He shakes his head laughing softly at her question. His hand dips across her breast squeezing it softly. "No..In fact I didnt think you would ever give me your name when we first meet." He smiles once more as he looks into her eyes. "You were ready to hate everything then I think."

She nodded her head a little, "I did, but only because I was afraid. I didn't know what to expect. Well... I did but you didn't turn out to be like.... like the guards were." She shuttered to think about the things that she had seen while in that short time of captivity. She had not told Lund of what had happened in that short time but they would haunt her forever most likely. Just the thoughts and things flashed into her head again and she quickly tightened her grip around him, burying her face against his chest, seeking his strength to remind her they were in the past and couldn't hurt her now.

He doesnt know what images her mind has conjured but he holds her close whispering softly to her. "Its alright love they cant hurt you anymore. Im here ok?" He turns so that she is laying on top of him his hands running down her back gently. "Just breath and relax its all in the past love." He pauses thinking for a moment. "When did you first realize you loved me?"

She took a few breaths to try and banished the memories back into the back of her mind. Thankfully his voice was there to guide her through had make her focus elsewhere on more, important things. "I can't really say when it was. I can't recall the moment. One moment, love was just suddenly there in my heart. I think it started when I watched you fight for my life against those men in the ally. I have been so mean and said terrible things to you that morning and yet you only defended me and got hurt for me even. That was when I really did know you weren't like the others and I let myself be more open to you."

He nods softly as he takes her hand gently guiding it to his side. He guides her fingers lightly across the scar he earned that day. "Thats the mark I bear now from the leaders blade. I would have gladly taken more to keep you safe." His eyes look in to hers showing his love and compassion he has for her. "I love you Kiana."

Her fingers gently rubbed over the scar there, "I wish I would have done more to make this scar not as terrible as it if today. Smaller stitches could have make it almost invisible but I was so frazzled I didn't know what to do in the moment. I was so panic." She moved then, pulling the covers away and slipping down his body a bit to kiss her lips across the scar before looking back up into his eyes, "I love you and I thank you. You have saved me in so many ways."

He lays back his head halfway resting on the pillow as he watches her kiss the scar. "Youve changed me in ways to darling. I didnt think I would ever love or care about anyone like you." He reaches down to touch her cheek running his fingers through her damp hair. His smiles spreads to his eyes as he shrugs softly. "A warrior is used to scars darling but I have a healer to ease the pain no matter what life throws at me."

Smiling she rests her head upon the bed, looking up at him still a few moments, "Yes, that you do. And she will heal what every ails you for as long as she can with a tenderness and love like no one else can ever supply you." Kissing his scar one last time, she sighs and starts to rise from the bed. "I think we have delayed long enough. People will start to wonder after us again and think that perhaps we have run away once more."

He smiles listening to her words enjoying them as they leave her mouth. He reaches to touch her cheek softly stroking it before she gets up. He lets out a soft groan as he starts to rise as well. "I guess your right. We dont want them thinking we decided to run off again." He stands giving her ass a soft pat before grabbing for a shirt.

She pauses a moment as he pats her on the butt, glancing over her shoulder at him before she climbs from the bed and goes to her neatly folded dress. Slipping it back on over he head before going to the mirror and picking up a brush to tame her wild wet locks a little bit before she sighs, giving up and just tying it back in defeat in the end.

He slips on a neatly pressed shirt adjusting it to fit him abit better before sitting on the edge of the bed watching her work with the comb. He smiles grabbing his boots tugging them on slowly. "You know love Im sure my sister has a maiden she could pick for you to help you with your hair." He stands once his boots are on and moves to buckle his sword belt on.

She glances at him a moment in the mirror then turns to face him from across the way. "I suppose that is something women in manors like this have. Maids to do things like that for them. I never had anyone there to help me with such things. I'm so use to doing everything on my own and for myself. I don't know if I could let someone do things for me like brush my hair and help me dress. It almost seems, well.... lazy to me." She frowns a little, "That's not the way I should be thinking as your wife, is it?"

