She smiles a little at his affection and starts for the door. Sarah protests as little, grunting and reaching one little hand back towards Lund but Kiana keeps walking with her out of the room to Nessa's. She has to admit, it felt nice to be able to walk down the hall with her baby and not feel like evil lurked around every corner waiting to reach out and kill them at every turn.

A short time later, she returned to the room, her pace rather shift. "I realized... I should not have left you to tend yourself!" she said swiftly as she came back into the room and to his side to make sure he had not hurt himself in anyway. "Are you okay?"

Lund smiles blowing a kiss to Sarah as she grunts wanting to get back to him. His back is turned as Kiana begins her mad rush into the room to his side. "I'm fine darling. I made sure I haven't strained myself." He leans over to kiss her lips softly as he smiles at her. "You need to get into your own dress love. Their going to be expecting us soon?"

She glanced to the dress once again then back to him, smiling lightly, "There is no time and I'm already wearing a dress. This will do fine." Though her heart yearned to appear in the simple blue dress she knew there was no time to do so nor the place to really do so. She wanted to be a member of the family. Not the outsider their son had went and married against their wishes.

Lund smiles softly as he kisses her lips softly. His arm slips around her waist pulling her close as he deepens the kiss slowly. "I love you darling. And we can delay if you wish to change." He places his hand against her cheek caressing it softly as his fingers run along her lip softly. "If we had more time I would do so many things to you."

This whispered suggestions of a more intimate nature sort of had her feeling guilty in herself once again but she tried to not let it be know. She did not pull away from him just gave him a soft smile, "I'm not changing." The funny thing about that statement was that in not changing her clothing now, she was actually changing into the person that people wanted her to be for him.

Lund smiles softly as he touches her cheek tenderly. "Alright darling you dont have to if you dont want to. What did Nessa say when you brought Sarah to her?" He sits on the edge of the bed tugging his boots on as he lifts his head to watch her. "I know your friends with some of the maids love, but she upset me when she wouldnt let you come to our daughter."

She does not let him strain himself with the boots long before she gets down to kneel before him, taking the boot from his hand and putting it on for him. "Sit up, don't bend to much. You back will not like that." She sighed as she reached for the second boot to put it on, "She didn't meant to upset me," she thought at least, "she was just acting as I'm sure she is use to with others she has dressed in the past. No one expects that I would want to comfort my own child when she cries rather then pass her off to some nursemaid which, by the way, I feel like Nessa has slowly become. I don't honestly trust Sarah in anyone else's care beside our own and she is always happy to watch over her. It seems like Angus Jr. likes her around as well."

Lund is quick to follow her directions as he sits up letting her pull his boots on. "Well the maids will have to learn the difference if they are to assist you darling." He sighs softly as he rubs his chin. "I'm afraid that events like this are no place for a baby Kiana." He let's out a small laugh at the mention of Angus jr. "If we don't keep an eye on those two before long their going to be getting into all sorts of trouble."

Kiana smiled warmly at the thought of Sarah and little Angus growing up and playing together. "They are still young. Give them a few years before they need to truly be watched." As his other boot is put on, she sighs and stands once again. "I suppose we should be off before we keep them waiting more."

He smiles feeling better then he has in a few days he stands his arms slipping around her waist. "I'm sure we still have a few moments if you wanted love." He leans in kissing her softly as he holds her close his hands not really moving over her body. His lips break from hers as he looks into her eyes. "You are beautiful and I love you Kiana."

She could not deny that his words did something seem to break through the guilt within her and all the feelings of being less then what he deserved and touched her heart, warming it greatly. "I love you..." she whispered before leaning in for a gentle kiss of his lips.

He smiles as he returns the gentle kiss she gives him. His arms stay around her for a few more minutes before he places another kiss on her lips and steps back. Lund moves to buckle on his sword pausing midway with embarrassment. "I guess I don't need this tonight do I." He pulls the sword belt off laying it against the wall. He smiles as he offers his arm to her to provide an escort.

She was already about to yell at him for the sword before he put it down. With a smile she took his arm and started walking with him out of their rooms and towards the dining hall. "You will not even pick up that heavy thing until you are full healed. No lifting, no pulling, not straining in any way."

He smiles softly as he caresses her hand for a brief moment. "Well there's no reason for me to carry it now darling." His steps are slow but sure as he takes his time heading for the dining hall. "I wish I had more time to read up on this man lily is to marry. I'm sure she's got to be worried over all of this." Lund pauses before the dining hall doors taking in a few deep breathes. "Are you ready?"

She looked at the closed door before them, "As nervous as I am to sit at the table tonight, I can only imagine how very nervous Lily has to be." If it where Kiana in her shoes, being in love with a man that vanished and then just having to face a total stranger she was going to have to marry... Kiana took a moment and leaned in to kiss her husband on the cheek. "I'm grateful to have you Lund..." she whispered to him before facing the door and straightening her back, ready to enter the room at his side.

