Katie stayed a sleep for some time then sat up and stretched before heading out to find Roscoe, not bothering to get dressed. She found him in the study and hugged him from behind.

"Hey"
 
He was busy adding the last few touches to the one piece when he felt her arms wrap around him, turning his head slightly he spoke.

"Hope you slept well, want to start on breakfast. Will be there shortly"
 
"Sure" Katie said then gave him a peck on the cheek before heading out. She grabbed a shirt from the bedroom before going to the kitchen to start on breakfast.
 
He loved having her here but enjoyed his own time too, she would need to get to college soon he mused to himself. Putting the small model on the shelf to let it finish drying more he stood up, stretched his arms and legs making his way to the kitchen slowly.
 
Katie was finished with the omelettes and started on the sausages when Rascoe entered "Hey" she said with a smiled when she saw him.
 
Roscoe could smell the cooking aromas and loved them, smiling into her eyes he grabbed himself some juice from the fridge and sat back down at the table.

"Smells really good"
 
"Thanks" Katie giggled then went back to the sausages. She fixed up the plates and brought them to the table before getting a glass of juice for herself.
 
His mouth was watering with the aromas emanating around the kitchen, taking a bite of his sausage he licked his lips and glanced across the table towards her.

"Katie think you can do breakfast from now on"
 
Katie just smiled back and continued her breakfast. She finished her juice before getting up and washing her dish.

"I'm going to take a shower"
 
Katie just giggled as she walked down the corridor and into the bathroom. She undressed and got in, taking her time as she thought about their plans for the weekend. After washing up she grabbed a towel and went to the bedroom to get dressed.
 
Roscoe finished his breakfast, washing and drying his plate and glass. Making a tea for himself he took it outside and sat on the front porch looking out towards the town.
 
Katie dressed in a pair of tight low riders and a t-shirt then flopped down on the bed and lipped through the channels.
 
Roscoe savoured his tea and kept his eyes towards the small waft of smoke from the bakery before sighing softly. One part of him wanted to get his trip started now but it was too early, the other part did have a little fear in relation to her ex-boyfriend.
 
Katie sat on the bed, flipping threw the channels and thinking about really nothing. She then began to think about the weekend, hoping it will all go well.
 
Katie smiled at him when she saw him enter then went back to the tv.

"So what are you up to today?"
 
Hearing her words he smiled and glanced briefly at the television before taking out his small notebook, flicking it to one page and marking several items off.

"Making sure i have everything for the trip"
 
Roscoe heard her words, glancing across at her before moving from the bed to take one large suitcase, dragging another from under the bed.

"Not right now but thanks"
 
"Oh ok" Katie said as she watched him then sat up. "Is there anywhere around her I can go for a swim?"
 
"Darn" Katie sighed "We should go to the beach or something in the future" she said as she flopped back down on the bed.
