Change The World

"Goodnight, Kagome." He whispered to her before she was completely unconcious. Giving her one final kiss on the forehead, he leaned against the wall behind her and crossed his arms. HIs eyes closed. Might as well try to get a little sleep as well, nothing bad with that.

It turns out he did get some sleep, even if he didn't want to. The sun began to rise on the horizon, showering the manor in a bright light. The group moaned and grumbled, something about not wanting to get up just yet. Well, INuyasha mainly mumbled and grumbled, curling up a little bit more.

Shippo was up and Adam as well as Sango. She was used to being awake slightly early in the morning. The young kit awoke with a giant yawn and a stretch while Sango stretched and began to get up. Once she was awake, she would go out and look for someone to get them some breakfast before they left.

Kagome was snoring away in her sleeping bag. That was until Shippo started to bounce on her to wake her up. "Kagome," he hopped on her thigh. "Kagome! Wake up! It's morning." He paused to yawn a moment and began bouncing again. The girl under the cover groaned. "Shippo.." she murmured. "Its too early.."

"Runt, I swear to the gods above if you don't be quiet I will throw you to the next demon we come across." Inuyasha's mumbling groan came from him, his eyes opening and narrowing dangerously at the kit as he hopped up and down on his mate.

"Oh come now, Inuyasha, you could stand to wake up a little earlier." Miroku said, as he still had a job to do. 'Purging' the demons of the manor, and the sooner he did that, the sooner they could leave. "Besides, it's a beautiful morning, it'd be a shame if you were to miss it."

"Bite me Monk, I'm tired."

"Suit yourself." he shrugged, grabbing some talismans and walking off to the halls to do his 'job'.

Shippo 'peeped' and clung onto Kagome a moment but as soon as he did, he gulped and became brave. "Yeah right. Like Kagome would let you feed me to a demon." He looked down at the half asleep human under him. "Right, Kagome?" She squinted open one eye, looking at the blurry orange ball on top of her. "Shippo," she groaned, reluctantly moving a hand to rub her forehead. "Why don't you go shopping with Sango. I'm sure she could use some help."

Sango, knowing how Kagome liked to sleep in, stood up and smiled. "Yeah. I'm sure there's somewhere we can find some sweets. I'm sure Kirara is hungry as well." She stated and waited until Shippo bounced off Kagome and onto her shoulder. "Lets let them sleep. They don't exactly like mornings." She chuckled and headed out of the room.

Once everything was quiet, Kagome closed her eyes again and turned over onto her stomach, burying her face into her fluffy pillow with a groan.

His sleep was disturbed, there was no way he was going to make it back to that blissful place called sleep. So, his eyes opening slowly and seeing Miroku was the only one in the room with them, he grumbled and rubbed his eye with the back of his hand. "Fuck..." He grumbled.

"Heh." Miroku grinned. "If you're up now, Inuyasha, perhaps you'd like to permit Kagome a little bit more sleep. We could go shopping with Shippo and Sango, if you like."

He hated shopping. But Kagome did need a bit more sleep. So he grumbled and gave a nod. "Fine." he grunted, picking himself up and stretching. "We'll be back." He told Kagome as he and the monk walked out of the manor. "Try to get some rest."
