Aegus grinned at the reaction he had over her. Perfect... it would only be a matter of time... however... He found he enjoyed the kiss more than intended... he wondered why that was. As class ended, he grinned at her. "If you change your mind, I'll be waiting at the gate..."
 
Alex didn't move she couldn't. She sat in the room her mind racing.
When everyone had left she slowly got her things and went to the track. She needed to run. She always needed to run when she needed to clear her head.
She reached the locker room and changed her clothes and got her mp3 player then went for a run. She blushed when the song 'did it again' by shakira came on. She then ran faster trying to figure everything out in her head.
 
aegus grinned, knowing exactly where Alex would go. He stood on the sidelines as Alex ran along the track, watching her intently as she ran. He found his eyes roaming her body in a way they never had before with another girl... He shook his head. No... She was only to be his queen and bear his child... That's all there was to it.......
 
Alex ran faster and faster every time she finished a lap.
Her adrenaline was already pumping from what happened in class with Aegus she still couldn't make sense of it.
As she ran her tenth lap she found her eyes wander up to the sidelines and she almost stopped dead in her tracks but instead she looked away and ran faster still.
Her stamina and speed was incredible when she was frustrated. Her hair was down instead of tied back like it usually is and was flowing gracefully behind her in the wind. It was very clear she was thinking as she ran.
 
Aegus grinned as Alex began to run faster, and decided he would join her. As she came around for another lap, he began to run alongside her, his demonic stamina making it easy for him to keep the pace perfectly along side her. "Hey there, beautiful..." He said teasingly, grinning at her.
 
Aegus grinned. "I was feeling lonely and thought being around you would help me with that." He said, easily keeping the pace no matter how fast she ran. "Admit it, you missed me..."
 
She sighed and ignored him as she kept running.
After about five more laps she decided to give in and stopped running. She went to go get a drink and head into the locker room ignoring egus as best she could on her way towards the locker room door.
 
Aegus grinned as Alex began to head into the locker room. He playfully continued to follow her, even as she neared the locker room door.
 
Aegus grinned as she caught him following her. "Because I get lonely easily, and I'd miss you if you were away for too long." He said, grinning down at her.
 
She looked up at him surprised by what he said "What are you playing at Aegus?"
She grew suspicious of him again her eyes turning black as she turned away and went into the locker room locking the door behind her
 
Aegus sighed as Alex disappeared into the locker room. He slowly rested against the wall, waiting for her to leave the locker room.
 
Alex sighed as she got dressed she couldn't understand what he was doing. Why he was interested in her. She knew he was up to something but she couldn't figure out what.
She went into the shower and washed up still trying to figure out what was going on.
When she had finished showering she went to get changed. She was in her panties and had just closed her bra when she heard a noise behind her.
Alex turned to see who was there and saw a tall dark haired man staring at her lustfully. His eyes were crimson and his skin had a slightly green tint to it.
"AHHHHHH!!" Alex screamed backing up against the locker behind her as the man advance on her gripping her wrists and pinning her to the lockers.
Alex screamed again her scream piercing and filled with terror
 
Aegus's eyes widened as he suddenly heard Alex scream in the locker room. He growled and suddenly kicked the door down with ease, bursting in. He growled, seeing the green-skinned lower-class demon ripping Alex's bra and panties off of her, trying to force her down. He didn't make it far. Aegus moved behind him in blinding speed. His nails suddenly grew into claws, which he used to ram his hand through the demons chest from behind.
 
Alex fell to her knees the moment the guy's grip loosened. Her body was trembling as she grabbed her towel from the bench and wrapped it around her body. Trembling she looked up and saw Aegus. His hand was like a claw. He looked.... terrifying. Like a ....Demon.
Alex felt her body shiver from a icy heat coming from the direction of Aegus and the other.... creature. It was like an icy cold powerful fire.
Her skin felt like she was lying on ice. Closing her eyes she tried to warm up tried to imagine this was all a dream.
 
Aegus closed his eyes, the demons body slowly turning to ice around his hand. When he pulled it back, the beast shattered. He slowly knelt down by Alex, moving his arms around her comfortingly. "You shouldn't wander alone like that..." He whispered to her.
 
She felt her body stiffen as he put his arms around her. She shivered in his embrace then found her body warming up from within herself.
"What...was...he?" She asked carefully
 
"A lower life form that you needn't worry yourself with,.. Because I'm here... which means you'll be safe as long as you stay by my side..." He said, annoyed that so many people had realized Alex was the Demon Princess.
 
"... I'm a much higher being than the parasites that have attacked you so far..." He said, grinning a bit down at her. "One who will gladly protect you...
 
"Yeah, and neither are you." He said, giving her a serious look. "You can either keep freaking out like you are now or come with me, the one thing protecting you from more of those monsters trying to rape you, or eat you, or whatever they have in store for you..."
 
She looked at him in shock and said "What are you talking about? I am human. My parents were human. My entire family has always been human"
She was not afraid of him but she was angry her eyes flashing crimson with anger at him
 
Aegus leaned down, grabbing a piece of the shattered mirror the lower-class demon had broke and held it up to Alex, reealing to her the change in eye color. "You and I are not so different..."
