The Lilandis Empire currently resides over the largest continent on the planet. It is a land that has been through many rulers before falling under the current ruler, King Dogma Lilandis, and in his lifte time has managed to get the entire continent of Wildheim under the control of his glorious empire. With that came a few new rules, such as deities being outlawed, whether they are good aligned or evil. Only a few are allowed to be worshipped in public, and those that are caught can be punished by the guards that wonder through towns and cities trying to keep the piece. It has been near fifteen years since Lilandis was able to bring the continent under his rule, and whatever tides of rebellion fell onto the land had either been quelled or crushed under the sheer force of the empire. Yet, our story starts much smaller, without the large democracy of Empires, Kings, Queens and Deities.
Ours starts in the cozy little town of Barnabuck, a village known for being a travelling town. Being situated on the main road throughout the land it recieves no shortage of visitors or business from those weary travellers who walk the path. The town being made up of several red brick buildings, and stained clay is definitely a place that would be considered quiet and allowed for those wishing to lay low, to remain undisturbed for some time. Fields can be seen in the distance, growing all sorts from wheat to corn. Though today people are remaining inside as a heavy down pour of rain set over it, making the mud soft and this bright little town have a gloomy look cast upon it.
Standing outside the tavern. The Cow Bell, was a woman. Though most noticeably about her would be how filthy she appears, mud has been smeared over her face and mattled in her hair, making the long jet black/grey/green hair clump together in some parts. Her long coat being lined with a type of sheep's skin offering protection from the heavy rain, and keeping her warm in the Autumn months. Yet even signs of mood could be seen on her clothing, as wool stuck out from the collar, and sleeves exposing her bandaged arms and hands and sharp black nails. she had a long scarf wrapped draped over her neck, that went past her knees, and the end was frayed and splattered in muck matching the rest of her clothing. If someone wasn't off put by her initial appearance and stared long enough they would see that beneath the mood her skin was not that of a humans. It was a dark green on her forehead and over her eyes, and turned to a lighter shade below her eyes, and her hands were a dark green that went with the black nails. There was a big scar on her head, and where one would think Tusks should be for a half-orc there were none, making her look more on the human side of the species. She stared at the jobs board as the rain washed a bit of the mud on her face, sending streaks of muddy water running down her face. As she looked over her shoulder, she turned the collar of her coat up to hide herself a little more from others.
