"unfortunately that isn't true if you are leasing the building out to others then the person who holds the lease on this apartment can have anyone they want come and go from the room even if they are being evicted as until the day they have to be out the apartment is still their legally" Max looked at him and then motioned his hand "you are free to leave now"
 
Luna was just watching for a brief moment in time and then watched as the landlord was storming out, the door being slammed behind him. This had her letting out a small breath of air before she was commenting, 'Good timing with showing up."
 
Luna was nodding her head before she was speaking, "Nox did message me and said he was going to be running a bit late. He was going to rent a moving van so that we can start getting her packed up stuff out of here."
 
Luna was nodding her head before she was speaking, "Mason was going to stay longer but got called into work early."
 
Luna was just nodding her head before she continued to work on packing stuff up. So far they had everything from the kitchen and bathroom packed up. Skye was currently working on the bedroom - considering she was the one who had been asked to take care of the bedroom. Once Nox got there he could start on the living room.
 
It was about fifteen more minutes before Nox was showing up and was just apologizing, he had been waiting forever to rent a moving truck but he had gotten one. He was letting himself in and calling out to his sister that he was there, then he was stating that he was going to start moving boxes to the truck. Perhaps a good idea since it wasn't making moving around in the smallish living room difficult.
 
Nox was nodding his head before he was commenting, "Not many people have Skye's permission to come here is the issue. I know plenty of people but... I don't know if she would be alright with it."
 
"Ill take the verbal lashing from her but the sooner we are out of here the better" Max didn't like the land lord and he wanted them out of there sooner rather then later
 
This had Nox nodding his head before he was commenting that he would make some calls while he got stuff taken to the truck.
 
Luna was working on getting stuff packed up in the bedroom; although he would probably be worried at the loud noise. More so from her opening the closet and trying to take something down... only for a number of things to fall on the floor.
 
Luna was coming out with a box to place in the living room after writing on there that it was for the bedroom.
 
Although things did get a bit awkward for them both when Luna was tripping over something and falling into him, which had him both tumbling to the ground. What made it so awkward? The fact that their lips ended up meeting and when she went to try and get up, her hand ended up brushing his crotch. Well this definitely wasn't going well at all.
