Dea laughed" From the sounds of it she wants to know everything. Should have told her to come" Dea said as he was laughing and " But I wonder what his was. Every Race has his own and mine was the pocket watch. And I still have time. I wont Die intel 30" he told her " And I'm still young." He told her with smile. as he started to eat some ribs. And was thinking about a few things as he looked at her" You still dont believe it do you? Well that night I meet you and took hold of your hand I felt like lighting was in me for some reason," he told her as he clean his hands.

"Well, Dea, it'a a lot to accept," she told him when he stated that she still don't believe him. Her fries were gone, and she'd only eaten half of her burger, but she was no longer hungry. She studied him as he cleaned his hands.

He felt what she had felt when they'd touched? "I felt the same thing," she confessed. It could have just been coincidence. Maybe just static electricity and nothing more?

As a test, Laura reached out and placed her hand on his shoulder. Immediately she felt something course through her, an electric spark the same as last night.
 
Dea pulled his back feeling something course through him, an electric spark the same as last night. as he looked at her. " Its the same as last night" he told her as he sighed a bit. he was not sure now. everything was going to fast. as he looked at his cell." Yea why not talk to your friend she may help out a bit." he told her as he got done with eating and clean up as he pop a what looked like a pill but was a mint for wolfs.
 
Laura removed her hand, she didn't know what to make of this. She'd just met him last night. Couldn't this whole thing be a mistake? She really needed to talk to Maria and her husband, if anyone would know what she should do..

"Um, I just remembered something. I..um have to do," she said, standing up. "I'll call you later, Dea." Before he could argue she left some money on the table to pay for her food, and left the cafe. If she seemed nervous when she left it was because she was. Very nervous in fact. What he said couldn't be true, there had to be a logical explanation. And what if it was true, what were they supose to do then? Get married? They didn't even know each other.

It only took her fifteen minutes to drive to Maria's, she'd had to speed to get there and was a little surprised that a cop didn't pull her over to give her a speeding ticket.

Laura stood on her friend's front porch and knocked on the door.
 
Dea was in shock as she just left and he sighed as he wonder but he took the money and paid the hole thing him self as he got up and left to head for home as he took his cell and went home. it was a small yet nice place. he lived alone so there was no need for many things as he sat there he was thinking and wonder what to do as he sighed a bit and laid down a bit.
 
Laura was already feeling guilty for having left Dea at the cafe the way she did, but she just had to get out of there. Her friend Maria opened the door and immediately gave her a huge hug. Maria immediately looked disapointed when she saw Laura standing on her porch alone. "Come on in, I was expecting you. I had hoped that you would have brought him with you." Maria said, not even attempting to hide her disapointment.

Laura stepped inside her friend's house and the first words out of her mouth was, "Is your husband home too? I need you both to tell me everything you know about soul mates and soul tools."

James walked out of The kitchen as he had a bowl in one hand and in the other he was mixing something. "Well there welcome Laura. How are you?" He asked as he walked over. James was a baker and Own his own shop as he smiled and placed down the bowl and walked over to her. Then he saw it " Is there something wrong?" He asked her and wonder what it was. He thought it had to do what his wife Maria told him.
 
Laura always got along well with James, seeing how happy her friend Maria was with him, she couldn't imagine her best friend married to anyone else. "Hey, James. Something wrong? I'm not sure. I just met this guy last night, after Freddy.. you remember him? We broke up. Well he stranded me in the worst part of town.. and I met this other guy.. his name is Dea, he's a wolf. One of the MOSH, he helped me .. took me home.."

"Laura, calm down." Maria took her arm and led her to a chair, then got her a hot cup of tea.

Laura did feel calmer after she sat down and took a sip of the hot liquid. "I don't even know him, not that well. His name is Dea, and when we touched hands there was this.. I felt a spark.. an electricity.. he says he felt it too. He showed me this .. um.. pocket watch, it glowed real bright when he moved it near me. He said it's a soul tool.. his is a pocket watch but it's different for each race. I don't know what to think."
 
I see. Well for sum unknown reason The soul tools were made and given to each each race. Mine is around Maria's neck." he told her a she point to it and smiled. To the blue and green neckless as he sat in a chair and looked the the two." Each Soul tools leads us to a human mate and become one. It was to make my world and your world to become one. no one knows where they come from but many dont even find there true mate intel it's to late. Did he tell you how long he had?" James asked her as he sat back,
 
Laura listened, taking it all in. The reason for all this was so that both worlds, the supernatual and the human world would become one? That made sense. Though it saddened her to hear that most don't find each other until it was too late.