Lund takes a moment to glance at her hearing her words. His smile widens as he squeezes her hand slightly. He times his steps with hers as they enter the dining hall a page announcing their presence to the rest of the hall. He gently guides her to their seats on the left of the place set for his parents. His arm leaves hers as he moves to pull her chair out for her offering another smile.

She almost laughed a little. It felt comical having him acting so formal with her when she was more use to them sleeping in a tent and on a little cot together. And now they were here in a grand dining room, him pulling out her chair. It just made her smile as she moved to take her seat, "Thank you darling," she tells him as she waits for him to push in her chair behind her.

----

Lily felt done up like a doll by the time she was on her way to the dining room. She was just down the hall when she started to wonder, what was she to do, did she go in on her own? Did she wait for her betrothed to come out and escort her in? Did she wait for her father to take her in and introduce them? She better think fast, she was near the doorway...

Lund smiles as he begins to push her chair up for her. He smiles as he takes his own seat placing his hand over hers tenderly. "Everything will be alright. Im sure Lily will be alright." He glances towards the doorway his fingers tapping on the handle of his chair as he waits for them to announce his sisters arrival with her betrothed. His eyes come off the door long enough to glance around the room offering his parents a gentle smile.

----
He smiles as he steps around the hallway pausing as he sees a woman standing in the hallway. With a gentle wave to his servant he approaches her silently. Once he is a few feet from her he clears his throat gently. "I hope Im assuming correctly that you are Lady Lily?" His lips curve upwards into a smile as he holds the small box with the circlet held under his arm. "I am Lord Gaisse."

Kiana turned her hand over so that it rested palm up. Her hand in his as she laced her fingers into his, squeezing hands with him. Smiling softly in his direction. A warmly of love glowing in her eyes directed of course to him, her one love. Well, beside Sarah of course.

----
Lily turned upon hearing her name spoken, turns. She instantly recognizes the man before her as the one she saw ride in on horseback. She turned to face him, her head held high as she bowed to give him the proper formal greeting he deserved, "I am my lord. Welcome. I do hope your travel was a fine one."

Lund smiles as he places his hand in hers returning the squeeze gently. His smile widens as he sees the look in her eyes. He winks as he lifts her hand kissing it softly as he holds her close. "So tell me love how is Angus Jr doing now. Im afraid since Ive been busy I havent seen either Angus in the last few weeks."

----
Gaisse smiles shaking his head quickly as she bows to him. "Please there is just us here. There is no need for formalities between the two of us." He adjust the box under his arm slightly as he studies her face his smile deepens enjoying the color of her eyes. "Its an honor to finally meet you in person. As for my travels they were long, but well worth it now that Im here."

She smiled a little and was happy to be in a conversation with just Lund. She feared getting into conversation with others at the table. Fear of making a fool of herself. "I have not seen big Angus in awhile myself. Your father works him like wild since the incident with Lily. Little Angus however grows all the time. He is starting to crawl."

----
Lily froze mid bow and returned to stand before him. He had to be nice, didn't he? This only made it harder for her. "It's nice to meet you as well. I fear I cannot say I have heard much about you."

Lund smiles giving her hand another squeeze. "Well from what you told me father was upset about that. I never did get a chance to speak with him fully about that." He sighs softly. "I know Lily must fulfill her duty to the family, but she is still so young to me at least." He lifts her hand kissing her softly as he takes a glass of wine from a passing servant.

---
Gaisse laughs softly as he stands easily before her his eyes still on her face. "You dont make much of yourself if you arent the heir Im afraid. Ive done well for myself though. Taught myself how to be a pretty decent merchant and run a company through the kingdom." He pulls the small box out from under his arm smiling as he runs a finger along it. "I hope you dont mind, but I brought a few presents for you."

(How much fantasy do you mind in this?)

Kiana she smiled, "She'll always be your little sister Lund, nothing will change that. You realize I'm only a few years older then her don't you?"

---
Lily looked genually surprised by the box presented for her. And now she felt guilty. He was a man that had come to get damaged goods. He should not be courting her like an honest girl. She shock her head a little even as she reached out and took it from him, "You didn't need to bring me anything...."

((Not like SUPER fantasy but a hint couldn't hurt))

Lund smiles as he quickly shakes his head. "Her age doesnt matter and neither does yours love. Shes still my sister and I grew up trying to protect her and now Im still having to do it."

----
Gaisse smiles as he places his hand over hers softly. "Nonsense. Its only proper to bring gifts to a betrothed." His hand leaves hers as he takes a step back to watch her open the box. "I do hope you like it. I picked it up during my travels in the elven lands that border my fathers lands. They are interesting people even if they prefer solitude."

Kiana laughed slightly, "Soon she will have a husband to protect her. I'm afraid then you'll only have me and Sarah to protect after that."

----
Lily hesitated as her hands trembled and opened the box slowly. She gasped as she say the detailed, simply define item inside. She found herself almost afraid to reach in and touch it. As if her touch might tarnish it's splendor, "This is too fine a gift for me. It is beautiful. I have never seen anything with such detail nor craftsmanship before!"
