What a world, what a world..[Lucid + Hahvoc]

Trianna listened quietly as he moved stuff and unpacked things. It was different hearing so much movement in her home. It wasn't unpleasant, just new. She had forgotten that other people could be so noisy when they weren't paying attention. As he sat beside her, she shifted lightly to use his lap as a pillow as she turned a page. As he spoke about getting a TV, she reached into her shirt and removed a credit card. She placed it in his hand as she spoke.

"The pin is 996378. Don't go overboard."

Remi watched Claire leave and cleaned up the small space as she waited for the lycan to leave. She was rather cute when she pouted and such. Too bad she was still so innocent. Running her fingers through her hair, Remi soon left as well, locking up the apartment after she left. She whistled as she walked down the alley, heading to the club she worked at.

"And why shouldn't I?" His wing retracted as he watched her read the small book. Norm was never a big fan of reading, mostly because his strange eyes always gave the illusion that the letters were mixing in together. He nipped at her forehead absently while his sharp claws carefully ran through her hair, cutting any strands that got in their way. It was times like these he wished he had a tail so he could tease her lower half.
"My skin does not disgust you?" He asked. Norm did have an uncanny hide, but its strange color and the manner in which water would slide straight off it made it pleasurable in its own unique manner.

Claire sighed softly as she got into the police cruiser with her morning coffee and a newspaper to pass the time. She had no partner, the last one almost died after he kept muttering "animal" and "dog" under his breath, prompting her to go into a feral rage. Her tail swinging from the hole in her trousers, she started patrolling the streets of southern Chicago.
Ten minutes into her patrol, Claire ran across a jeep cherokee that ran a red light. She growled softly as she activated the siren and waited for the individual to step out of the car.

"Because it is my own money, not your own that you will be spending."

Trianna said logically. She was rich, practically swimming in the stuff, but she liked to keep things simple and not have a bill over 100,000 dollars. Her credit was great and she paid all of her bills on time. She had earned her keep but she was willing to share what she had with Norm as long as he didn't try to screw her over and spend all of her money. That would have bad consequences.

"No, your skin does not disgust me. And be careful with my hair. My hair-stylist and I will be quite angry if I have to cut my hair overly short."

She closed her eyes lightly as she pressed her book to her stomach. She was tired again. She hadn't slept basically again and it was taking a toll on her.

Jocelyn grumbled as the cruiser pulled her over. She hadn't been paying attention and so had run the red light. Not on purpose, but she still had done it. Sighing lightly, she stepped out of the car and pressed her hands against the door.

"Sorry, officer."

Norm slid out from under her, nimbly standing on the edge of the couch and hopping down onto the floor. He headed towards the door, thanking her for the money before heading outside for a few hours. Norm would spend his afternoon at a variety of stores, buying games, televisions, computers and a cable service for internet and television. He would have sworn that Trianna was still living in the Romanov days if not for the fact that her apartment was surrounded by other buildings.
Several snacks and a fancy white van later, he stopped at the apartment. Suddenly thankful that his status as a dragon demon guaranteed him uncanny strength as he easily lifted the HDTV and crammed it into the elevator.

"I didn't tell you to step out of the car." She frowned. Claire didn't like humans, and she particularly didn't like this one. She had to restrain herself from digging her claws into Jocelyn's sides as she patted her down for weapons. Claire suddenly pushed Jocelyn against her car and restrained her in nylon straps before starting to carry her towards the cruiser.
"Probable cause..."

Trianna had watched him leave but didn't remove herself from the couch. She was too tired. Which was ironic, considering demon blood was much more energizing than a human's. But still, sleep deprivation was harder on vampires. She had fallen asleep while Norm had been shopping around, getting whatever it was that he wanted. She had left the door unlocked for when he was to arrive. When he did, he would find her laying just had he had left her, with her eyes closed, head tilted to the side, book on her stomach. Her breathing was low and regular. For some reason, it made her look tiny on the large, plush couch.

Jocelyn groaned and swore inwardly. She shouldn't have done that, but her brain was totally fried from the fact that some moronic, bumbling demon had broken her new camera lens and ruined the entire shoot. She had only been able to take fifty picture before the demon had knocked over her camera stand. She squeaked when her arms were tied with straps and the werewolf started hauling her off.

"Wh-what?! I only ran a red light."

