RE: (Hentai Saga System: Canticle of Hope) Ch 1. A Shrine on the River Bank
Kye as a good den mother, followed and directed, all with a smile on her face, avoiding the fact that her biggest challenge was coming once all of them had fell aside.
Kye squared her shoulders as she stepped onto the third floor landing so familiar yet so alien. She watched as her friends continued up the steps. She waved at the familiar face of Ando and stepped quickly to immerse herself in with the class as though she belonged, which she did, though not with these kids. "Ko-," she stuttered, "Coping with the new schedule Ando-kun?"
At her clear voice, Professor Kelton Thomas of America turned, "Ahh, Mrs Kobiashi, I see you are joining us again. Please, if you would, offer some of that formidable wit and concentration to other subjects than your music. I hope the break has lent you some perspective to progress?" Without awaiting a response he returned to his classroom preparations, uploading the first of the lecture topics to the smartboard, and calling the class to attention by closing the door as the last young, not so young, only a year younger than she. She needed to quit looking at them this way, she was one of them.
Her ears twitched and burned at the admonishment from the American instructor, but that was life. She had failed, she would not again.
