She frowned and nodded a little. "It was that hard for you, was it...?" She asked. She stood and went to him, hugging him gently. "I will probably say this a thousand more times, but I am so sorry for what that put you through..." She said.
Nathan- No, don't worry about it. The best thing of my life just came back to me. As long as you're here Sable, all my worries and my problems will be no more. Cmon, you should go rest. Tomorrow we'll have to head out on missions.
She nodded. "Well, all your problems won't be solved by me, but I'll be sure to help when I can." She said. "You should rest too, Nathan." She added. "Unless you're scared I might bite you." She said softly, playing with him a little bit. She kissed his cheek lightly.
She looked at him and grinned. "No you don't, come up here, your bed is large enough, and I'm not scared of ya." She said. "So you're welcome up here if you want." She added. She moved so there was room for him
She giggled and looked at him. "I've missed you as well, Nathan." She said, moving to hug him to herself. She smiled, feeling comfortable. She kissed his cheek again and nuzzled him. She rested with him, resting her head on his chest.
Nathan held an arm around her and he kissed her temple. He rubbed her back a bit before he started to slowly doze off to sleep. In the morning, they'd have to get straight to work.
She moved a little, making sure she wasn't poking him with her horns, and slowly went to sleep as well. She didn't know what to expect from the next day, but was glad that it would be with Nathan, regardless of what happened.
In the morning, Nathan snuck away from under Sable to do his daily chores around the Soul Society. He'd wait for Sable to wake up before he went to go get his first mission for the day.
She stayed asleep for a while longer, simply relaxed and regaining more of her energy. She woke after a time, noticing he was gone. She sat up and yawned, not quite sure where he'd gone, but pretty sure he was okay.
She nodded to him and stood, stretching. She went to him. "Well, let's get moving, we can't be late. If we are, we'd draw attention, and I'd rather not have people inspecting me." She said.
She shrugged. "I guess that's a good thing. After all, less hollows causes less trouble." She said. She looked around and smiled. "Well, you choose, and I'll follow and do what I can to help." She said to him. She realized now that she was incapable of releasing a spirit. That wouldn't be good.
Nathan- How about...Hm...aha, this should do. A soul needs a release but its in a part of town where hollows usually spawn up. Maybe we'll be lucky. Whenever you're ready let me know.
She nodded. "I'm ready when you are." She said. She didn't have her weapon with her, which might have been a little odd. "A few hollows won't scare me." She added. She stretched and smiled to him. "And who knows, as you said, we may get lucky." She added.
She smiled, and what looked like a normal Zanpakto simply appeared in her hand. Almost immediately, someone looked at her questioningly, but she just smiled sweetly. "I always have it." She said to him.
She smiled, and when they went to the human world, she looked at him. "You probably can't. Something I can do, since it's just literally a part of me." She said with a nod. She looked around. "A child and his dog... Well, let's get looking." She said.
She looked over at him and simply smiled. "I didn't want to do this, but..." She paused, and took a sniff of the air. She was apparently trying to find the boy by scent. It made her mouth water to smell him so close, but she held herself in check.
She looked at him and smiled. "No. Smelling for something else." She said. She caught a faint scent, and began to walk. "Mmmm, I think they're this way..." She said, following what she could of the scent.