He smiles as he stands moving to wrap his arms around her waist kissing her forehead. "Your allowed to take a maid if you want darling but you dont have to. Just expect my sister to ask you about it is all." He gently squeezes her waist as he leans in to kiss her neck nuzzling her close.

She nodded a little, trying to keep a smile on her lips, "I will prepare myself for that then I guess." She didn't know how she really felt about a stranger helping her with such simple things. Would she start to feel worthless? Oh she was just being silly now! Shaking her head to empty those silly thoughts from her mind, she took his hand, "Shall we? They must be waiting."

He smiles as he kisses her cheek before nodding. He leads them to the door opening as he begins walking through the castle corridors towards the small hall where the noon meal would be served for them. "Just remember to keep your compsure and dont forget that Im always close by ok?"

She nodded and only then realized that this was actually going to be her first time sitting down to a meal with his family, formally. Her stomach was suddenly in knots and she wondered why she had not thought to prepare herself more for that. She didn't know what kind of table manners they were looking for in her or what kind of conversation. Perhaps they wouldn't ask her anything and she could just silently sit at Lund's side. But with her luck, something told her she was going to end up the center of every ones attention some how, and not in a good way. That was just her luck.

His arm pulls her closer as he pats her arm gently leading her into the room. Almost instantly he sees his brother his feet propped up on a table drinking heavily. His own frustration and anger flashes causing his hand to squeeze Kiana's arm abit tighter then he normally would.

The table is long, with his father sitting at the head of it, this mother sitting to his left, Lund's brother to the right with an empty seat where his feet are propped up. It was where his other sister once sat before she left for her own home with her husband. and Lily next to the empty seat in her usual place. Beside Lund's mother was his usual seat and now there was a place set for Kiana beside him at the table. All the rest of the seats were empty as this seemed to be a lunch for the family this afternoon. Kiana felt a little nervous to face them. Especially when she could feel the tension in Lund beside her.

Lund pats her arm as he moves around the table. His arm leaves her as he pulls the seat out of her letting her sit before he takes his own chair. He leans down to table offering his parents a soft smile then one to Lily. He then fills two cups with watered down wine handing one to Kiana.

Kiana gives him a quite "Thank you," as she lifts the cup to her lips and takes a decent sip of it. She needed a little bit of liquid courage at the moment. The air of the table was more then a bit tense though she thought suddenly it was less about her and more now about the bruise marks on both the brothers as they sat on either side of the table. No one seemed to want to be the first to break the silence around them. Not even as the servants began the service of the meal.

((Heading to bed now. Night))

He glances at his brother suddenly all to aware of the weight of his sword at his side. He swallows softly as he turns back to the table getting a piece of fruit offering to Kiana then getting his own piece. His hand drops to hers as he looks into hers the anger building up all to easy to see.

Kiana took his hand and tried to sooth him a little by rubbing her thumb over his knuckle, attempting to just ease his temper just a little bit. Thankfully though, Lund's mother at last broke the silence in the air, "Well, we don't know what kind of ceremony the two of you had but we do hope you will not mind having another one. It's always been tradition to have the family married in our chapel. You are already wed, but it's the thought of it that would make your mother feel better Lund dear."

He glances at Kiana smiling as she rubs his hand softly. He gives her a soft smile turning as his mother speaks. He nods softly as he looks to Kiana. "Of course mother. The wedding we had was just a simple one." His Hand gives Kianas a soft squeeze kissing her cheek. "You wouldn't mind would you darling?"

Kiana smiled warmly and nodded, "I wouldn't mind at all. I would not want you to break tradition in your family."

Jak seemed to laugh a little under his breath, mumbling something about traditional already broken or something like that. Lily quickly attempted to cover the comments, "I would love to help plan the event. A lovely fall wedding with the leaves changing. You bright hair already looks like bright fall leaves. You'll fit right in with the season."

Lund smiles at her answer the anger flashing back into his eyes as hears the barest parts of his brothers comment. He starts to say something but pauses hearing his sisters words. "Well I think that would be nice sister. I thank you sister." He smiles softly as he lifts Kianas hand a kiss as he turns glaring at his brother.