She tried to think, did Dea tell her how much time he had left? She shook her head, then answered, "He told me he's thirty, still young. How much time do we have? I mean.. how do we know?" Laura looked over at Marie who had seated herself on the arm of Jame's chair. She stared at the necklace around her friend's neck.
 
I see so he's about 23 and has intel 30. Most souls dire around 30. So he still has time." James told her and smiled as he got up" Well why not call him over and we can see if you two are meant to be." James said as he walked back to his bowl and went back to work.
 
Laura looked from James to Maria, sighed then moved over to their phone to call Dea. She made a mental note to replace her own cell, she'd lost it somewhere. "Dea, hi, it's me, Laura. I'm sorry for running out on you at the cafe. I know it's a lot to ask.." she turned to look out the window as she talked, "but can you come over to my friend's home? They are the couple I told you about. If you're not too busy, I can give you the address. I really need to see you."
 
Dea picked up his phone and said " it's fine i dont mind sure just tell me where to go." He asked her as he waited he was about to go to sleep but she called him and he seem happy about it.

She was relieved when he agreed to come over, after the way she ran off, she half expected him to say no. "Thanks, Dea," she said, sounding relieved, she gave him the address before hanging up. Sitting back down, she told Maria who was studying her closely, that he was coming right over.
 
Dea got into his best outfit of jean shoots and a tank top that had the logo of his job and then placed a button up shirt on and left after locking the door. it took some time but he pulled into the dive way and walked up to the door to ring the door bell". Ding dong" As he waited her looked around. this was a nice place.
 
Maria answered the door, "You must Dea, Laura told us about you. Come inside."

Opening the door wider, the brunette stepped aside so he could come in, then closed the door, "James, Dea is here," she called out as she went into the kitchen to fetch her husband. Leaving Laura and Dea alone for a moment at least.

Laura, walked over to him. She was still a little nervous, but seeing him standing there, she couldn't help but smile at him. "Hi, Dea," she said, feeling as nervous as a school girl. She brushed a blond strand behind her ear. "You look really good."
 
You think so this is just an everyday thing when i'm not working " Dea said as he smiled and then saw james come in.

We hello there" James said as he walked in with his wife in hand and looked at Dea. He was a wolf and a big one at that." So are you a city one or an outer?" James asked.


A little of both" Dea said" So whats going on ?" dea asked as he wonder what was going on
 
Laura was a little confused, "An outer?" What had James meant by that? She felt as if she'd just stepped into another country and didn't know the language. She started shifting nervously from one foot to the other after Dea asked what was going on. "Um, they are going to help see if umm.. we are meant to be."
 
sorry It means where we are born and how long we where ther for. Dea said and when he head her say meant his eyes open" oh...OH!. okay" Dea said as he looked at james.

Laura's blue eyes immediately went to the glowing pocket watch Dea took out of his pocket to show James. She wondered what they were going to do with it, to prove or disprove that her and Dea are meant to be together. Glanced over at Maria, who was wearing the soul tool that belonged to James, his was a necklace.

Her gaze moved from the necklace around Maria's neck, to Dea and then James, and she asked, "What happens now? How.. what are we supose to do?"
 
Well you have too take his watch and were it in a pocket for a week, If it becomes Blue then you two are soul mates if it tunes red then not. Thats all" James Told her as he smiled and looked to Maria and nodded
 
Laura felt relief, for some reason she thought it would be more complicated than that. All she has to do to prove or disprove was keep his pocket watch with her, in her pocket for a week. "Well, that's easy." She said, smiling at Dea. She reached out and lightly touched the glowing pocket watch. Her wolf, oh my now she's already thinking of Dea as hers, when did that start? What if after the week was over and it was still glowing.. what then? That would mean they were meant to be, but they barely knew each other.

She looked over at James and Maria, they were very happy, they even had a baby. Laura had never dated a guy that wasn't human, and well.. what if Dea wasn't even attracted to her? He was probably hoping that at the end of the week the pocket watch will glow red. She had to stop worrying, take things slow, they could get to know each other.
 
Well Then I guess we wait now" Dea said as he smiled and looked at the two" I here you have a child. May I see? It's not every Day to see a half" He told them and asked.

It's okay Do you want to go get him love"James said as he poke his head out form the kitchen door,
 
"I'd be happy to love," Maria was very proud to be James wife, she loved him and their son more than she ever thought possible. She disapeared, and when she came back a moment later she was holding their son in her arms. He had the features of both his parents, his mothers eyes, his father's black fur and fangs. Maria stopped just in front of Laura and Dea.

"He's beautiful, Maria." Laura said, gazing at the baby.
 
he is he has more of his fathers looks" He said as he nodded. But it was a child as he looked on he got a call" Sorry I'll be back" he said a she left the room and took the call and talked."
