Perhaps there was a mission nearby? Whatever the case, Mitsuri wouldn’t be staying long, only long enough for her sword to be maintained.

In any case, she just had to wait for Botan to be available.
"Mitsuri-sama, could you help me decide something?" She asked gently.

"Bo-chan offered to make me something for my injury...the issue is, I would need to amputate my leg..." She said, looking down at her lap, "I don't know if I should go through with it or not... because I would be able to help a lot easier with it, but I would be incapacitated for a very long time.."

Mitsuri covered her mouth with a soft gasp, but nodded as she listened. “Yuko-chan… I know that you want to help everyone, and you want to fight, I see the hard work you’ve been putting in.” She reached to put her hand over her friends. “What do you think is right?”

She smiled sadly, squeezing Mitsuri's hand, "I don't know..." She replied, voice tight, "I'm just a kakushi," Sanemi was starting to get to her, especially after their last meeting, "but my former teachings yell and scream to keep fighting...it's such a terrible, overbearing feeling...my heart burns to continue the fight against Muzan, but my head says I shouldn't.."

“You aren’t just a kakushi, you’re part of the slayer corps, you’re important.” She kept her smile. “Follow what’s in your heart, don’t suppress your feelings.”

“Yuko-chan.” Mitsuri squeezed her hands gently. “What do you want?” She repeated, smile still on her face.

Mitsuri smiled even wider. “Then fight with all your heart!” She said. “Listen to what you want and don’t waver!”

"Yeah, Yuko-chan!"
"We aren't sure what's wrong, but we're here for you!"
"Arigatou.." Yuko smiled weakly, overwhelmed by their compassion.

When morning came, it was off to Botan’s work shed, where she would find the woman passed out asleep at her workstation.

"Oh." Yuko gasped softly and stood there for a moment before entering quietly. She moved over carefully, hesitating before gently touching her shoulder, "Bo-chan?"

No sat up with a start, gasping awake and rubbing her eyes. “What time is it?” She asked.

Yuko jumped a little when Botan shot up and she exhaled gently before smiling, "Dawn only started to break. I'm sorry that I woke you, Bo-chan."

“No, no, it’s okay!” She said turning to look over her shoulder, face a mess. “Is something the matter?”

“Now? Now works!” She nodded, fixing her mask over her face before turning fully to face Yuko. “What did you want to know about your leg?”

"Would it be replacing it completely? Or is it just a brace like you had mentioned before?" She asked, sitting across from her friend.

“Well I have both available as options!” She said, reaching for some papers on a shelf and moving to set them before Yuko. “Why were you finally interested?”

Bo stared from behind her mask in silence before answering. “Well it’s up to what your body can handle!” She said, pointing to one paper. “This one is less invasive and will support and protect your leg, but it can’t fix what’s wrong with it. And this one-” She pointed to the other. “Will completely replace your leg- probably about mid-upper thigh.”
