SAINTS (1x1 w/DarkMukip)

“You really have quite the imagination Akihime, I do quite enjoy the stories you make up.” He laced his fingers together and set his hands on his knee. “Do go on, surely there is more to this story you’ve conjured up.”

"It isn't a story." That seemed to get under her skin quite a bit, "I know Yukimura better than some stupid spy work you've done, I know what he can and can't do. And I promise, with one hundred perent certainty, that when Yukimura gets here - and he will get here - your kakuhou will be between his teeth as soon as he lays eyes on you."

He made an amused noise, nodding his head as she spewed threat after threat. “Then I look forward to meeting this Yukimura personally, he sounds rather dreadful though, but I won’t judge a book on its cover.”

She was so angered by his snobbish demeanor that she wanted nothing more than to smack the smile off his face. But, she kept most of her cool for now, "I don't want to be in this garden anymore."

“Of course.” He nodded and stood, waiting beside the table for her. “It is about time anyway.” He said calmly.

Akihime didn’t make it very far, reaching the glass double doors and immediately feeling sluggish and hot. Her arms and legs felt heavy, making walking hard. Laurent wasn’t too far behind, walking calmly as he watched her.

She stumbled and nearly tripped over her own feet, grasping for the door to brave herself, "Wh...What did you...do to me...?" She slurred, trying to keep herself focused and stable.

Laurent stopped beside her and took her by the wrist, taking her away from the door and supporting her weight to keep her from falling to the ground. “Think of it as a security measure, please forgive me.”

"D...Don't...touch me..." She tried to push him away but it was useless, her arms feeling far too heavy to even lift, "I'll forgive yo...you...when you die in s...some hole somewhere..." She wanted to just sleep, she felt so heavy and tired.

He let her struggle, took in her threats of violence with a soft smile, reaching to brush the hair away from her face. “Shh, don’t fight it dear.” He said, pulling her closer.

Oh, if she could spit on him, she throw the fattest wad of mucus in his eye, "G...Get...off..." her eyes rolled back gently before she lost consciousness, falling lamely against him.

Laurent held her against him for a moment, an amused smirk on his face as he bent down to scoop her up, carrying her carefully back to her room. He was shortly joined by two more servants, one carrying a tray with a few medical supplies laid carefully out on it.
“Start her first dose while she’s out, and do make the scar minimal when putting in the microchip.” He ordered, laying Akihime down gently on the bed, brushing the hair from her face and resting her arms at her side.
“Yes sir.”

"Dana, I've been scanning every actual inch of Tokyo, I can't find her cellphone signal." Sasuke was starting to stress out as much as Yukimura was, his commander breathing almost actual fire down his neck, "Whoever has her is stupid smart and is jamming her location, it keeps bouncing faster than I can pin it down."

Yukimura was understandably upset, receiving an ominous call from Akihime saying she was in trouble before the call ended. No matter how many times he tried to call back, it simply went to voicemail. “Well can’t you try to track her personal phone..?!” He was pacing again, Sasuke barely able to convince him to not go running off in search of her.

"I've tried that, if one cell is blocked, the other will be as well." He said, "Jesus, what a time to not have Amaya around..." he muttered under his breath.
"I'll keep searching, obviously, but if the computer doesn't give me an answer, I'll go out myself. We can't afford to have you run off again, let me dirty my own hands, ok?"

“No, absolutely not, no.” Yukimura shook his head firmly, stopping to look at Sasuke. “We’re already down two, I can’t send you out there and lose you as well.” He scratched his head in frustration. “What about our contacts? Can we reach out on that front and see if they can bring us anything?”

Sasuke felt shame burn in his chest, remembering how he assaulted Ren for Amaya's leaving, "I can see if anyone knows anything, yeah. But we can't afford to lose you anymore than losing me or anyone else. Promise me you'll stay put."

Yukimura looked like he wanted to argue, but let out a short breath, nodding. “I’ll wait for you to get back before doing anything.” He said begrudgingly.

Sasuke nodded, eyes moving back to the screen, "I get it, dana," he muttered, tone sad, "you want her back at all costs...I get it...but we have to choose our battles..."

“Yeah, I know.” He sounded beyond irritated- terrified almost. Hearing Akihime’s panicked voice ask for help only for the call to immediately end scared him to death.

Yukimura perked up at the name- Date had his own wide network of information, the only catch being if he would let Yukimura use it or not. “No, you keep searching within our web of people, I’ll see Date.” He said. “I don’t think he’d give any answers if it wasn’t me asking anyway.”

Yukimura was caught off guard with that statement, looking to Sasuke with a confused look. “What are you talking about, Sasuke? You have plenty of people here who enjoy being around you, myself included.”
