Nicolas was commenting that he would head over there after he went to speak to his sister and see what she was wanting to do.
 
It took about forty five minutes but Nicolas was walking into the hospital and was being directed up to Skye's room. Well Nate would definitely be shocked to see him there already.
 
Nate was still settled with Skye and when he spotted Nicholas enter the room he waved and then carefully woke Skye up to let her know that he brother was there. yes he was surprised but he also had a feeling that the man wanted to be by her side as well
 
Nicolas was walking into the room although it wasn't long before he was going over to sit next to her sister, just giving her a moment to wake up at that point in time. No shock at all that she was just giving a small sob when she saw him and he was just moving so that he could give her a hug.
 
Nicolas just gently hugged her before he was speaking in a soft voice, "Everything is going to turn out alright. We will get you out of that apartment. Already Luna is there packing up your stuff from what I was told along with Mason. Nox is headed over there to assist. And the landlord.... He will be dealt with." Skye was just sobbing a bit in his arms and he was just going quiet at that point just letting her feeling his beating heart from her head on his chest and just letting her feel his calm breathing. Sure he wasn't calm, which Nate could see on his features - but that wasn't something that Skye saw.
 
Nate could see that Nicholas was anything but calm at that time. Nate then settled on his bed and sighed rubbing at his head lightly as it was starting to pound.
 
"Why don't you go and lay down, get some rest yourself." was all that Nicolas was telling Nate at that point in time. He could tell that he was in pain.
 
Nicolas was just watching before he was speaking to Skye softly - at that point just talking to her to try and get her to calm down. It had nothing to do with what had happened - no he would find out about if she wanted to press charges when she was a little more stable. And not being influenced by pain killers, with the nurse coming in to administer some.
 
Nicolas was looking over before he was commenting, "She had pain killers about twenty minutes ago and she has been pretty calm since then."
 
Nate nodded his head "good she has been through enough as it is" Nate then looked at his phone when Max texted that he was going to help Luna and Nox. Max had been doing patrol that day so he was in uniform
 
"I know, but I also haven't brought up the matter yet. I wanted to get her calm first." Nicolas was commenting after a moment in time.
 
"Oh I'm sure that he will. I'm kind of counting on it." was all Nicolas could say especially since by the sounds of it, Mason had needed to get going and Nox wasn't there quite yet.
 
Max arrived before Nox and headed up to the apartment to help Luna as he could and to make sure she wasn't alone.

Nate nodded his head lightly "lets hope no one get hurt though"
 
When Max did get up to the apartment he would hear another male voice coming from in the apartment, the landlord. And at the time he seemed to be arguing with Luna, stating that she had no right to be there. "You are evicting my best friend after putting her in the hospital. Right now until the 30 days are up... She is still permitted to come and go from this apartment. And right now I have her express permission to be here to get her stuff packed up." Luna was speaking in a sharp voice.

Nicolas was just commenting, "I'm sure it'll be fine... I hope."
 
Nate nodded his head as he hoped as well

Max then walked in too the apartment before calling out "Police show yourself" he did this mainly to make sure that the man didn't try and hurt Luna
 
"Oh good you've finally showed up. I want this woman arrested for trespassing." was all the landlord said - not realizing that Luna was friends with the cop that was there. And Luna wasn't going to give it away at all either. "Officer. My friend is currently in the hospital but is being evicted from her apartment. She asked me if I would be willing to work on packing up her stuff so that it could get moved out of here before the time is up." Luna was speaking before she was pulling up some messages on her phone - having that physical proof. There were indeed messages from Skye, who was stating that if she gave her the key to her apartment if she would get her stuff packed for her.
 
Max took the phone from Luna and looked over the messages before looking at the landlord "do you have any proof that she shouldn't be here?" as far as Max knew this man didn't have any proof and he would be more then pleased to escort the male out of there
 
The landlord was just looking over before he commenting that he owned the building so he decided who could be there and who couldn't be there.
