I'm gonna put up piccies soon!
Cuz I'm almost done with my Rena Ryuugu dress and boots.

The cleaver and hat will have to wait a few days.
Lol.

But I hand-stitched the whole dress!

I've never done it for anything big.
For Halloween last year I was one of the DeeDee Twins from Batman Beyond, though. That counts, oui?

If it makes up for it, this year in May, I'm going to Anime North. In Toronto. . . . hardly anyone will know where I'm talking about. xD
 
Ok, here are the 1st set of pictures for my Rena Ryuugu cosplay.

It's the dress part.
All of this was done by hand.
Needle and thread.
Over the last 4 days.
I made the dress,
sewed on the sleeves,
added button clasps instead of normal buttons.
Made and sewed on the bow.
Also sewed the blue to the sleeves and collar.

Been about 20+hours.

There is a matching red bow on the back.
I'll get a picture of that too.

This is my 1st attempt at this sorta thing.
'Cept when I helped make Kaios' shirt for his Hakkai cosplay last year.

But that was easy.
I expected this to be a lot more complicated than it's seeming to actually be.

It's taking a lot of time.
But.
I~like~it.​
 
You should put it on and then take a picture.
Good dresses look even better when worn.

and I know where toronto is too.
and canada is big, and up that way -points north-
