Manufacturing excuses for touching is very much a typical flirting activity. He definitely wants to get to know you better, and his interest is probably appearance-based at the moment. Therefore, my guess is he'd like to date you, but might settle for friends... Most guys tend to think they can "change" that condition...
 
Well, he should ASK before he touches me. That's the appropriate thing to do! And that's rather difficult as we aren't in any of the same classes. But, thanks Master. :]
 
Yea, that's what I do when I find a girl I find interesting.

Well, if he wanted to rape you, he probably wouldn't make sure you could see who he was, and know who he was. If he was going to rape you, he'd prolly just stalk you and snatch you up, etc. Touching one's shoulder could just be a simple habit anyways, I touch people I talk to... But that doesn't mean I'm in love with them and want to bone them, I'm just a very physically affectionate person.

Fact: I shouldn't drink energy drinks, they make me wayyy too hyper.
 
Then if he is interested, he won't mind if you say "Hey, that makes me uncomfortable, could you give me some space, please?" Most people prefer the initiative to be taken though to show interest, as opposed to asking. Really, if I went up and said, "May I touch you?" It would be a bit odd.

No. Remember how I said I wanted to beat this guy up for writing an article? It was one where Twilight [the series.] ranked number two overrated things, and then he put Hollister as number three. So, he really wants to die. I don't know him. But.. I shall find him, and make him wish he hadn't had written it. :]

The Dark Knight, Hollister, I Am Legend, and Harry Potter are more over-rated than Twilight. Twilight is over-rated, sure, but #2? He should not be allowed to write.
