She exhaled gently, relaxing a little, "Thank you...thank you so much..."

 

[Mr.Aznable]

She nodded quickly, still making sure to keep herself together. Forget the near death, she had upset Blythe.

 

[PoisonousIvee]

"Let's get home...we have matters to discuss.." She said, pulling back.

 

[Mr.Aznable]

She swallowed hard and nodded as she followed her.

Blythe was quiet the entire walk home, which made Laura incredibly nervous. Was she still angry? Would she yell at her some more?

 

[Mr.Aznable]

Her ears folded back as she walked behind her quietly. Had she ruined it?

When they got home, Blythe let Laura in first before following in behind her.

 

[Mr.Aznable]

Laura obeyed and entered, sure that this would be the end of everything.

 

[PoisonousIvee]

"I can't express enough how deeply upset I am, Laura.." She said, moving toward her hearth.

 

[Mr.Aznable]

“I-I don’t know if I’m capable of expressing how sorry I am..” she said.

 

[PoisonousIvee]

"I understand, I do, how you wish to have both...loving family and a caring lover...but with them knowing what I am, you cannot have both. They have tried to kill you twice now." She said.

 

[Mr.Aznable]

“Th-They have..” she said.

 

[PoisonousIvee]

"What made you think now would be different?" She asked firmly.

 

[Mr.Aznable]

“I-I’m.. n-not certain..” she said.

 

[PoisonousIvee]

"And yet, you went anyway." She said, "What do you think would happen had I not saved you?"

 

[Mr.Aznable]

“I-I would not be here now to regret my actions..” she said.

 

[PoisonousIvee]

"Exactly," she said, "I would have been too late and found you as a corpse."

 

[Mr.Aznable]

“I-I know that now..” she said.

 

[PoisonousIvee]

"Good. I'm glad you know. What you did was stupid and selfish." She stated.

 

[Mr.Aznable]

“I know, I’m sorry..” she said, unable to do anything besides apologize.

 

[PoisonousIvee]

She stood and moved toward Laura, grabbing her ear and tugging gently; it was about as close to hitting her as Blythe would ever do.

 

[Mr.Aznable]

She gasped and winced. “I-I said I was sorry, I won’t do it again..!”

 

[PoisonousIvee]

"I have to punish you, Laura. Unless you know of a means to make it up to me." She said.

 

[Mr.Aznable]

“I-I don’t know, I-I’m sorry..” she whined.

 

[PoisonousIvee]

She released her ear with a sigh, "Goodness, Laura..."
