You think the weathers cold, Wait till you meet her (me/Hat)

He looked over his shoulder. "It's in an hour." he said. "When I come back, I'll cook for you, okay?" he asked, smiling. He wanted to make her smile likew she used to, no matter what it took. Even if it meant hiding his feelings.

Senka looked at him and said "All right". She turned and walked in the opposite direction. She didn't really know where she was going, nor did she care. Her mind was somewhere else, lost in grief and sadness, she seemed to be automated. Just doing what she had to becouse it was something to do, not what she wanted to do.

He sighed as he walked out on his usual route, the air fogging as he breathed. The snow was sticking, but not heavy, maybe five inches. He looked up at the tower to see her there. Reassuring, but not as much as usual. As he usually did, he walked a couple laps around the base, spiraling out.

She made her way over to one of the towers and climbed up the ladder to the top. She spotted. him and she made sure that he was safe keeping an eye out for his surroundings. She saw something moving in the distance so she looked down her scope, it was only just another Russian solider doing his own rounds so she had nothing to worry about.

The he noticed something in the snow. Walking over, he picked it up, inspecting it. He stowed it in his pocket and ran, no, sprinted back. It was important, whatever he'd found...

Senka saw him running back to the gates. She frowned for a moment before climbing back down the tower and moving to the gates to meet him there. "What is it?" she asked him.

He ran past her. Into the mess hall, shouting that he had found something important. Slamming the thing on the table, he panted. An emblem, torn off by a branch or an animal. blood spattered the backside, but there was no mistaking the symbol on the front.
"They're here." he said softly. "They may have run afoul of the wildlife, but I think there's more than one..."

Senka looked at him as he ran past. She followed him inside and looked at the emblem. She frowned and said "Someone go get the colonel, she ordered one of the lesser ranks.

Vlad sat down and tossed his hat to the ground in anger.
"I can't believe they found us! All the way out here!" he growled.
"It's not possible." he grumbled softly, fearful. Now they were in great danger. Their sniper's morale was shot, and the rest of the crew suffered as a result of knowing. It was perfect time to strike...

Senka looked at Vlad and looked down for a moment then back at the emblem. She closed her eyes thinking for a moment before she opened her eyes again. She wasn't like vlad. She didn't express her frustration in anger. She thought for a moment before the colonel walked in. He saw the emblem and frowned for a moment, thinking.

"We need to relocate and destroy the holdings here." Vlad said. "Otherwise, we'll waste lives fighting a force that we don't know the numbers or strength of. We only have a couple of months before winter hits..."

The colnoel nodded and said "Vladamir is right, I'll contact the home base, We'll have to return their for sometime, till we can relocate, for now, get ready to leave" he said. Senka nodded and said "Yes sir"

If the Russians are anything, they are strong. A strong people in a harsh land, dependable and steadfast. The group effeciently and quickly dismantled, leaving most of the information burning in a pyre behind them as they walked with the supplies towards their new place.

There base had only been small, with a total of about 50 officers or so, 20 of which had been women. The home was was about 2 and a half days walk. They walked in a convoy like fashion, all of them armed, large packs on their backs, filled with surplise. Senka walked looked down at the snow. She sighed to her self as they began to walk through a stretch of forest. They had thought the forest would cover them for some time. However someone from down the front yelled "AMBUSH!!!". Senka looked up and held her rifle up and soon the gun fight ensued. She ran for some cover behind a tree.

Looking down the scope of her rifle she began to take out some of their enemies, but in her concentration she hadn't noticed the German solider coming up behind her. When she did, she turned around and gasped. She was then met with the butt of the rifle to her head, knocking her out. She was then dragged away by the said solider.

Vlad roared in anger at her capture, but was held back by Boris.
"There's too many, boy. You won't survive!"
"Let me go! LET ME GO! THEY'RE GOING TO HURT HER!" he screamed, and when the snow obscured the departing enemies, Boris released him. Vlad fell onto the snow, crying.
"I'll get her back. Just wait. I'll get her." he rose, and walked steadily after them.

Senka was dragged away by them. She had been the only one captured which was kind of strange considering, almost like she was the target or something. She was dragged through the snow back to their own base and tossed into a cell and locked away. She was still out for quite some time.

When she woke up she looked about her and felt the large lump on her head. She cursed to her self at her capture. she looked around, already trying to look for a way out.

He followed to find that she'd been taken into a small building designed for holding or defending a single person. Easily set up and taken apart, like their 'base' in a way. He smiled. The snow was much thicker here, almost two or three feet, up to his knees. He went prone, using sound and scent to move closer without attracting attention.

Senka looked around, frowning. She heard foot steps coming and she turned around to the door. Some higher ranking nazi official came along and ordered a lower ranking officer to open the door. They stepped inside and locked the door once more. She looked at them with a venom and hatred in her eyes.

The higher ranking one smirked at this. He then stepped forward and said "So, your the sniper that has been giving my men so much trouble, whats your name?" he asked her.

Senka glared and said "I won't give me name so freely to a German Dog like you" she said with hatred.

He frowned at her. It seemed she had succeeded in pissing him off. He brought his hand back and slapped her on the side of the face, hard. She cried out in pain and fell back , hitting the wall. She glared at him with a read cheek, swelling up.

He moved close to her and said "I won't ask again". She glared and spat on him. He frowned and glared angrilly, he nodded to one of the officers, who proceeded to hit her hard in gut area with the butt of his rifle. She cried out again in pain. She fell to the ground clutching the area where he had hit her. She glared at him angrilly.

Vlad smiled when he reach the edge. Hasty indeed, Germans! They had placed the shelter atop the snow. He could crawl under. He smiled, heading towards the sound of Senka's voice.

With one motion, he tore out of the canvas floor, knife in hand, grappling the man from behind and placing the knife to his neck.
"Senka, under, NOW!"

Senka was surprised when she saw vlad suddenly appear out of the floor. She saw him grab the man and put the knife to his neck. She looked at him. When he told her to get under, she hesitated for a moment before she crawled under, clutching her stomach area as she did.

"Let me tell you something, German, to take back to your general. We are Russians. We cannot be beaten! The Bear will not fall to the Raven!" with that, he sunk the knife deep into the man's shoulder, going after his... his...

His love.

Leila crawled back out of the tunnel he had dug. She looked around and she looked around, they had to get out before the whole camp was on top of them. Luckily they were close to the exit so she began so make her way out swiftly, crouched down.

As soon as they were out of danger, he hugged her tightly, then, without thinking, kissed her lips. He paused, then looked away.
"I'm sorry. I'm so glad you're alive... I... I couldn't stop..."
