince." She said, send him a telepathic hug. She knew it would be alright. Ruby couldn't stay mad at his favorite nephew for long. She knew him to well.

"I know my knight, but I've been away from you all day! I need Spencer cuddles!" She whined into his mind, pouting.
 
Alex sighed. "He told me it wasn't my business too. He also said I have Auntie Sere's curiosity."

Spencer chuckled telepathically. "I'll have Aaron come get Sere first. No offense love, but I feel like if I come join you and leave her there too that I'll be interrupting something between you two and I'm sure she'll feel similar if she wakes up to find me in there." He looked to Aaron. "You should go get Sere. Krys is whining for Spencer cuddles as she calls them."
 
"Yes. You do. But that's only sometimes a bad thing. Just wait him to calm down. Then apologise. I know you feel bad. It'll be okay, sweetness." She said, sending him another telepathic hug.

Aaron nodded. "Alright then Spence. I think it'd be better if we all stay her tonight. Just so we're close. They need that." He said simply, before going and getting Sere and bringing her back to this room. "Go see your fiancee, pretty boy." Aaron joked, a small smirk on his face as he curled up with Sere.
