Skye was just nodding her head after a moment in time before looking at Nox, who just had a strange expression at that point in time. It was pretty evident that he had something to say - but at that point he was just going to let the doctor explain when he came back.
 
Skye was just looking between the two of them a bit confused before letting Nox give her a hand with sitting up some in the bed, using the buttons to do so. No she was still more than tired and the pain was still present but not as terrible. The bone itself that had fractured was above the nerve so unforunately that pain she was still feeling.
 
Skye was just letting out a slow breath of air before mumbling that she wanted to push her landlord down a flight of stairs. Did she care that she made this threat in front of a detective? Not even close.
 
Skye was just looking towards him for a moment in time before she was speaking, "And he will just hold stuff against me. The stuff that I haven't paid, the eviction that I'm sure he is going to put on my record, all of the "rules" that I've broken."
 
Nate looked at her "we have proof that he said he would let you out of your lease with out paying to get out of it. and if he tries any bullshit sic your brother on him"
 
"Nicolas doesn't know that I've been living there. He thinks I've been living with a friend on the other side of town." Skye was commenting after a moment in time.
 
"he probably does now and while he might be annoyed you didn't tell him the truth I bet he will be more pissed at this man then you" Nate had a feeling that Sky said something to him
 
Skye was just letting out a breath of air before she was speaking in a mumble, "I really didn't want to deal with all of the extra."
 
Skye was just mumbling a bit before she was letting out a low whimper as she was moving around, just causing sharp pain through her back.
 
Skye was nodding her head before she was mumbling that she realized that much. A breath was passing through her lips and she was just closing her eyes for a moment. It wasn't long though before the doctor was coming into the room.
 
It was definitely a good thing that Skye was sitting down and leaning against the bed, because she was going deathly white when the doctor was telling her the news. And there was just a head shake from her, that moment of denial as she was just trying to process everything at that point. A head shake but there were definitely tears that were falling - perhaps from the news or just being utterly overwhelmed, or perhaps a mixture of both. There were definitely a lot of emotions coursing through her at the time.
 
Skye was a bit startled by the hug but she was accepting it at that point in time, accepting it from both of them since Nox was also hugging her. The doctor was stating that he would come back in a bit as she was breaking down.
 
Nox was just rubbing her back before he was speaking in a soft voice, "Let it out, Skye. We understand and we are here for you. And before you ask... Yes your brother knows as well, or he will know. We have been keeping Sky up to date and he has been letting your brother know. He will be here when he gets back so that he can be here with you." No she was definitely a sobbing mess at that point in time and there was actually another nurse that seemed concerned that she had had a psychotic break.
 
Nate motioned the nurse out of the room so that they could tend to her as it would be better for friends and family to take care of her then then anyone else
 
Nox was just rubbing her back gently although after a moment he did notice that she seemed to have cried herself to sleep, and was more leaning against Nate. "She fell asleep." was all he said after a moment in time.
