The ceremony wasn't much, hut the young preacher did as best he could. It was finally here. Sereina was his. His.

He was shaking the whole time, doing his best to contain himself. But how could he? This was it.

"You may now place the rings upon eachothers' fingers." He said, handing each of them a simple gold band.

He took the one meant for her and slipped it onto her finger, his hands shaking visibly.

He smiled. "It's so nice seeing a young couple so excited to be wed.." he said. Sereina smiled and moved to push the ring gently onto Gio's finger.

It fit perfectly and he swallowed the drool that pooled in his mouth, his pupils expanding some.

 

[Mr.Aznable]

He smiled. "You may now kiss the bride.." he said gently.

He scooped Sereina's face into his hands and kissed her deeply, moaning softly at the contact.

She made a quiet noise and held the kiss before forcing herself to pull away. The priest just smiled. "I now happily declare the both of you, husband and wife."

He tried not to shake as he smiled widely, "Did you hear that~?"

"I did.." she said with a smile as she squeezed his hand. "It's official.."

He couldn't smile any wider, giving the copper to the priest and thanking him before pulling Sereina away.

Sereina followed, gasping. "G-Gio slow down..!" She laughed.

"Why?! Aren't you excited~?!" He asked.

 

[Mr.Aznable]

"I-I am but it's very hard to run in this dress..!" She laughed.

He slowed down, looking back at her with worry.

She smiled and caught up to him, a little winded. Was he really going that fast. "I'm fine..!"

"I-I'm sorry, pearl, I had no idea.." He said, squeezing her hand.

She laughed a bit. "You're fine, just eager..~" she said.

"I am, I'm sorry~" He said lowly.

 

[Mr.Aznable]

She smiled. "I suppose I can forgive you..~"

"Thank you, pearl~" He swooned.

She smiled and walked home with him

They entered the tavern and moved up to their room, "I'll work hard to buy us a home~ it won't be by the sea like I promised, but it'll be ours~"

She smiled. "As long as its ours..~" she said.
