For the main thrust, Proficiency to apply will be Water Vehicles.
You can use either Intelligence or Wisdom to steer it right.

Zahn will make a Strength (Athletics OR Water Vehicles) check against DC 16. On a success, Helena gets advantage on her check.
If Zahn's total result is 6 or less, she gets disadvantage.

If anyone else wants to apply Guidance or wants to try something else, lemme know and I'll adjudicate.
