Everytime I get angry enough to cuss people out I feel really hot and my stomach is filled with butterflies.

Common enough to have physical symptoms of emotional states. Although those symptoms are also usually linked to embarrassment, so maybe it's the idea of actually exploding into open profanity that's eliciting those reactions? Just a thought.