Norm halted moving when he noticed that she was asleep on the couch. As softly as he could, he carried her in his bulky arms back to her bedroom and laid her down on the bed before continuing about his business. He started hooking everything up and set the computer in her bedroom as quietly as he could, along with a self-help book on how to use digital technology. He hoped she wasn't the type to get frustrated at new things.
When she emerged from her bedroom, she would find him on the couch playing video games. His hide still glistening and smooth from the workout that afternoon.

"Watch your head." Claire ordered, fighting the temptation to smack Jocelyn's head against the roof of the police cruiser. She closed the door and got in the front seat, heading back to the police station so she could drop off the prisoner. Claire was still a bit angered by what had happened yesterday. Jocelyn, treating her like a trained animal, how dare she!? Claire popped a few pills into her mouth before she fell into a feral rage again.
"I'm taking you in on suspicious behavior and photographing an officer without their consent." She muttered as she stopped for a moment to do some minor paper work. The last thing she wanted was to be stuck at the desk for half an hour just because she dropped off a human at the precinct.

Trianna had slept through all that he had done and when she woke, she stared at the LCD screen of a brand new computer. She sighed, her lids dropping to give her a blank look. She didn't care much for technology, but she wasn't an idiot on how to use it either. She noticed the book and wondered if the computers were much newer or some such thing. It had been awhile since she had used one. she shrugged as she stepped out of her bedroom to see Norm playing video games. She sighed and stared at him blankly. She better not have to deal with him playing these games all the time. It would ruin her home's vibe. Lounging on one of the plush chairs, she watched him play.

"What?! I didn't even know you were an officer after the fact! And you agreed for me to take your picture! Suspicious my-"

She clamped her teeth shut as she simply gave up. Jocelyn may have been arrested, but she knew her manager would bail her out since she had never been arrested before on any accounts. Since had been working at the magazine for so long and was becoming a rather famous photographer, she knew this would be hushed up. It was a ridiculous charge and the bitch knew it. Obviously, she didn't voice any of these thoughts, just remained quiet. What a terrible day.

The fact that demons comprised such a large portion of gaming and movie sales, the gaming world had become something a bit frightening. Survival horror games saturated the market, and developers who could find new and interesting takes on gore were often praised. Norm was playing a survival horror game, having resorted to the television stereos temporarily until she could get that Bose lifestyle entertainment system set up.
"A few men will come to install the internet and cable tonight, Mistress. I hope you don't mind." He said, leaning forwards as his bony fingers pressed buttons and moved the analog sticks on the controller.

"Shut up!" Claire hissed as she pulled into the precinct, moving the girl into a cell before going to inform her superiors. There was a payphone just outside the cell, next to the man who was in charge of monitoring the prisoners. She was forced to sit amongst lizard men and other lycans, most of the wolves looking like professional criminals rather than the gang scum that the lizards were.

Trianna didn't really say anything. She didn't want strangers walking around in her house, but if they were men, well, then she could have some fun. Grabbing her book, she started reading where she left off. She tuned out the noise produced by the television as she settled herself and spoke.

"That is fine."

Jocelyn stuck out her tongue but kept her mouth shut. She shouldn't have been arrested for something so trivial. It was ridiculous! She did have rights. Sighing heavily as she placed in the cell, she glared at whoever else was in there and sat down. She may have usually been quiet and such, but this lycan brought out the worst in her.

"Shit!" Norm muttered from time to time as an enemy gained the upper hand on him. He tossed a controller at her as he quit out of the game and put in another one.
"Have you ever done this before?" He asked as he plopped down on the couch, eager to finally best a vampire at something. Hopefully. He accompanied her on the plush seat, his wing going around her protectively as it tended to do. It pushed her against his huge chest and the warm, pulsing markings.

Claire sighed softly as she shifted through piles and piles of paper work. She had to document the new girl, and it would be hell to do so. It always was with humans. She took out her cellphone, calling her little succubus friend and waiting for the woman to answer. She was finally going to invite her on a date, hopefully, the succubus would accept.

Catching the controller before it could have hit her in the face, Trianna put her book down with a sigh. This little demon was being rather bothersome. But she inwardly smiled. It was nice to have someone living with her, even if he was annoying. She stared at the controller and then the game. She shrugged. She had only ever played one video game and that was probably a year or two ago. She felt him sit beside her and wrap a wing about her, pressing her back against his chest. She sighed lightly at the warmth, but it sounded slightly frustrated rather than content. But still, she felt herself relaxing against him.

Remi was on break as her cellphone rang, noting that it was the station. What was Claire up to? Pulling on her top, she answered the phone.

"Hey, Claire. What's up?"

