League of Legends Thread!

How did I only find out about this thread now?!

The Winter Wonder Lulu skin though, UGH <3 Probably the best monetary investment I've made into the game thus far.
 
Jungle/mid double-main. Started back in college in NA, now playing on the SEA server (Garena).
Leaning more and more towards mid since the S4 changes. It might just be a matter of adjustment (since i havent been able to play recently) but I don't like the new jungle.

Favourite champs: Diana, Elise, Jarvan, Thresh, Brand.
Favourite skin: Warring Kingdoms J4.
Best part of it is the war cry when he ults. For the longest time I thought it was "Warmachine". I now know it's "For the king" but I still roar "Warmachine" anyway.
Sounds cooler.
 
Honestly my favorite part about the game is that in ARAMs, if everyone feeds the same poro, it gets fat as hell, haha.

I main support and jungle, although I'm starting to get back into mid since I got gifted that neat little Pornstar Ahri skin.
 
I prefer to play Ranked games. They improve my playing style more than normal 5v5 or Draft Picks but ARAM is not my thing.
 
Oh god... ARAM. I hate ARAM personally, but that's probably because my account is several years old and I own every champion in the game. Almost have enough IP saved for the next release too.
 
I actually like yoloqueue, though I prefer to duo. I just start every champion select by saying I will fill, and end up playing Karma support 90% of the time :D

Aram's fun when you have >5 people and don't want to split up.
 
I haven't played League of Legends in forever... If there are some fellow Blue Moon patrons there then I should re-download it.​

You know what's pointless? Opinions like that, and voicing them. I enjoy ARAM plenty, it's a good way to unwind and to learn to play new champions, or play champions that don't fit the current OMGMETAOPTRYHARDRANKEDQUEUE crap.

Nidalee - rage quit maker
Blitzcrank - the one pick KO
Sona - sure win champ
Soraka - sure win champ
Fiddlesticks - best spammer
Nasus - second best spammer
Jinx - game changer
Fizz - Best assassin hero in ARAM

The first 6 I agree with, actually Fizz and Jinx are pretty good. Not so sure about Nasus and Fiddlesticks. I would rather have someone like Leona with dat gap closer.
 
Nasus is a surprise pick in ARAM, either as classic tank build or as AP.

I used to trade my champs for him a lot, the surprise burst of out AP Nasus E is pretty hilarious to play around with.



Fiddle is, well, fiddle. He can get going really easily and that silence is a buzz kill. Not to mention the 2ish second fear (was far more OP when it was 3).

How is this Braum dude that just came out? Haven't played much in the past couple of months, so haven't kept up with the champions and changes.

You missed Zilean and Vel'Koz.

I had a lot of games where my teammates would blame me for our defeat because I have too many kill streak ks using Nasus E, I even managed that to my GP teammate.

Before I forget, Teemo's mushroom is completely outrageous, you can make a deathrow in one line of mushrooms.
 
TF has a good impact on ARAM, granted that impact has been greatly decreased due to Lichbane nerfs, and the fact that Riot seems to life buffing stacked deck. QQ.

Teemo shrooms hurt because of new items like Lissandry's Torment, but thankfully hextech sweeper and lightbringer are hardcore counters to his shrooms.

Haha, yes, Nasus E is great for kill securing that low HP target trying to get away. Those are usually the games, from my experience, where things weren't that great from the start with team comps. I don't mind too much, tough to get mad when you melt faces as Nasus.

The flippin' Devil that one is. I always build the Hextech Sweeper, or the other variants, when playing against Shaco, Teemo, or Akali. I do find it satisfying to have that item and ruin all the shrooms/traps that are put up, then when the shoe is on the other foot; I'm quite crushed at my work of art being destroyed.

But hextech sweeper and light bringer consumes a space that could meant for a more powerful build.

That's why only few players in ARAM would ever bother sniffing out Teemo's crap.
 
OMG People talking 'bout da' League! *Runs in and closes door behind* So we are talking about ARAMs I can see. I really like ARAMs the most, but people Tryhard so much in them it is not funny! :( You are supposed to have fun there, if one can call a place in LoL to troll and just have lots of fun, it certainly is ARAM.
 
I re-downloaded the game! Hate this new ARAM stuff... No strategy to it. Just apply face to keyboard and drag it across the keys. :(​