It was a shooter with frightening enviroments and strange weapons. A sci fi game, presumably. He started a basic multiplayer match and moved about the map in search of her.
"You're terribly silent today, Mistress." He nibbled at her hair absently with his sharp jaws as he manipulated the controller. She could feel his warmth increase as the game soothed and relaxed him. The sound of a roaring fire emanating from his chest.

"Hon, I wanted to go out with you. I feel like some tension's built up between us and... Well, yeah, I have the hots for you." She said with a playful grin on her full, pouty lips as she searched through the papers, pulling one out and beginning to fill out the form.

She concentrated as she moved her character about the map, moving stealthily about and ambushing him out of nowhere. Trianna shrugged as she flicked her paler than usual green eyes at him. He was nibbling on her hair, which she wouldn't have minded if she didn't have to worry about how it looked. Oh well, she would manage. She relaxed more as his skin heated pleasantly. She spoke with a casual shrug.

"I am usually quiet. Besides, I don't truly have anything to say."

Remi felt herself becoming terribly excited by the prospect of going on a date with Claire. She smiled at the girls who were also leaving with her. She had slipped into a slinky black dress and matching heels. As she stood outside the club, she shifted her purse to her other arm. She practically purred into the phone.

"Where would you like to go for our date?"

Norm seemed utterly confused as to how she had so much skill. Damn vampires... He had a theory that they spent their afternoons figuring out ways to aggravate others and lay awake and night thinking of devious plans. He eventually quit the game, getting bored of it and putting on one of the movies that he had bought before slinking back to his lover. The words CASABLANCA appeared on screen with a map of africa as the background, the grand music soon followed.
He nibbled at her hair again, cutting a few strands, "What do you do all day?"

"The Shithole. Its a punk bar on the north side. I'll pick you up at eight." She purred and hanged up before heading downstairs.
"Alright, you get one phone call." She growled at Jocelyn, unlocking the cell and pulling her out before guiding her to the pay phone and dropping a few quarters in.

Trianna smiled to herself when he quit the game. It didn't matter to her what they played, as long as they interacted one way or another. When he put in the movie CASABLANCA, she smiled lightly, a softness to her expression that she allowed him to glimpse. As he nibbled on her hair and cut a few more strands and spoke, she shrugged lightly as she moved her arm back to lightly stroke his cheek with her fingertips.

"I sleep, go to work for roughly five to six hours, which is rather tiresome. Then I come home, read and relax in my tub until I manage to make myself sleep. Which is not easy to do."

Remi smiled and nodded against the phone, then remembered Claire wouldn't be able to see it so she agreed to the terms before depositing her phone in her purse. She walked back to her own apartment and started figuring out what to wear to the date she had for tonight.

Jocelyn sighed lightly as she was released from the cell to make her phone call. She called her manager and told him what happened. He was surprised to say the least, but told her he would be there soon to bail her out. It was just a misunderstanding. Putting the phone back on the hook, she sighed at Claire.

"I didn't mean to upset you or anything, officer. I just...change when I want to take a picture. I'm sorry if I offended you."

She wasn't saying it for brownie points or anything. She really was sorry that all this had happened.

"No offense, Mistress. But you lead a rather dull life." He put his arms around her abdomen, scratching at the soft skin absently. He turned her around on his body, nibbling at her chin. He barely ran his fingertips over her sensitive skin, his wings wrapped tightly around her body as he finally pulled her into a fiery kiss. His lips were burning, his tongue feeling hard yet smooth, like metal. The man's loving was obviously as aggressive yet suave as the rest of him.

"Whatever, just get back in the cell." She growled, unlocking it and pushing her inside before closing the door again. Claire made her way back upstairs, hardly even thinking about what she was going to wear. She'd probably just throw on her usual hoodie and jeans, maybe those nice sneakers she just got. Sitting down at her desk, she growled begrudgingly when a man came for her prisoner. She told him to fill out a form and later go downstairs to go get her.

She shrugged lightly at his statement. What was boring to others was relaxing to her. She liked things simple and uncomplicated, which was most unlike vampires. Most vampires liked excitement and brutality and a whole other mess of things, but not Trianna. She had had enough chaos in her early years. She felt the light scratching on her skin and she blinked and looked down at his hands, wondering what he was up to. She was turned around into his body, pressed against him as his fingers ghosted over her skin, the lightest sigh escaping her. She felt his wings wrap about her and was surprised-actually surprised- when she felt his hot lips against her own, his tongue sliding into her mouth. She didn't react at first but soon she did, kissing him back with the same aggression, yet her heart beat calmly and her breath seemed normal. Her body was affected though. It was in her expression.

Jocelyn sighed as she was shoved back into the cell. She waited around awhile until David came down and got her. She sighed with relief as he put an arm around her waist and led her out. She was grateful to him and thanked him repeatedly. He understood. The lycan seemed like a brat and irrational. She was soon escorted out of the precinct with her on David's arm.

Claire spent the day doing paper work and cleaning up her desk. There was no going away party, as she would not be missed. Working in a precinct full of humans, it was no wonder that they didn't particularly like her presence. Claire caught a cab ride home, showering, changing into some rather casual clothing and setting off towards The Shithole.
It was inconspicuous enough. A jukebox in the corner, a ratty wooden bar and a set of pool tables a few feet away. It was old and rough but they played good music and occasionally had the local punk band around. She sat at the bar, keeping her eyes and nose peeled for a certain succubus. Claire ordered a vodka tonic, her ears twitching slightly under the hood as she kept her eyes on a group of young men playing pool. They seemed a bit young to be there, but she wasn't a police officer anymore, and didn't have the privilege to ruin other people's evening for her own amusement.

Remi had given herself a nice long bath, taking her time for the date. She picked out an attractive black number that was sure to catch Claire's attention. She put on a pair of boots that wound up her legs to her knees, giving her a few inches of height. She put on a light bit of make-up and fixed up her hair. Admiring herself in the mirror, she grabbed her purse and headed towards The Shithole. When she arrived, she got more than a few whistles, which she more or less ignored. She sought to find Claire and noticed the ex-cop at the bar. Walking over to her, she sat beside her as she whispered.

"Hello there stranger."

Running a hand through her red-and-white fur, she glanced over at Remi and down to her exposed cleavage. She always seemed to be showing those things off. Claire purred and grinned up at her, "Evening, love." She greeted, nuzzling her in welcome before offering a shot of tequila.
"Well, I'm kicking ass starting next week. My mom won't stop calling and bothering me." She muttered, taking her own shot of tequila and hissing softly. Her tail and ears frizzed up before the fur relaxed back into its normal, smooth state.

The phone interrupted the fire that engulfed both of them. It was Jocelyn. Norm temporarily parted the kiss, looking into his Mistress' eyes with a heavily aroused gaze. She could almost see the fire inside his throat as he spoke.
"Shouldn't you pick that up?"

Remi smiled at Claire as she was nuzzled and then offered tequila. She took a shot, and it burned all the way down her throat with a delicious taste. She petted Claire's hair as she spoke about her mother and she rolled her eyes lightly. That woman was a pain. She laughed softly as the lycan's ears and tail shot up from the bite of the tequila. It was rather comical to see.

Trianna had been enjoying herself until her damnable phone went off. As Norm pulled away, looking lusty and needy, she really considered not answering the phone. But it was Jocelyn, after all. Strange that she would be called now of all times. Sighing, she remained against him as she reached for her phone and flipped it open. She heard Jocelyn on the other line and she sighed.

"What is it, Jocelyn? I'm currently preoccupied."

Claire grunted, "So what did you do all day? I don't even know if you work." She shook her bad mood off and smiled up at the succubus, pulling her into his lap and grinning. Thankfully, most of the girls who showed up at the bar were lesbians anyways, so they didn't attract a lot of looks. Claire brought a glass of whiskey to her lips and nuzzled Remi's cheek playfully.
"What about your mother?"

Norm waited patiently for his mistress, his shoulders slowly tensing every second she wasn't pleasuring him. He needed her, else he would have to rush to the bathroom and finish this himself. His strong hands balled into fists, fighting the temptation to strike her away from the phone and brutally take her right here. But it was not his choice to make, and he would rather prefer it that way.

"Nothing much, just lazed about the house basically and fed a little while ago."

She murmured as she was pulled into Claire's lap. She enjoyed the affection and returned it. She was enjoying herself as she took another shot of tequila. She loved the burn it gave her, but she would stop drinking for awhile now. She didn't want to get totally wasted. Looking at Claire, she shrugged. She wasn't on good terms with her mother at the moment.

Trianna listened to Jocelyn's story about getting arrested and such, not truly paying attention but answering in the appropriate spots, finally she just said.

"I have to go. Now."

She heard Jocelyn's 'Oh' of understanding before the line went dead and she tossed her phone across the room. It landed on another chair. Turning back to Norm, she pushed her mouth against his as she grabbed his hands, getting him to relax again with her touch and her lips.
